Starbucks

Servicio rápido. Suele haber cola por ser una de las dos cafeterías en la Lincoln Rd, pero hay dos personas tomando pedidos en las cajas.
Dejo una estrella menos porque no hay suficiente lugar para sentarse, y el sector de espera de pedidos es muy angosto (dificulta la circulación de gente).

The guy at the cash register should take time to listen to each customer and see what it is they want and not rushing to get to the next customer. The other guy that was helping to make the drinks (Antonio) looked very unpleasant and clearly didn’t want to be at work today. One had too much coffee the other needed some. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for 4+ years and never experienced anything like I did today. Hopefully they can work on their customer service skills.
P. S. Usually this location is much more accommodating and friendly.

Great location but horrendous service. Staff have so much attitude. .Get over yourselves-​you work in Starbucks!

The drinks are great as usual for all Starbucks stores.
However it is quite difficult to get a table because they’re usually occupied by non-​customers. As I type these I’ve counted 6 cups for a total of 22 people occupying chairs outside. And half of those 6 drinks are actually empty.
You will see people coming out of the stores with drinks in their hands and quickly disappointed of not being able to sit outside.

First stop this recent trip to South Beach due to my hotel room not being ready early morning so what better place to wait that has air conditioning… a good Starbucks and of course because I do not drink coffee, got my usual of a Vanilla Bean Frappé. The frappé as most of the time from any Starbucks I go to was good and received no hassles of just sitting and hanging around Starbucks for a few hours till I got hungry and went for a burger elsewhere.

Water-​down coffee and lousy service

Walk a couple blocks down to another location.
My husband and I ordered 2 drinks here. Both tasted water down and just unacceptable. When I complained to the barista that there was something off with my usual drink she snapped at me and proceeded to give me a lecture of how my drink was exactly how it was supposed to be. Then she implied that I was ignorant of what I ordered. And yes, she said all that without taking a look or a taste of the original order. After a few minutes of back and forth she finally offered to redo the drink.
I’ve been a long time Starbucks customer and may have taken good customer service for granted… But oh boy, this was a shocker.

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks on the planet. They only have one worker on the registers when every other Starbucks has two when it’s busy. And honestly it’s not really that busy they are just plain old slow

The best Starbucks on Lincoln Rd! I’m traveling from NYC and here is where they make my very specific coffee correctly, super clean, friendly and fully stocked! A++

I used like this place but I ordered an smoothie with the pasha green tea and the cashier went and tell the guys and they start to laugh about it and they I over heard the manager saying doesn’t surprise her anymore! What kind of service is this??? Excuse? I can ask for whatever I want as far as I’m paying and is in the menu! I always asked for this smoothie so don’t know what’s the problem!!! Maybe new people! Made me feel so uncomfortable!!!

As many Starbucks everywhere, it is always busy and being in the heart of Lincoln Road even more so. Service is fair, and their selection of Natural Pressed juices is decent. They have different kinds of sandwiches and parfaits, as well as salads.
All in all, is a good location and it’s also perfect to sit outside if you wanna people watch, as is always entertaining on South Beach ;)

I visit this Starbucks every time I go to Lincoln Road mall. It’s usually very busy due to the heavy pedestrian traffic in this area. The staff has always been friendly towards me. Be warn, that finding a seat is very challenging.

I love this Starbucks. Mainly cause it’s always so convenient when going out to get a coffee or a water on the way to the club. It also a convenient restroom spot. Consistent quality coffee there. Have not had the same luck with some Miami Starbucks. Had my usual soy toffee nut latte.

This is the worst run store I’ve ever been in. Yes, it’s a busy corner, but even with all three registers open the three running them all chat with each other trying to solve each other’s problem while everyone in line stands there. The line moves at a snail’s pace and not one of the employees is even cognizant of it. It’s baffling. Every single time I’ve been in there it’s the same. I’ll not return. There are three others nearby, and other great cafes as well. Steer clear of this store. #replacemanager

This Starbucks managed to make a pumpkin spice latte taste like dirt with an extra shot of disappointment.

Ugh, it’s on a busy corner, so you get everyone and their mother inside this tiny starbucks. The bathrooms are disgusting, go figure! I did not like the lines for this starbucks, long and boring. I won’t be returning to this location as i did not like it at all. We are big fans of this brand, but not returning.

Maybe it was the change of management or the recent renovations but I appreciate my visits to this Starbucks. It’s the only one I visit in Lincoln (there are plenty). It’s a plus to have kindness from all the employees. I’ve passed there when it’s been empty or really packed and their attitudes remain the same– they always say «enjoy your coffee and day» and honestly, it helps to get through the work day! I always order the Blonde Roast with soy milk (steamed) and they always get it right :)

The employees are great. The iced coffee is great. The people watching experience is great. What more can you ask for? Maybe faster service on weekends?

Despite all of the Starbucks on Lincoln Road, this one still has a significant line ALL THE TIME — ughhhh. I’d go here more often if I actually had all the time to wait for what I wanted.
I’m not really a Starbucks gal, but the Starbucks food boxes are really good and an excellent value.
While it’s a 1 Star for the outrageous wait times for this location, it’s a 5 Stars for always having their food boxes in stock. A lot of Starbucks always sell-​out of these, but this location always has them in stock.
So an enormous thank you 749 Lincoln Road, for always having what I wanted IF I can spare the time and wait for it ;)

Starbucks is my weakness and because I work literally right around the corner, I frequent this location a good deal.
Employees are all very nice and remember me every time I come in. They don’t remember my order because I always order something different, but normally slip me something a little extra on the side (like an extra shot which I always need!).
The location is always clean and they are relatively fast. Every drink I have ordered has been made to my liking, which seems to be a problem at a lot of them.
This would have been 4 stars, but they took out pretty much all of the indoor seating here. I understand it is Lincoln Road, but some of us don’t want to be out in the scorching hot drinking hot coffee??? Am I wrong?
Oh well, good thing there is about 10 million Starbucks on the beach! But this one will get my constant business!

This Starbucks is 24 hours a day so it immediately gets 5 stars from me.

Never have been nor will ever be a fan of Starbucks. The coffee is bitter and strong. The few times I have had their coffee out of pure desperation, it feels like I am drinking tar, as if I ever would know what that taste like.
My daughter loves her some Starbucks, we stopped in to grab her a frappucino and a cookie. $ 7.48, are you kidding me. Their prices are so ridiculous to me. Screw that I would so rather walk over to David’s Cuban Café and grab me a cortadito, ten times better coffee for what like $ 1– $ 1.50.
Service as usual was rude, not friendly Batista’s here. This chain is so popular, they really seem to lack Customer Service, frankly they just do not care. Music was way to loud, not very clean, could not wait to get out of here.
Nope, so not for me.
