Meat are cook according to your like, portions are on the average size(may be great for the ladies not so much for the men) The bread could be better of better texture but overall yum!

Their turkey burger is to die for! It is so juicy and delicious, it never disappoints. They have a nice selection of different types of burgers as well as salads. Their shakes are also pretty delicious. The topless turkey burger is even better than the regular. The seating is a bit weird, and I don’t really like strangers sitting too close to me while I eat. But, its still a good place to go eat and enjoy a nice burger when you’re tired from shopping.

Great food, great service! Extremely freindly staff and the burgers here are to die for! Love coming back with my family! Out of all the restaurants to eat at Dadeland Mall, this is the only one you shluld be eating at.

Sometimes you just gotta have a burger. So begins the story of our visit to Bobby’s Burgers. First of all, this place is located in the Dadeland Mall. That means there’s plenty of parking if you can find one. Now you have to wander through the mall and go upstairs to the entrance. Next you’ll stand in a line and give your order at the counter. Then you grab a seat and wait for your order to be delivered. I tried the Miami Beef burger… crucified! It was a pretty good burger! I also got a black & white milk shake… another winner! In short, a pretty good darn place for a burger. There’s both indoor and patio seating. If you’re in the area, you should try out this place… if you’re searching for a burger.

I’d like to start by saying that the burgers are perfectly delicious. My husband had a beef burger and it was a perfect medium, well-seasoned, and delicious with the ‘brunch’ toppings(crispy bacon, fried egg, and cheese). I had a turkey LA burger(avocado, watercress, cheddar cheese), which was a little dry and lacked flavor. However, we both used the ‘burger BBQ sauce’ and jalapeño hot sauce, which added some good depth of flavor. So why does this deserve a 3 rating? 1. The service is average. Not great. We didn’t realize you had to ASK to crunchitize your burger in order to get a handful of free baked chips on top of your burger. When we did ask, after paying, the cashier told us there was nothing she could do about it and that we had to talk to the kitchen to see if they’d give us the chips. 2. The crunchitized chips are average. Not great. There is no salt, and no seasoning– they are just baked potato flavored bits. 3. Burgers don’t come with fries. WHYISTHIS A RECENTTREND?! I’m so not into the whole trend of burger places charging extra for sides like fries. You wanna charge me $ 1 extra for sweet potato or onion rings? Fine. But please make sure that my burger price already includes standard fries. 4. The milk shakes are $ 5.25, but they’re maybe 16 ounces? Not that I really need more than 16 ounces, but why is $ 5.25 an appropriate price? I will probably return for one of those shakes if I spend enough time at the mall, but I will most likely go to a different burger joint to get my salty, delectable beefy fill.

I go to this place at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. I’ve tried several of the burgers, but usually end up with the Dallas«topless» version(no bun, on greens) with extra coleslaw. The sweet potato fries are excellent, and I have been around the block with sweet potato fries, so I know what I like. The service in this place is very well organized and efficient. Servers are helpful and friendly, and the manager is great. She always makes a point of saying hello and checking in on our experience. The only sad thing I can say is that I’m moving to Houston in a week, and will really miss this place. Please open one in Houston!!!

Bobby’s is a really fun atmosphere and good tasting place for a decent burger in the mall. I wouldn’t say it’s the best burger I’ve had but it’s consistent. The sweet potato fries are honestly the best I’ve had because of how crunchy yet soft they are. I also love that they have various sauces to choose from, because I love tasting different sauces. My favorite has to be the chipotle ketchup because I love a little bit of spice. The employees are very attentive and the restaurant is always clean.

Nice burger place to eat after visiting the mall. The Brunch burger was good. The sweet potato fries were really good, thick and crispy. Fries with bacon and cheese also good. The best was the pistachio milkshake!

The only vegetarian option is the grilled cheese. I added extra toppings, and it was great! Onion rings were really good. Glad they offer beer. Too bad they don’t have dessert, just milk shakes.

Fresh and simple gourmet burgers! Full of taste but yet minimal… I ordered the LA! Very refreshing.

Five star customer service, hands down! Left another restaurant to come here and was pleasantly surprised at how DELICIOUS the food was and how amazing the customer service is. Definitely recommend the Bobby Blue burger — will come back for this! All in all, great spot to dine! Wonderful experience.

