I’m so sorry to only be giving Elevation Burger 2 stars. I was a big fan and always insisted on going when I would visit my aunt in Virginia. I was SOOOO excited when they opened in Miami. I’ve gone twice and both times have been underwhelming. The burgers lack flavor(I had to add salt both times) and the fries, while cooked in olive oil, also lack flavor and crispness. Shake shack is much closer to us and much better. We won’t be going out of our way again to give them another try.

This place is really poor. The burgers are tasteless and the fries are nothing special. Being from California I know what a good burger is and this is not one.

I REALLY wanted to like this place but the burger was bland and the fries weren’t good at all. They were too oily for my liking. They only get one star because it’s a healthier option than 5 Guys; however, I rather not eat a burger at all than eat a tasteless one.

I want to LOVE this place. I want to. I really do – it’s all-grass fed beef, olive-oil french fries… It takes most of the guilt out of the burger-and-fries fast food experience. And I will say I have NEVER had service that was even the teensy-tiniest bit bad at an Elevation Burger. But the food doesn’t wow my palate. The fries are a little greasy(I think they would benefit from a seasoning) and none of the sauces are really anything to write home about. I love you guys. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Great burgers that have a real meat taste and might be good for you also. You can be assured that they do not contain any of the pink slime that makes up so much of the typical fast food burger. Fresh toppings. Nice, helpful service.

Just when I thought I was burger-ed out, the food gods brought me here by fortuitous happenstance. Yeah yeah I’ve heard the song and dance before — new hot chain claiming to have better food through better ingredients. Still, my inner carnivore couldn’t help but giving in. Even though I had already had lunch I still had to have a burger. I went with the standard Elevation cheeseburger with the Elevation sauce. Corporate espionage must be at an all-time high in the burger wars as Elevation sauce is pretty similar to Shack Sauce which is pretty similar to Burger Fi sauce which are all mayo based sauces with mustard/ketchup & spices mixed in. Also, the concept of the restaurant is extremely similar to Shake Shack/Burger Fi as there are also shakes offered here, but using fresh ice cream. I did not have high expectations for the burger but it was surprisingly good. The organic patties were very flavorful and delicious and were cradled by a perfect pillow soft bun. My only knock to be honest would be the sub-standard greens which is also a problem of Burger Fi. Still, this burger is far superior to Five Guys or Smashburger in my opinion. However a big minus in my book is the lack of booze. Otherwise, Elevation Burger is an admirable addition to the crowded fast-casual burger market.

If your looking for a yummy burger this is a great quick spot. When I’m looking to stay on the health side, I wrap my burger in lettuce instead of a bun. The organic grass fed beef is also a bonus. I would definitely put bacon on your burger. It’s so thick and delicious. Elevation sauce is a must and caramelized onions are especially good too. Other than the burgers, the fries a pretty good and I had a sip of a chocolate shake someone in our party ordered and it was super delicious. The cookies in the check out line are probably right up there with the burger on my list so don’t leave without getting one!

High quality ingredients include grass fed beef, real cheddar cheese, and an array of toppings make this a great fast dinner choice. For a carb-free choice ask for a lettuce bun. They wrap it up perfectly and you barely miss the bread and feel like you are ‘cheating’ when you are not! Get a card stamped for a free burger down the line. Veggie Burgers are also good. TIP — validate for free parking in the garage.

Delicous grass fed beef burgers; perfectly juicy and flavored. French fries are fried in olive oil and perfectly crispy yet moist inside. I LOVE this place!

A burger without the guilt?!? I’m in paleo heaven! As a paleoite, it isn’t always easy to find too many places with grass fed beef and bun less burgers. In my quest to eat grass fed meat, lots and lots of it, I came across Elevation. Any time I have that burger urge I head here to satisfy my craving, sans the guilt! I always order the Elevation burger which is two patties of grass fed beef. You can choose your toppings– some free, some you pay for– and whether you’d like it on a bun or a lettuce wrap. I always opt for the lettuce wrap. The meat is flavorful and juicy. Their fries are shoestring fries cooked in olive oil. Sometimes they do tend to be a little on the soggy side, but most of the time they’re pretty crispy. It is a little more expensive than Five Guys but you get better ingredients and you won’t feel like you swallowed a bowling ball when you finish. All in all, if you’re looking for a relatively healthy«fast food» option, give Elevation a try!

