Nespresso Boutique Bar

Went in here on Saturday afternoon after the gym. Waited 40 minutes. Someone did pass by after about 10 minutes saying they would bring me a menu when I was ready. No one did. They sat two groups «better looking» people 15 and 20 minutes after I arrived. They got menus, ordered, paid and left. I got no service. On the way out of the store I got no attention and if I looked at the waitstaff they looked away. If you look at the 1* reviews you will note they are ordinary or even ugly looking people. These waiters have decided, it appears, that if you do not pass their fashion/​hair/​makeup critique you will not get served. Love this product but not likely to come back and telling all my «pretty/​wealthy» friends where they can get better coffee. Wonder what corporate will say about this?

Flavorful coffee and can not say anything bad. Desserts are $ 9; a bit on the pricey side. The staff is very attentive.

True this place is a bit overpriced just for coffee but you’re truly buying into the SoBe experience. So sit back, linger for a while and enjoy coffee that is aromatic and flavorful. Service is top notch. Everyone is highly knowledgeable and very attentive. The place is a refreshing change from your typical Starbucks. Will definitely stop in again whenever I’m strolling down Lincoln Road.

This sure is the Super 5 Levels better than Starbucks. Don’t get me wrong I like Starbucks but this an experience of a higher end! Yes its expensive for coffee but you have so much options you don’t see anywhere. The deco and atmosphere is beautiful and artists. Beautiful located in Lincoln Mall after cool time shopping and need a boost or drink to wine down too. You can also sit, chat and people watch. So many flavors I’ve never heard of too. By the dessert A-​MAZ-​ING!!!

However the staff was a little dry and I need them to be much happier and friendly especially people are paying big bucks for coffee so serve me with a huge smile! I’m just saying a friendly hello would be nice too!!! If they had better customer service they would get 5 stars from me. I will go again and see if I get better service next time l.
Also I think they should have samples for people can taste. Just my 5 cents!!!

Not sure why I waited to long to finally try this place. I had a shake that was made with pistachio ice cream and espresso, and my goodness was it delicious! Accompanied with 4 macaroons… perfect pairing. The service was fabulous, and it’s a cute little place. I’ll definitely be back!

Awful customer service and attention here. First, I walked in and sat on their coffee bar which had at least 6 employees standing around behind it. During the 10 minutes I sat there, nobody greeted me, and nobody came over. I was finally able to grab the attention of a busser who was rushing by and begged for a menu. No one ever came by to check or take an order or make an offer or acknowledgement of any kind, so I eventually just left the menu on the counter and walked out.
For the price, you would expect great service to be given here — this was my 2^nd trip to Nespresso (the first also failed to impress) and it will probably be my last. The coffee here IS great but you are probably better off going to Panther coffee, or just buying an espresso machine and making your own at home.

Great great great service, best iced caramel latte I have ever drink, I need to go back again. You may also buy expression coffeemaker inside.

I love this jointtt. It feels so posh, and European inside. The staff is incredibly friendly & knowledgeable. They’re macaroons are always tasty & fresh. I’ve also had the champagne– delish. everything here is purrrfect!

I am OBSESSED with this boutique! It’s a beautiful place as they display all the Nespresso colorful sleeves on the wall. They also have a section where you can order freshly made coffee drinks with great seasonal creations as well as sweets to pair them with. The seating area is lovely as well. If you’re ever on Lincoln Road in beautiful Miami, this is a MUST! I don’t mind driving here to get my Nespresso capsules. I personally love the Ristretto. If you’re a club member you can always sample the new flavors. Love Nespresso and love this boutique!

Price setting is high but really worth it!
People are so well trained and polite. Overall, amazing hospitality experience.

Cool atmosphere feels like an oversized tea room. Fancy service w an eclectic vibe. Try the dark chocolate iced mocha

After a great cup of coffee at Nespresso, you will never complain about the prices at Starbucks again. Good coffee, for about double the price it should be. Nice atmosphere, atttractive coffee making products on display for sale.
Service was not very attentive, not one stop at our table to see how things were, had to beg for the check.
I am philosophically OK with unisex bathrooms, but at least have the courtesy to provide two of them so there is not a line twice as long.
Will not return.

this review is solely for the free tasting bar in the back and the gorgeousness of the store… walk right in past the paid coffee bar part and wait for someone to help you explain and try one of their machines and coffees. they are always friendly, thorough, and there to explain any machine or questions you have about the pods or whathaveyou. i couldn’t see myself sitting to have a coffee, when a free (n)espresso, and always delicious, is for me!

Its like visiting the best coffee shop in the midst of La Ramblas!
Coffee: exquisite and velvety. We tried latte. It came in a beautiful glass mug, and you could see all the 3 layers of coffee, milk and foam. The coffee was served with water and a piece of their wonderful chocolate– just exactly how it should be.
Service: impeccable. Server was quick and helpful.
Price: steep. We paid $ 17 for 2 lattes
Overall, loved my first caffeine experience in Miami!

