Pizza Hut on Biscayne and 88^th Street is the freakin worst! Never will I buy their pizza again! Freaking idiots. They delivered the wrong pizza, I called them and was told the waiting time would be an hour, so I decided to drive there, the manager was rude and disgusting and would not give me my full refund because he needed the original receipt that the driver had. Joseph, the manager is very rude and disgusting. I am totally pissed off and calling corporate in the morning and complain. They have no customer service skills at all! Very, very unprofessional. Do not deal with them or waste your money. Domino’s is right down the street from them. I NEVER had issues with Domino’s.

They had my email and they could of easily sent me an email.

Holy crap, all the pizza huts have the same bad reviews. Looks like corp doesn’t care about Miami. I didn’t bother to check other places. Good to know though. Btw, still waiting on my pizza and wings from a month ago that never got delivered. Thought I’d give you another chance tonight. Boy was I wrong. Almost 3 hrs to get my order right!?! You stole my $$ this time. I won’t be fooled again. I’ve fired people who are way more competent that your sh*t staff. How the F is this place still in business and why hasn’t corp chimmed in?!? Get your company policies in order. We all know 1 review won’t change anything but maybe all of us angry customers should. #pizzahut #pizzahutsucks

We have tried to order from this Pizza Hut a few times now. Every time, weekend or week day, the approximate delivery time is 2.5−4 hours! What?! Through the app or on the phone, always 2.5−4hours. Insane.

Service is poor. food not so great:(. I called to speak with a manager regarding my order and was told call back the next day ice he wasn’t there when my order was made– what!!! I called to speak with another-​manager — seriously — I don’t have time to be playing games. Papa johns is better. They are literally across the street and any manager will help you regardless of the issue. — -I’m not going to waste my time.

I ordered online 2 medium pizzas and an order of 8 buffalo wings at 8:59 PM this evening. I arrived after 15 mins when the order was supposed to be ready. There were 2 people in line in front of me. I waited 5 mins or so to be addressed. As I waited, I was thrown off by the chaos behind the counter, the manager snapping on the delivery driver, and the loud dance music. I observed about 6 – 8 people in the back not working (maybe changing shifts). One guy, who I believe was making the pizzas, was on his phone. I noticed the females weren’t wearing hair nets or hats which was a concern. Again, Maybe they were changing shifts…
When I was finally addressed, the cashier asked the two girls behind me what their order was and told me they were there Before me. That’s because she didn’t even notice I had been there 5 — 7 mins. That pissed me off — her assuming I would just cut line in front of the two girls — and the fact that she couldn’t remember what name the order was under after I gave it to her 2 times.
Then…I waited another 10 mins for this same cashier to figure out what I ordered. (Another lady had arrived after me with the same name.) Mean while the «manager» was on a personal call and cigarette break out in front of the store. Another 10 mins passed… my husband approached the manager to complain as she walked back in the store. She cut him short and continued her personal call. At this point I had decided to go somewhere else. The other lady with my same name as me received her food which was 2 orders of wings which she waiting over 35 mins for. She looked at the order and stormed out. Said they didn’t get the order right and the wings didn’t look cooked. We also left and went to Little Caesars a block away. This was the worse Pizza Hut experience in my life. Ghetto. Unprofessional. Disorganized. Never going back. I may never order Pizza Hut again! They completely ruined my night, and I had to disappoint my kids who were looking forward to the wings.

Can they get less than one star? Should! Paid 17 bux for a crappy made pizza– rubbish. Should have hit little caesarean…

Every time I order from here it is 2 hours be for I get my food and it is always wrong today that’s it I’m done with this place I order cheese bread and I got regular cold bread so hard I can’t eat it I’m done with this place and they owe me at lease 100 worth of f**k ups

I never will order from this place again. I needed pizza delivered to my students and apparently missed their confirmation call so they canceled the order. No email or anything letting me know this. Then I reordered the pizza just to be picked up at the little shack they call a Pizza Hut. After signing my receipt for $ 47.04, they decide to charge me $ 58.80 for the pizzas without even telling me! It took an extra hour on the phone talking to 4 employees to finally get them to give me the refund to my original signed receipt. Terrible, not worth your time.

