The manager, daisy, is very professional and eager to leave customers with a positive impact. I had a negative experience once and she got in contact with me to fix the situation. Aside from this, it’s your run of the mill Taco Bell. Cheap, tasty, fast food.

OK… so… I asked for Dr. Pepper and got Root Beer. Not the same thing. They didn’t even say the usual typical, «We have Root Beer not Dr. Pepper, is that OK?» they just took it upon themselves to give me Root Beer. Ummm… not OK and not the same. He was pissed because I held up his line returning the drinks. Well ask next time. Other than that this place usually has a long drive thru line. If you come here during High School Football season and happen to come right before a game or after expect chaos. The employees here are usually either teenagers or older non English ladies.

Drive thru was really good, lady taking order was very professional. Are order was missing a soft taco, but it was a big order, it can happen. Food was good and warm.

I drove through here at midnight tonight. I ordered a Beefy 5-​Layer Burrito with no beans and extra sour cream, and a steak quesadilla. My order came out in a timely fashion and I was not overcharged. The cashier spoke a reasonable amount of fairly intelligible English. Except for the extra sour cream being concentrated on one side of the burrito, and one of the slices of quesadilla not having any steak in it, the food was acceptable. I have had no explosive diarrhea or food poisoning since eating my purchase. Would repeat.

First TB that did have a wait of over 10 min for service at the drive through. At 3am, that’s all a girl can ask for.

This Taco Bell was physically very dirty. The tables were not wiped off and the drink fountain area has trash all over it and was very disorganized. The service was VERY slow the night I went. From the time we got in the door, it took about 15 minutes to get to the register, then after that, it took about 35 – 40 for us to get our food. The service was so slow, costumers started clapping when food started coming out to the costumers (which was once every 5 – 7 minutes).
Bottom line, if you really want Taco Bell, try a different location.

Super rude shift manager… Asked if they sold gift cards. Cashier says «Shift manager doesn’t want to tell me.» The shift manager then comes with the excuse that they’re in the safe and she doesn’t have the code. After 15 minutes, the manager finally gets the gift card out of the safe. I purchase it and gave it to my friend. My friend calls me the next day to tell me that they tried using it and it didn’t have any value. This Taco Bell is a complete disaster… DO NOT GO TO IT!!!

Always prompt, always clean, always up to date, and staff is always friendly… what more could you ask for from a Taco Bell?
So maybe it’s as authentic as Pollo Tropical is Cuban, but you gotta understand they’ve got their own thing going on.
Only suggestion I have is that Lorena Garcia, the lady who brought us the ‘Cantina bowl’, should take some marketing classes (and maybe some more cooking classes too) before assuring that we’ll love her bowl or she’ll replace it.
‘Cause I honestly don’t love it, like it, or want to replace it with another tasteless bowl of ingredients tossed together.

OMFG — isn’t their chicken like a mystery?
No, that case got thrown out of court and TB is suing for defamation, but I can understand people’s squeamishness to chicken that’s about $ 1.00 It’s just too damn cheap to be good chicken.
Well, all I know is that they have a «Healthy Menu» now and it’s pretty good. I’ve only ever ordered Chicken Fresco Soft Tacos from here and they’re good. I think TB is trying to clean up their image and it’s a good start.
It’s a decent place for a very late night bite as this TB is open until 4:00AM on certain days.
