Very unprofessional management tried forcing me into buying a SIM card kit when I know for a fact you don’t need one

Worst customer service I’ve received in a while which is surprising since I’ve never had an issue at an AT&T store before. But then again this is the first time I go to one on Bird Rd, not surprising. Do yourself a favor and go to the smaller hidden one in front of FIU. I didn’t have to wait 45 minutes like this one and they actually solved my problem within 10 minutes.

Natalie was super helpful to answer all of my questions. She helped me to reactivate an old phone after mine was stolen, and answer all of my questions about my upgrade. We had to wait a while for assistance, which I had to dock a star for, but other than that, it was a positive experience. She even let me know that we were eligible for additional discounts– which I really appreciated– every little bit counts!

Customer service is clearly not a goal or priority at this location. The only goal accomplished was to waste my time and increase my curiosity to move to another carrier. Fyi: placed an order online for an upgrade and chose to pick up at store. Waited patiently for the email confirming i could go and pick up. Arrived at the store and was advised«pick up» at the store had been CANCELLED? Supposedly this store was not providing pick up service any longer! And i had to call 611 to order to be shipped. After many deep breaths i called 611 and was told that the system showed i had PICKED up the phone AND my credit card HAD been charged!!! Hard to believe but true! Brian, the sales rep at the store clearly not trained properly and made 3 hours of my life the most miserable known to men for a simple upgrade.

Super nice service and hospitality. The manager Alex Rodriguez was great and understood our needs. The sales rep Carlos was very helpful and walked us through all the process. Very impressed with this store. Thanks guys!

I am very upset at the way AT&T has failed to commit to their U-verse service installation appointments. 2 missed appointments from their part and all they could tell me was that unfortunately they don’t make the appointments?! Who makes them then,. They told me over the phone that their facility does,. And offered a third appointment date. Unacceptable. They seem not to value their customers and the power of the review. Fortunately, the people who work at this store are excellent, although the products and services provided by their company is misleading and unfortunately disappointing. I’ve been a customer of AT&T for many years and have never experienced such disappointment from their services.

Exceedingly UNprofessional. While speaking to my Daughter and I, the representative held her arms akimbo across her body — a string indication that she didn’t want to be bothered. Totally underwhelmed.

I love buying all my products from this store. I also work there so it’s a little biased as far as this survey is concerned. If you do come in ask for Ozzy and I will take care of everything. Whether it’s Uverse, Digital Life, or wireless I will take care of all of your AT&T needs.
