Their scale rounds up to the pound. This allows them to rip you off. When I pointed this out, the guys says ‘that’s just the way it is’. They offered me to ship internationally via usps and quoted me the price — ship package under 1lb for $ 17 but then their scale will not recognize anything under a pound! I had to pay $ 31 for a package that supposedly weighed 1.0lb putting it in a different price bracket. The package weighed about a quarter of a pound in reality but the scale is set to round everything under a pound up. I hate being lied to. Please don’t offer a service you can not, or are not willing to provide.

I am from out of state and needed some help with packaging and shipping some family photos in Miami Beach back to my home. I called Melissa explaining what I needed to do and she was so helpful from the beginning. She took me through every step of the way, followed through with everything she said she would and even checked in after to ensure all was taken care of as I needed. Melissa also repackaged my boxes to reduce the number of them being shipped back which saved me money. I would highly recommend working with and her team.

We were visiting from out of town and needed a notary and to ship a package. We were so glad to find this place and to be able to do both things in one spot. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. We will keep them in mind for the next time we are in town!

These guys are awesome! Fast, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in a few minutes and was still able to get to the airport on time. Melissa and Julian really no what there doing. Highly recommend this store. It’s a hidden gem :)