This is the second and last time I will place an order from here. For a store that is 7 minutes away, it takes over an hour to get a delivery. I placed an order the first time ad it was process, because it takes over an hour to get it delivered it was cancelled because it would be passed the delivery time. Ok, fine. The second I place an order well within the ordering time and it NEVER gets delivered. I received no phone call, email, nothing telling me that it was cancelled or that contact was attempted to be made in order for the delivery. I then try to contact the store in order to ask what has happen, NO ONE answers the phone??? Seriously??? When they do finally answer the phone they tell me that no order is there and that they call to confirm when an order has been placed, and no one called!!! Like I said before, this will be the LAST TIME I order pizza from here or pizza hut period! second and last time you screw me over!

Ordered online in desperation. Took two hours and the pizza was cold. Called manager and she didn’t care at all. Not cool. Do not order from this place.

To echo the other disgruntled customers below, I’ve ordered several times from this establishement however, recently the service has been atrocious. Pizza hut delivered a cold pizza a couple weeks ago, I decided not to make a big fuss. This time however, I am not staying quiet. The pizza was late by over an hour and when I called to follow up the manager said I was a ‘new’ customer (Not true, I’ve ordered before) and that she called my phone twice (no number shown in my caller id) so she canceled my order. I told her I didn’t receive any calls and that out of curteousy I should get a discount on my order or next order. She refused and said it was Pizza Hut policy. I tweeted Pizza hut right away and filled out a customer feedback form. They emailed me that I would get a free pizza on my next order but I honestly don’t think I’ll ever order again. It will take me some time to trust them again.

This place is absolutely despicable and incompetent. I’ve ordered at multiple places and they seemed to be competent enough, but this pizza hut is on a whole different level. I placed an online order around 6:00pm and waited for the pizza until maybe 8:00pm until I finally called them. I got them on the line and was informed that the order was canceled? The manager decided to cancel this order because they wanted to verify my address (Which they have delivered to before) and could not reach me on my phone (which has no record of them calling) «multiple times.» The least they could do was send an email confirmation or something of the sort to notify me of the cancellation. What horrible service. Take your money elsewhere.

Such a terrible example of a Pizza Hut. The employees are so rude. The shift manager was incompetent and rude about Pizza Hut policies. The pizza was terribly cold and very I’ll prepared. I was very upset with the attitude of the delivery driver.

This place is the worst. Awful customer service and very unprofessional. Not to mention the parking is terrible. My husband and I got parked in by a Pizza Hut employee! I know it’s Miami and people don’t think normal rules of the roadway don’t apply to them but you can’t park in your own customers! When my husband went inside to get it figured out the employees were incredibly rude to him… like he was inconveniencing them by asking them to move. Undercover needs to do an episode here and clean house.

I had not ordered from this place in years but I was in the mood for pizza and it was nearby. I ordered using their smartphone app. That process was not bad at all.
The medium pizza I ordered was ready on time and the staff was pleasant. Those are the only positives I can offer about the experience.
The pizza was disappointing. I included spinach in the toppings and never expected fresh raw spinach. Yuck. The pizza was tasteless and not cooked well enough. It was also not hand-​tossed, as requested.

Pizzas arrive… cold and couldn’t even give a bite of. First and last time order with them. I’m only 14blocks away from that store. Horrible service. No more. I should read the reviews:(

PH canceled our order for not answering the phone, I even called them to confirm the time not 15 min before. The manager proceeded to tell me that I was a «new customer» and it’s «policy» I’ve ordered there over 20 times. Someone seriously needs to figure out the management there. I can no longer order from you.

Not only is this the worst-​run Pizza Hut that I have ever experienced, but they hire very young delivery drivers who are totally afraid of dogs… HELLLLOOOO you’re in Miami Shores… we ALL have either a dog or cat!!!
We ordered for delivery the other night, and after opening the front door, which is behind an iron gate, the delivery driver would not get out of his car! He wanted me to walk barefooted in the rain to pick up the pizza from his vehicle… I don’t think so…