It was my first time going to Bobbys and I couldn’t help but thinking when I got in that I was in some sort of twisted time warp in the 70s gone wrong. Color schemes were of course green orange and yellow and seating was pretty uncomfortable and almost on what seemed like bar stools from one side of the restaurant to the other. I opted to sit outside and found that there was literally no shade or umbrella which resulted in a sweltering sweat. When I got there I saw various options which included chicken and various salads as well. I ordered the arugula chicken quinoa salad. As they didn’t offer GF buns. I was surprised when the employee told me they didn’t have chicken… Who runs out of chicken? And she insisted I try turkey on my salad. In a complete rush and quite hangry I agreed. I was really disappointed in my salad, turkey seemed over cooked and of course no chicken. Will not return here again.

Update: Bobby’s was truly a charm the second time around. From the moment I walked in everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgable about the menu. In regards to flavors, again, everything was truly delicious. While many places frequently overcook my burger, Bobby’s was grilled to medium rare perfection, just the way I like it. I chose to go topless this time around, the burger of course! It was beautifully plated on a bed of crisp field greens. The seasoning was perfect and ingredients all tasted fresh and flavorful. The coleslaw is by far the best I’ve tasted in quite a while, the variety of sauces are an excellent complement to the meal as well as sides, and I think I might have some naughty dreams about that pistachio milkshake! I’m extremely curious to try the turkey and chicken burgers and to work my way through all the different burger styles. I will most definitely be returning again and again. — — — — — — — — — — — — - Being such a huge Flay fan I was very eager to finally try this place. I had the Brunch burger. The meat was delicious, cooked to perfection, melt in your mouth juiciness. The bread was fresh and delicately toasted. The pickles were tart and crisp. So why the four stars? Well, the service really leaves more to be desired. I went on a weekday when the place was nearly empty and I still had to flag down an apathetic server to ask for more pickles because, after my food came, no one ever came to ask if I needed anything else. As far as food bang for your buck, this place does not disappoint. I had my fill and still was not able to finish the entire burger but again, the service was so bad that I had to go up to the kitchen window myself and ask for a take out box. I’m looking forward to tasting more from the menu and will definitely return but somebody needs to let Bobby know that this staff needs a little reworking.

Muyyy buenaaa burger, la carne es de primera y a la parrilla. Los precios son buenos, muy buena atencion… Un lugar solo para comer, no tiene mucho ambiente. Tiene una terraza al aire libre.

It’s the second time here, and I admit I like it a lot. I usually avoid«celebrity» places, because you pay for the flair but substance is lacking most of the time(and high prices are the norm). Example: I few years ago I was at Bobby Flay’s restaurant in NY(forgot the name, sorry) and it was a total disaster(service was conceited and rude, food prices were stratospheric, and quality of the food was marginal, if I could have given a –1 rate I would have). But this burger place got it right. The burgers are tasty and ingredients are fresh. Prices are decent for a Shopping Center venue with the Bobby Flay name on it. Shakes are very good too. I had the«Brunch Burger»(Fried Egg /Smoked Bacon /American Cheese) and it was great. On the side: the«undecided»(fries and onion rings, the rings are super). Note: there are several burger options, but you can build your own, which is very convenient if the kids are picky on ingredients(pickles anyone?). Overall a very pleasant lunch experience, for a reasonable price. Bobby got it right for this brand. Recommended!

After a long day of shopping at Dadeland Mall we headed to this restaurant for much needed nourishment. I had high expectations for this place but in my experience the burgers were ok. We ordered the Carolina and Dallas burger with fries, lemonade and a shake. The Carolina burger had a green onion slaw and American cheese with a kick but it wasn’t too spicy which is ok, I ordered the meat to be cooked medium but it arrived well done and tasted a bit bland. The vanilla shake was good but on the small side and the fries were good but arrived to the table at room temperature, not cold but not hot either. The lemonade was watery and sweet, I definitely prefer a lemonade with stronger lime flavor. Overall the food was ok. Service was good and the place was decorated nicely with indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Les burger sont bons, le concept est sympa et agréable. On commande à la caisse, on paye et on nous sert. Nous avons pris le Philadelphia et 2 menu enfants(généreux). Les burger sont goûteux mais manquent de sels, les frites sont bonnes.

