Absolutely horrible service. Host was rude and waited more than 15 minutes to be acknowledged at the table. Drinks were blah. Would not recommend

What can I say about this place? Nothing less of amazing… between the atmosphere, exquisite coffees and espresso martinis, and the wonderful French toast, I am for sure in love with this little spot. If you love people watching this is the one place that you can do it comfortably and in style with its Victorian classic seating and high top tables, but you better make sure you get there early because these are the most popular spots. Don’t just take my word for it, if you have never been please go now!

Good coffee, real espresso coffee and nice frappacinos. Good snacks for breakfast or lunch. Service is okay. Location is nice sitting outside.

The hostess didn’t speak English, waited for about an hour for a table and they gave it to another couple. Hostess said they were at the bar, but I saw them coming in right after I had asked for my.

Service — depends on the time you go. Ranges from OK to poor. Drink — selection is huge which means that whatever you get will be fine but not great. Snacks — are OK and get better the more drinks you have or the hungrier you are! Having said all that, I come here every time I am in Miami Beach. The best part about this place is that you can sit here for hours and watch the people go by over one drink or one coffee and no one will ever drop a check until you ask for it. And if you are like me and plan to have more than one drink, unlike other places in the area, you can afford to have two or three and still have money left over for dinner!

This is a must see while in Miami… either as a tourist or a local.
It hasn’t changed much over the years. Very successful formula of hip music, good looking staff and clientele, reasonably-​prices drinks and of course the best people watching in Miami.
Doesn’t get much better for a place to grab a drink while in Miami Beach.

I had the worse experience here. So put it this way .I’ve been waiting for 20min to get a table. Our waiter was so lost he came he make the order but than the guy just dissappeared. we were waiting and ask in meantime a few other servers and they were like sorry“this is not our section” suddenly the showed up and figured out that party of 6 pple are waiting for their drinks and he came back (after 15min) with completely wrong drinks. And of course he dissappeared again. We ask for the check but nobody paid attention. So far the guy shows up with the ridiculous speech «guys sorry for this u dont need to pay» and guess what!!! He hust dissappeared again. Well my friend here is your tips: find another job please… and maybe the entire crew of «segafredo». Thank you

They served me bread with mold on it. Me and my friends ate it and they argued with us that the green spores on the bread were not mold. Disgusting!

Nice little place to have drinks and food, not very much for vegetarian people but nice.

Segrafredo… Coffee? Not after 9pm. Then you should drink the best cocktails in town here. At Lincoln Road you will find this terrace and bar near the fountains. The music at the terrace is not too loud. When visiting they played (and showed at the big screen) 80’s and 90’s hits. Perfect for us. The cocktails are not that big as at other location. But is comes with less ice and more taste (and alcohol). The staff is very friendly and accurate.

Great spot to hang out late night after dinner. Espresso wasn’t great but people watching was! Prices were reasonable so I’d def. return.

Awesome place to just chill. Great drinks and service … Frank at the bar makes killer drinks.

I really like this place. I’ve been going here for about 3 years now, mainly of a Friday night. Great happy hour with some free finger foods from 6−8pm.
Service is usually good, but be understanding of the staff when it gets busy. They hustle and run around trying to work all the tables.
Good service, amazing cocktail selections. Food menu could be expanded though.

The last time I went the beer was warm, and today not directly wanted to sell me that they did not accept my ID because I’m a tourist, I demanded a passport for a new house rule. Simply Ridiculous, no one come out to have a beer with the passport, I leave that for the airport.
And both the waitress and the manager had a bad attitude.
So disappointed.
La ultima vez que fui la cervaza estaba caliente, y hoy directamente no me la quisieron vender por que no aceptaban mi ID por que soy turista, me exigían el pasaporte por una nueva regla de la casa. Simplemente Ridículo, nadie va a tomar una cerveza con su pasaporte, eso lo dejo para el aeropuerto.
Y tanto la camarera como el manager tuvieron una mala actitud.
Una tremenda decepción.

I can’t complain about this place at all. It feels like a slice of Europe in Miami … The furniture outside is awesome. I usually come here for drinks.
I suggest you do the same. Great place to take a break on Lincoln rd and people watch for a bit.

Segafredo… The legendary spot on the beach where you have an eclectic mix of the beautiful people, the locals, the tourists and everything in between.
The drinks are always strong and well made. The food is always good. Anyone visiting South Beach should experience this phenomenon before they leave town. The music the DJ plays is energizing.
If you are looking for a true locals SoBe experience, you will not be disappointed.
I was there last night after dinner with a few friends. We each had a glass of wine and sat near the «segafredo catwalk» to people watch on a Saturday night. It was lively and fun as usual. Be prepared to wait a little bit to get your drinks if you go on a busy night.