Holy cow this place is flippin awesome!
I mean, look at the pics of this place, why wouldn’t you want to come in?
This is the Saks fifth avenue of coffee ladies and gentlemen because let’s be honest;
I don’t know many people who could afford one of their fancy schmancy machines that they’re trying to promote, but the good thing is that you can sit at the bar and order one of their very delicious coffee’s like you would at Starbucks Or… you can walk over to the tasting area and ask to try one of their Peruvian espresso’s free of charge, it came with a delicious little almond cake on the side. We sat down on one of their posh chairs that reminds me of macaroons, and enjoyed our free coffee, an extremely delicious coffee that gave me the much needed energy I required for the rest of the evening to follow. It reminded me a little bit of Teavana and maybe there’s a connection there that I’m not aware of; it was great though and I’d stop by again if I were ever in the area.

I love the coffee specialty here, the atmosphere but the service is really bad. Certainly because they automatically charge you with 18% service fee.
I must say it happened only once and the service is normally great at this place. I will give the place another shot:)

I feel mixed about my experience at Nespresso for a few reasons. When I first walked in, I was aesthetically pleased and impressed by the design… especially the colorful seating that lights up the whole place. Everything just feels so grand!
Actually, my colleague and I came here to get work done because Unilocal advertised Nespresso as having free WiFi but when I asked one of the staff members, he said that there is no internet. WHAT?! Talk about false advertisement. That started my annoyance.
Speaking of staff members, they have a mixed customer service thing going on. At first, I was pissed because no one was waiting our table (even though I clearly made eye contact with many of them) and all the other tables around us were being waited. There were many staff members standing by doing nothing and just looking like they don’t want to be there. Fortunately, one of the waitresses (Bienna?) apologized profusely when she realized we were not being served and quickly took our order. Way to redeem yourself, Nespresso.
I ordered the Iced Caramel Latte ($ 7) which comes with cute packets of white and brown sugar, as well as a square of Nespresso chocolate. One of the best presentations of beverages at a coffee bar I have ever seen!
This place is such a hub for tourists since it’s located on Lincoln Road, so if that is not your scene (like me, because screaming kids and loud teenagers make me want to kick something) then I would not come here unless you desperately need caffeine.

They are so bad talking to customers, I walked in and they asked me to leave cuz «we are not open» they showed me how they respect me! And I told the guy n door I just wanna take a look and I’ll come tomorrow he gave me a dirty look with «fine!»
Yeah fine I’m not coming!

One of the most beautiful coffeeshops I’ve visited. The concept of it is a bit atypical, as it’s both a showroom for their home pod-​based coffeemachines and pods… and a full-​service coffee house featuring various coffee drinks and desserts.
The front features seating and a coffee bar, although once you are seated, servers provide menus and table-​service. This flows into a showroom filled with candy colored coffee machines that would look at home in a mid-​century World’s Fair. The back wall is a towering display of bright capsules that enhance the overall décor. The walls are lined with underlit and backlit shelves featuring a variety of décor.
It all looks like the executive lounge in a spaceport, as envisioned in a 60’s James Bond film. And yet, they didn’t sacrifice comfort in the quest for style (as many SoBe places do). The midcentury modern chairs in a variety of bright colors are incredibly comfortable — the better to lounge around with friends and talk.
In the showroom, you can also try free samples of the various coffee varieties available in the Nespresso pods.
In the café, our group tried a variety of teas and coffee drinks. I had an ‘affogato’ type drink of coffee poured over salted caramel ice cream, and it was delicious. They also have a variety of confections.
The staff is likewise extremely friendly and attentive. So, if you ever find yourself on Lincoln Road, and need somewhere to decompress or hang out with friends where they won’t pressure you, this is a great choice.

The service was bad. They made us wait 20 minutes for our coffee. I’d rather go to Starbucks.

If Dunkin Donuts is the Walmart of coffee places, Starbucks is Target, this place is Nordstrom.
Beautiful establishment located in Lincoln Road many places to sit, have a conversation with your friends and enjoy gourmet coffee — and everyone knows the word gourmet not only represents quality but it also represents $$$$. The place is usually busy on a Saturday night, filled with tourists and locals alike.
After a boring movie we needed a little cafeine to bring us back to reality. It’s the holidays so i ordered a honey spiced latte and my wife ordered a mocha latte. Presentation was outstanding. The attention to detail and the service was great. The price — wow. Never thought I’d spend over $ 30 for two coffees. But I get it, you get what you pay for and where you are (remember, Nordstrom).
I’ll be back for more :)
