101 Snacks

Was in the area for our apartment closing, searching for a quick bite to eat during our break. We were surprised by the lack of food options that were in that area. 101 snacks is carefully tucked in the office building on Ponce de Leon Blvd. You have to walk through the office building lobby to find this spot, but trust me it’s there! My wife and I ordered wraps and were very happy that we happened to uncover this hidden gem.
We ordered the chicken-​pesto and a honey mustard chicken wrap. Both wraps were excellent and very well-​priced. 101 snacks also offers several sandwiches, coffee, soups, and smoothies. Visit this place soon before the secret’s out!

I have been a faithful customer of 101 Snacks since they were still operating out of Coulter’s Discount. As a chef, I can get picky and somewhat snobbish when it comes to food and beverage. So when I say that this place has the best coffee in Miami, it is no exaggeration. Consistently for the past 3 years, I have received the perfect cup of coffee every single day. The prices are unbelievably low and the quality of everything there is superb. Check out their daily specials since they normally have something awesome every day. Lastly, even though this place is hard to find– it’s behind the Wells Fargo on Ponce, they deliver locally for all orders over $ 2.50. Super convenient. The staff there is awesome too. Great conversations with funny people every morning to start my day. If you live in the Gables and this isn’t one of your go-​to places to chow down, then you’re missing out on the best kept secret in Coral Gables and probably wasting your money…

These guys are awesome! Considering the location Coral Gables, they are better priced than Burger King and healthier meals. Very economical and very YUMMY!

Good little place to grab a café con leche and empanada. However bring cash or else you need to spend the minimum amount to use a card. Also, bonus, if you work or live nearby they deliver for free (okay technically a $ 2.50 minimum).

I decided to try somewhere new for lunch today and came to 101 Snacks. I absolutely could not believe the prices! I got a papaya juice, a rotisserie chicken sandwich (today’s special), and a ham croqueta, and it came out to less than $ 9… For this area, that’s absolutely unheard of. The sandwich was simple but good: rotisserie chicken, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on grilled french bread. The juice was thick and sweet, more a smoothie than a juice, but very yummy.
The place itself is an absolute hole in the wall. The seating area is literally 1 bar stool at a short countertop. It’s also hard to find, since there isn’t much of a sign. It’s at the back of the Wells Fargo building, by their parking lot. This is definitely more of a pick-​up/​delivery venue than a classic restaurant. Since I work in the area, I will be ordering from here A LOT in the future. Delivery is free with a minimum purchase of $ 2.50!

Awesome little shop conveniently located right next to my job site– love all their wraps, and their croquetas are the best. Can’t beat the price and they even deliver! Love this place! :)
