avoid this location. at the register the guy and girl were scattered brained, rude, unorganized and possessed very bad customer service skills. come on Starbucks… who runs out of soy milk?! you are a huge corporation plus there are three Starbucks on Lincoln Rd. can you not go to another one and get the thing you ran out of? instead of being nice and apologizing the girl just looked at me and said next customer! okay. bye.

The Starbucks(one of three on Lincoln Rd) is really nice. It is big enough to manage the crowds of Lincoln Road, and they’re pretty quick. The lady at the register is not very friendly, but the barista making the drinks was super nice. I got a cold brew and they added sweetener to it which I didn’t want. The barista very quickly replaced it for me despite the crowds. They have a special area where you can be served coffee. I think this was a tasting section. We didn’t try it, but it was kind of cool

This Starbucks is like most others except they are always busy and the staff can handle the in-flux of long lines quickly. The interior is made is wood and glass. You can look outside and see all the shoppers coming and going. It is a good place to take a break and sit down. We had the lime refresher and the iced green tea. Both were amazingly refreshing after strolling in the hot Miami beach sun! We will be back at our next shopping experience on Lincoln road real soon!

Nice location on Lincoln Road. There are a few spots outside but most of the seats are inside. The place gets filled with people so sometimes there is no place to sit but the service is good.
