I was not advised that my choices would leave piece off centre. when I returned the piece for reframing — as to see the piece centred, I was told it was my own fault and i would need to pay full amount again. As «professionals» i would think they could of provided me with a better understanding of how my piece would look. I would never use this place again. very expensive and bad service

the owner is lovely, but VERY expensive, nice collection of choices.
Partner or assistant should not be dealing with public.
Still looking for a good framer.

Very nice owner. But one piece was framed completely different than the sample I provided and it was very expensive. Miami could use a really good frame shop but this is not quite it.