There are sooo many burger places now. Too much to even want to go to anymore. I am over the whole BURGER craze. I am not out there to find the perfect burger but i will not shy away from giving new places a try. I do however refuse to be overcharged for a burger. This is why i like some of these places like Elevation burger. Grass fed cows… i could really not care about that but i know there are many out there that get picky about that kinda stuff. I was pleasently happy with my burgers and fries. The service was quick and happy. So happy employees equals happy happy which in turn equals happy client.

So you want to have a burger but don’t want to feel like a fatty boom batty? Elevation burger is for you. No, it’s not Five Guys, it’s not Shake Shack, it’s a grassfed burger that tastes pretty good if you haven’t had greasy food in about two weeks. So in other words, I love this place while I am on the road to being healthy. It is all the comfort of a burger with 0% guilt, especially if you wrap it in lettuce– don’t forget the elevation sauce!

Tried this burger joint a few days ago. Its located by Dadeland mall in Miami. The restaurant itself is a nice size with several tables and chair inside as well as outside. I had the organic elevation burger that’s organic with sauteed onions and two slices of cheddar cheese, fries and a vanilla shake. The burger was OK a little bland for my tasting and the fries are shoestring and I found them to be soggy and oily. They have a lot of fixing to go on your burger as well as vegan burger.

We would have walked out just based on the fact that there were no customers in the restaurant, but unfortunately we had already purchased the living social voucher and needed to spend $ 10. It was worse than we could have imagined. We asked for the options of how a burger could be cooked and they told us medium-well or well-done. We said okay, please make sure our burgers are cooked medium-well and not well-done. Guess how the burger came out? Right, extremely well-done. The staff had a pretty crappy attitude in general. There were no paper towels in the restroom. Besides being well-done the burger had basically no taste. There’s a Mexican place across the street that had a line out the door. This place was empty. And for good reason. Avoid it.

We’re big fans of Five Guys, but only go every once in a while as a «splurge» meal. When we heard about Elevation Burger, we were excited because it was supposed to be a healthy burger place. Happily, it lived up to our expectations. The burger is nicely sized, not greasy, and they use real cheddar cheese(you can taste the difference). The french fries are cooked in olive oil and taste great. We each order the single patty burger(which is the same thing we get at Five Guys). One of their signature sauces is a honey-dijon sauce that’s excellent. I always ask for a side of this sauce and add it to the burger. I’ve also had the milkshake and it’s really good, especially for not being super calorific. But that’s something for every once in a while. All in all, we found ourselves a guilt-free alternative to Five Guys, especially during the week when we try to behave. It’s also conveniently located in Downtown Dadeland across from Lime. They validate the parking, so the garage downstairs is free.

This weekend I went to discover all the wonderfulness that is World of Beer and I thought it was a bad ass concept that while WOB doesn’t serve food, they offer up menu’s of the surrounding resto’s and allow you to order in. My lovely SO, Jackie, ordered over the phone for us and we waited. It wasn’t a painful wait since we had bacon beer it’s delicious friends to occupy us but after 30 minutes we thought it was odd that we still didn’t have our order — and we were STARVING at that point. Jackie called Elevation Burger and they said«Look, we’ve been there 5 times already but we’ll come by again.» After another 10 minutes I call them and am told«The delivery person said there wasn’t any girls at the bar. Where are you sitting EXACTLY.» «We’re sitting at the far right of the bar.» 5 minutes later, enter delivery guy — I ask«Are these fresh burgers or are they the ones that we ordered nearly an hour ago?» «They’re probably the old ones.» «Stick it up your ass, we don’t want them.» Lesson to be learned: — Follow Lime’s lead and walk DOWNTHE F*CKINGBAR shouting out the name of the order. «Will!», «Jackie!» SOMETHING. A mere head popping into a crowded bar and a quick visual scan doesn’t suffice. — Even though my stunning wife has a short cut, she doesn’t look anything like a guy. Especially from behind.(Oh yeah! ;)) Perhaps your delivery person missed her brightly colored pashmina or he just didn’t want look around that thoroughly. — If you screw up by not effectively trying to find you patron, at least bring us fresh food. Don’t insult us further by trying to sell us hour old burgers. MMMMCOLDBURGERSANDSOGGYFRIES! YUM! We’ll never be patrons of Elevation Burger now. And your tweet«sorry about ur experience. We will use ur comment to improve our venue. Have a great weekend :)» is just WEAK. You really should learn a bit more on Customer Recovery. Sad, I hear your shit tastes good. Now we’ll never know.

