The South Beach Boot Camp

Be prepared to sweat!
I thought I was in decent shape, until I met Keith and Vikki. The class instruction is somewhere between high school coach and drill sergeant — «just right» in Goldilocks terms.
You’ll do drills and exercises for an hour that work every part of your body. It’s challenging, but not impossible. All this in the hot Miami sun with a killer view from the dock at The Standard. Bring a bottle of water (or two).
And after the workout, you can sweat some more in the spa facilities at The Standard including hot stones, a steam room and a sauna. Then cool down with a quick shower or a dip in the pool. What better way to end a workout?! (Remember to bring a swimsuit).
Classes at The Standard are currently Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM.

The South Beach boot camp classes are not only fun, but they are held at the most beautiful location in Miami– on the dock of the Standard Hotel overlooking the whole Miami skyline. Keith and Victoria are celebrity trainers who make every class different and even more fun than the previous one!
