Do NOT go here under any circumstances for a massage. They are totally inappropriate. My friend and I both went here and both had similar encounters on two separate occassions with the same masseuse, a tall, thin Indian gentleman we think was named Siri. We were not draped properly during the massage: he pulled my sheet up and then tried to spread my legs apart; my friend didn’t even have a sheet, only a towel, which he later dropped to the floor. His hands kept trying to wander to areas that are off limits in a massage. My friend was told to turn over so he could massage the front of her body, yet she had no towel or sheet covering her. I’d question whether or not he even is certified because there certainly was no technique involved, it seemed very amatuerish and just left the both of us feeling uncomfortable. I will never go back there or refer anyone else there. My «massage» went longer than an hour but I had no idea what time it was, however my boyfriend tried to come in and get me because we had another appointment and the front door to the«spa» was locked and he was unable to get in. Just a totally unprofessional, creepy experience.

This is not a «SPA»! First of all not clean at all, secondly I didn’t know it was a daycare! All the employees had their children there who where running around everywhere not to mention interrupting the«spa» experience every 2 seconds because my manicurist had to stop constantly to scold her child and to yell across the room!, they were also soooo rough that my hands and feet had chunks filed off. To make matters worse when my nail polish was drying all they would talk about is how shitty there pay was and that they lived off tips and that people really don’t give them good tips because they assume they make money– not to mention that on the table in front of me there was a taped paper that said please tip 20%…um really??? I would recommend everyone to stay away!

Went back for my second Groupon today and my therapist did an awesome job. I didn’t ask for this but she mixed in a combination of deep tissue and hot stones and it felt awesome. Looking forward to using Groupon #3 soon!

WORST manicure i have ever had. DO not go here if you want your nails to look good, and to last more than an hour.

The hour massage was a full hour! A lot of the massage places I’ve experienced as of late advertise an «Hour*» massage where it’s really 50 minutes but Trilogy gave me a full hour. My masseuse worked through almost every part of my body and managed to melt the combined stress of a string of 55 hour workweeks, a bad date Thursday and the Heat’s loss. I liked that she worked a mix of soft(swedish) and deep tissue alternating the pressure. The fact their massage oil didn’t leave me feeling that I had just stepped off the Deepwater Horizon was a plus. Also, i was relaxed but not sleepy. In other words, I was ready to go enjoy an evening concert later on. The only minus is the building’s valet where they tried to overcharge. Next time, I’ll just park in the city lot two blocks over and things will be better :)

Excellent customer service! Great massage experience, they have an excellent mani and pedi during the week that fits a budget. Looking forward to going back again soon.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Trilogy. I bought two coupons from Groupon for my boyfriend and I while on a weekend vacation to Miami. He was in desperate need of a massage and I was very excited for a chocoholic mani/pedi. Knowing that competition is tough in Miami, I was excited for a great experience. It was last minute so I called to make sure they could accommodate us; they stated that they could. I booked the appointments together and looked forward to the weekend. The morning of, I received a call from Trilogy asking me to reschedule to another time. When they realized that I had a double booking they told me they could make it work and not to worry about it. Later in the day we arrived to our appointment, on time. My boyfriend went back for his massage while I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my mani/pedi. As mentioned in other reviews the spa is anything but what you expect from a relaxing spa environment. Being directly on the beach is nice but sitting in the lobby in uncomfortable chairs next to the fitness room and non-massage pedicure chairs is not quite what I was hoping for. My pedi finally started. After a few minutes, my bf came back from getting his massage, 15 minutes early! On a positive note, he said the massage was good, just short. My pedicure ended up looking very nice, as well. However, I ended up not getting my mani because I wasn’t going to force my bf to sit and wait for me for 45 minutes while in uncomfortable chairs just so that Trilogy could get their act together. They ended up giving me $ 10 back but I just ended up tipping that money to the masseuse and nail tech despite a bad experience.

I bought a voucher in Dec for one hour massage at $ 40 with Living Social, good till 12⁄11 and recently made an appointment two weeks ago for yesterday. When I got there the place did not look as a Spa as it is advertised. Once on the stretcher, the masseuse asked me whether I liked to have a Swedish massage and I declined. Then i Requested deep tissue. She did very well but spent 60 min on my upper back and arms. A bit on the back of my legs, which I requested to be light. Once the hour was finished she told me and to my surprise, i had not turned over I asked why she hadn’t done my front and she said she does not do fronts. That was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard from a masseuse. With so much competition in this town, Trilogy will never see me again. I was not even offered a towel. I am not used to this poor service. Yes, I came with an offer but I could have remained a long time patron should I would not have had such poor service Still, I tipped her $ 12 because she did her best with my upper back. !!! I do not recommend this place at all. !!!

«The Chocoholic’s Fantasy mani-pedi($ 60), which includes relaxing, hot towels, takes finger and toe windows from dull to dazzling. Immerse digits in an antioxidant-rich, chocolate-scented soak before getting them slathered with a vitamin-laden chocolate sugar scrub, then select a new hue to go with your new deliciously flavored paws. A chocolate-scented lotion is applied to hands and feet to act as the ultimate deterrent from pesky door-to-door canine salesmen.» I have been to several REAL spas, and it’s a pretty big stretch to call this place a Spa. I bought this Groupon thinking I was getting a Spa Experience, and that is not what I received. Relaxing? The chairs for pedicures were incredibly uncomfortable(which I mentioned to the manager, who said«I know»), and I had to extend my legs straight out for over half an hour while the nail tech did my pedicure. My lower back still hurts. The pedicure stations are right in the front of the store, by the reception desk and the fitness studio entrance. It was hardly relaxing to be sitting next to a reception area of people waiting for their exercise class. Once the class started, Zumba music filled the room. There were no hot towels, and while I’m sure my nail tech is a very nice woman, she did not speak one word of English. Ok, I know this is Miami, but she didn’t even understand when I asked her to cut my nails shorter! There was no cosmetology license on display(I looked) and I highly doubt she has one if she cannot understand the most basic nail terms in English. The staff was much more interested in discussing their own matters than taking care of customers. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the management and they did not offer an solutions.

Walked in to ck it out as there was a coupon on living social & I wanted to see the place before I purchased a coupon. I was also in NEED of a massage! They honored the coupon price & got me right in. I was thrilled. Maria gave a very nice massage. Only complaint is it could use better sound-proofing. I’ll be back to try other their pilates class!

I was looking for a spa in Miami where I could have a spa party for me and my friends for my birthday. I was fortunate to find Trilogy while they were doing their half-price promotion on all services. They were beyond accommodating. You will not find prices better than there’s on Miami Beach — They opened the spa 30 minutes earlier to accommodate the whole group, so we could get to our boat tour on time. –They shut the spa the morning of my birthday to service me and my friends, so we had the spa to ourselves. –I requested food for the party, but decided against it. When we got there they had set up orange juice, sandwiches, and chips for us at no additional charge. — They offered wonderful services, and an accommodating staff. My friends all got 2 – 3 services, and were still adding more services when we got there because of the price and quality of the service provided. –The staff was extremely friendly and nice. My friends are not an easy group to work with, but they handled the group with ease and a smile on their faces. The only thing I think they could improve is making sure the massage rooms are warmer. It was pretty nippy in there when I was getting my massage, so it was really hard to relax. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely made my birthday a memorable one! Services we received and loved: Chocolate Spa mani/pedi, 45 min massage, scrub, and facial. My favorite was the mani/pedi.