This place was a solid 4 stars on my first visit and after today’s 2 star meal I’ll compromise and give it 3. The menu is very straight forward: straight up burgers with a decent selection of toppings. I had the ½ the guilt burger on my first round and found it bland, the veggie patty did nothing but fill up the space and add calories. The meat was good though, it had a nice clean flavor and was juicy but not greasy. My husband had the original(comes with 2 meat patties) and he seemed to enjoy it. Fries were soggy but tasted OK. Service was good, they come ariund and offer you ketchup, napkins, etc, which is nice for a fast fiod joint. The only complaint I had from this visit was the stenchy souvenir from just standing in there to order our food. Ventilation sucks and we left smelling meaty and smoky. Brought me back to The Grind and that’s not something I want to relive. Visit #2 sucked. Again, stinkiness got the best of us and I went back to work smelling less than fantastic. It was Friday around lunch time, the place was dead. Our burgers were wrong — they messed up both toppings(forgot his lettuce, my onions, gave me tomatoes, etc) and the fries were so soggy they were completely falling apart. They crumbled once you touched them, it was a total mess. Its a shame they managed to mess up such a simple order when they weren’t even busy… Maybe the employees had a 4⁄20 celebration early on? I should’ve known something was up when the dude @ the register failed to ask me for my LivingSocial voucher yet still took $ 10 off my meal. I guess this worked in their benefit because I now have an unused LivingSocial coupon which will give me a reason to go back. On a positive note, the cookies are awesome. Maybe I’ll use my $ 10 to stock up.

Ever since 5 Guys stepped off the bus here in Miami, there has been one new hamburger joint after another open up. Do we need another one? I’m here to tell you… yes we do, if it’s as good as Elevation. The Elevation Burger is on the top of this abbreviated menu. It’s two patties, and you can select from a long list of toppings. They use very good quality cheddar cheese, the taste of the cheddar really comes through! This burger was hot, juicy, fresh and delicious. It’s served Shake Shack style, half wrapped in wax paper. The basket of fries was big enough to share. These also came out very hot. They were also damn good. Then there’s the soda machine. It’s high tech wizardry designed to dispense dozens of variations of soft drink from a single spout. It was cool, but it has it’s practical shortcomings. My common sense wife said, «This isn’t going to fly when it’s crowded, with only one spout». Sure enough, when I went to fill up, there was a family of four and the kids were sampling every flavor imaginable one swig at a time. Took forever to get a drink! Can I get a AMEN! Anyway, check it out. It’s located in the faux-charming place known as Downtown Dadeland(a misnomer if there ever was one) right across the street from Lime.

a solid 3 stars(well, maybe more like a 3.5) the elevation burger was indeed very tasty– i really liked the bread they use. the fries could use a little sprucing… they weren’t memorable. and the vanilla shake was pretty good– thick, not too sweet, and 710 calories!!! the calorie count is listed next to each item. i’m not sure if this is a good or bad thing… hmmm… the soda machine was pretty cool, i must add. its digital and had SO many options to choose from! and if you parked in the garage, they validate your parking for free!

I finally gave in to my curiosity and tried Elevation Burger. Something ~Healthy & Organic~ is opening in my neighborhood? i had to put elevation burger to the test. I ordered the«Elevation Burger» and you better believe i filled that bitch with every last topping. i also got fries. The burgers are fairly priced and after eating one i’d say they are pretty tasty and dont leave you with that gross comatose feeling after your meal. The fries are… alright? They also have a touchscreen soda machine which is pretty awesome and their side salads are big and a much better alternative to fries. I did think to myself though that whoever did their interior should have done a better job at making it more alluring and fun to be in. Its almost too basic. Also, they didn’t have any ketchup or sauces for the fries out so i had to ask for some. I was given Heinz tomato ketchup. Heinz Tomato Ketchup is made with High Fructose Corn Syrup. I find it ironic that a place that considers itself to be all organic and health minded would not offer ketchup/toppings that are also as healthy as the food on its menu? At the end of the day, i’d say its worth trying Elevation burger, but i dont know if i’d see myself calling it a favorite.