My friend and I wanted to have a quick bite to eat while we were doing some holiday shopping. We saw that Bobby’s was order-at-the-counter style and neither of us had ever even heard of this place before so we thought we’d give it a shot. We were pretty lucky to order our food rather quickly(as soon as we ordered, a rather large line formed at the cash register) and easily found seats. I thought it was pretty nice that one of the employees came over to bring us silverware and napkins, even though I expected to have to grab these things myself. From here, things got a bit weird. We saw the employees standing at the food window waiting for food to come out but… it just wasn’t coming out. I don’t know if this was due to the rush they got immediately following our order but it was pretty weird… definitely seemed like they didn’t expect it. One of the employees who was at the window even started screaming at the cooks, which was pretty awkward because their food window is in the middle of the doing area. She ended up going back and cooking with them, so I’m assuming she was actually a manager or something. Our food did take quite a bit longer than I expected but not so long that I was upset about it. I got the LA burger and my friend had a grilled cheese and fries. The burger was fine, nothing fantastic. I asked for my burger medium rare but it definitely leaned medium well. I’m not too picky about that so I let it be but, ya know, they ask you how you want it cooked, so it’s a bit annoying. Anyway, I actually thought the fries were the best part of our meal but even they were just okay. Apparently this place is known for their sauces but those, too, were pretty lackluster. Pretty much the only upside for me was that the burger wasn’t BAD and that it was pretty inexpensive. I probably wouldn’t come back here unless I was really trying to go out of my way to spend less than $ 10 on a meal without leaving the mall, otherwise I’d try somewhere else next time.

Emailing corporate regarding this location. They ran out of beef mid day(3pm). Burger place and no meat, costumers were not pleased and were being turned away due to lack of beef. I ordered the breakfast burger, it was extremely salty, I was starving so chugged it down, but not pleased at all. Ordered my 4 year old a kids meal. Her burger tasted very much like the ones kept in freezer section of publix to later be microwaved(I had a few of those as a kid) Fries were a bit burned and not tasty. As for service, I didn’t bother to speak to manager, as the woman seemed overwhelmed with the lack of beef(understandable), as I was making my way to her, she was heading out towards the back on phone, I am assuming to handle to beef situation. There is a serious lack of organization at this location. The remaining staff did not once anticipate needs. –kids cup given without lid –no utensils provided(had to grab myself from area where they kept them, as staff seemed busy and overwhelmed. Not satisfied, at all.

This placed reminded me of something you’d fine In a theme park. From the colorful theme, to the medio core food to the expensive prices. The burger was extremely tiny. I feel like it lacked flavor. The sesame bun just wasn’t cutting it for me. Fries were okay. I paid $ 15 for burger, fries and a coke. No lie I’d choose Wendy’s over this.

The fries and the onion rings I had were no bueno. The burgers looked boring(i didn’t have one) and the employee culture seemed terrible. At the cash register, the cashier was getting visibly frustrated at the ringing phone. Instead of focusing on the interaction with me, she stormed off and began yelling for a co-worker. After observing the manager who was passive aggressively bossing around her employees and making it hard to eat, considering the kitchen opens up into the seating area, I’ll never go back. The manager’s attitude reflects in the attitude of her employees and the kind of service they offer. The only plus was the décor and neat seating arrangements.

Sign up for the free Bobby’s Burger card. After $ 100 you earn a free burger or something. I love that they have a new burger of the month every month. For an $ 8 burger in the Miami area, it’s pretty great. After 6+ visits, I’ve come to realize they are one of the better burger places in the South Miami area. They are consistently good. Fresh not frozen beef, juicy but not greasy, and well-seasoned. Burgers also come with a pickle spear. French fries $ 3.50 Onion rings $ 3.50 Milkshakes $ 5.00 Customer service is also consistently good. The French fries have been unfortunately soggy at random times. I even tried sending the fries back once and they gave me an equally soggy batch of fries. I still order them though. Bobby’s is located on the second floor in the new wing of the mall next to Aoki Teppanaki and Earl’s. Order in the line, take a number, get your drink from the fountain, sit, and the food is brought to your table. P. S. Despite my high rating, I agree with Julio’s review when he says it should be called Bobby’s Burger Place instead of Palace.