This is a cool spot on Lincoln for after-​dinner drinks. We stopped here to get a coffee, but ended up getting an espresso-​like martini (espresso, disorrono, bailey’s, milk). It was delicious and pleasantly prepared, and even better — for a very reasonable price.
The bar areas inside were pretty neat, and looked very chic when the sun had set and it was dark inside.
I would love to check this place out a little more in depth next time.

A few takeaways:
–location is amazing for people watching
–oh yes, it IS in a touristy shopping area in South Beach
–the drinks are just the right combo of easy drinking sweet, reasonably priced, and strong enough to not have to complain about it
–food actually isn’t bad either
–service was attentive even though the place was packed
–the waiters really know the menu inside and out
–So many different languages, stylish couples, chilling families, fierce lap dogs, and tourists from all walks of life walking by
–did I mention the people watching is amazing?!

Every time I come here I have a good time.
I’m not going to say I’m a regular. But since I’m always in the area it’s easy for me to go there for any special occasion. From co workers Birthdays to just a Happy Hour, this place never disappoints. If you go during HH they have a pretty decent «buffet» with olives, cheeses, peanuts, chips. But also some yummy fruits and cold salads.
And did I mention that this place is the best for people watching!!! Omg! It’s in the heart of Lincoln Road, and there’s always something going on. Sometimes I even feel I’m in a tennis match…“left…right…left…right…” There’s always good looking people passing by ;)
Now the drinks… Ummmm… I must admit I enjoyed my drinks a little too much the last time I was there LOL… They’re delicious, creative and strong… But then again I almost always stick to my favorite drink, Dirty Martini!
So if you’re ever in the area, I hope you have the chance to experience and enjoy Sega… like I like to call it!!!

The orginal segafredo on Lincoln rd… do i love it more than the one in brickell? Nope.
We visited on saturday night and it was packed… we put our name down with the hostess and sat by the bar while we waited… service was a hit or miss since the hostess seemed lost and confused and so were the waiters.
Now after we were seated, the experience got a Lil better… we ordered the tuna tartare appetizer and the bruschetta. both were really good choices and big enough to share. Our waiter this time was very nice and friendly which made up for it and people watching on Lincoln rd is always fun.
Just a suggestion… even though this place caters more to tourists, don’t forget us locals also visit and we hold greater standards… don’t slack segafredo.

Segafredo is absolutely the best!
All of the staff and managers are very attentive and genuine. You can see that they’re one big family and everyone works well with each other.
The best day to go is Sunday. The taste of music is on point as well as the food and coffee.
My food favorites are the salmon wrap, The Arena, The Norveges Panini and a tiramisu cake alongside a nice espresso.

Had smoked salmon, goat cheese and endives on focaccia bread… amazing combo! A friend also ordered the seared tuna… Very good. It was so good I came back again the next day and had the same thing. But then again I’m a big fan of smoked salmon and diff cheeses. European style drink… Ordered gin and tonic and it comes as a double then you pour the tonic yourself.
Now every time I am in Miami this is a must go place for lunch where you sit outside enjoy the food, weather, beverage and people watch lol

Dies ist eine schöné Location um einen Drink zu nehmen und sich von dem Bummelstress zu erholen, wir haben uns hier zwei Frappé genehmigt.
Auch auf eine saubere Toilette konnten wir in diesem Lokal.
Da werden wir bestimmt wieder halt machen. Dies ist zu empfehlen, einzig zu Essen haben wir nights bestellt, wir haben für uns entschieden, dass dies hier gut für Café ist.
Unter den Bäumen neben dem Brunnen zu sitzen ist wirklich entspannend.

Seems like I need to update this since my last review was from 2009. And in this update, I’m bumping up a star. Why?
1) Drinks are still reasonably priced for South Beach — and still well-​made. And on top of that, the variety of drinks can’t be beat, with mojitos, pisco sours, and every other typical Latin concoction, there bounds to be a drink for anyone.
2) Food is still overpriced like the other Segafredos, but there are menu items that cost less than $ 10, which is nice (although, you’re practically paying for smaller portions). For a light grub to go with the drinks, this fits the bill — just don’t expect top-​notch grubs as if it was cooked by an Iron Chef.
3) Coffee is still reasonable and good here.
4) Table-​side (aka outside) service seems to have improved. I had a nice Macedonian waitress who was patient, pleasant, and attentive. Try to present yourself in a friendly manner, and you’ll get friendly service. Friendly service is not always a guaranteed given. That’s the Miami way.
Also, this place is one of the places on Lincoln Road that stays open the longest — useful especially if you’re leaving the cinema nearby late at night and wanting to imbibe, chat, and munch to drag out the Miami nights for a little longer.

Sagafredo, es el mejor lugar para saborear la pasarella de la Lincoln Rd. Se ven cosas increíbles, y siempre Christian te deleita con su simpatía.
Les recomiendo el Aperol Spriz.
