It’s been 3 visit and quite the learning process when it comes to rats, they are quite the evasive creature. On the third visit the representative filled the hole and by the next day the foam he filled it with was torn out (must of been one tough mouse). The supervisor came the following Monday his name was Nestor (FYI very informative and friendly) he educated us «New home owners» on how these critters can be very sneaky and can be trouble to get rid of. He assured us that him and his colleague will be back to fill and re-enforce the newly created hole. With their help maybe we can be rid of this issue once and for all! I’ll keep you posted !
