Five guys burgers are greasy, fatty, juicy, and FULLOFFLAVOR. They’re home food that gives you warm and happy feelings(unless you realize how many calories are in the burger). I always get the double cheese burger with onions and mushrooms. I like their cajun seasoned fries, but their regular fries are good too. This place isn’t high end but it’s such a feel good food that i’m giving it a 5

Five guys burgers are always so juicy and delicious. The peanuts are just the best addition to this great meal. 2 things. 1… fries are too salty. 2… Unfortunately this location got my order wrong and maybe it was a new cashier that took my order but it was a bit disappointing when I noticed for a second time that my order was wrong. Ordered 3 burgers mine was supposed to have grilled onions went and got those on the side then I noticed my 4 year old had a burger instead of a cheeseburger. I let it go because I was not in the mood to complain again and we were in a bit of a hurry but children are not very good with eating what they don’t like so he didn’t finish his burger.

Yesterday I went to get burgers and fries for a friend and me. I called over the phone and made a take out order they said would be ready in 7 minutes. When I get there the burgers are almost done and they began cooking the fries. I like that they do that so they don’t get stale. So I ask the guy cooking the fries to make them without salt and he said sure. I watch him as he looks for a container to put the fries in so they aren’t mixed with the bin they out all the salted fries in. He then looks at the tool they use to put fries in the cup and realizes that it’s covered in salt and cleans it with a paper towel. I have to say beyond the fact that the food is really yummy this fry guy«Alex» went above and beyond to ensure my fries were salt less. It put a smile on my face to know someone like him put all efforts into my request. If only all places were like this. Thanks Alex!

Overall great experience. We were greeted upon entry, did not feel rushed to order at all, the gentlemen was very nice and we felt welcome. We waited about 7 minutes for our food while we ate the famous complimentary peanuts and sipped on some soda. The food tasted delicious and the service was fast. Will come again. The only downside is that I think they should clean a tad bit more often and another thing which I know isn’t this stores personal fault is that it is a little pricey.

Love love love five guys. Boyfriend and I are burger lovers in general and have had maaaany different burgers. For me, Five Guys really packs a punch. Juicy, flavorful, and just plain great. Love the cajun fries and regular fries. The guy offered a mix of mayo and hot sauce one time, we don’t even like mayo but it was AWESOME. A place we know will always give great food and service.

I don’t know if it’s the vast competition from all the burger places around but 5 Guys has lost its luster for me. I remember when it first opened here I was very excited as I had previewed it in DC, but I recently went there and the $ 5 burger I had was not worth the $ 5! On top of that, everything else is separate so my bill came out to like $ 10-$ 11?!? Nah, I don’t think so 5 Guys! This girl will hit Giraffas for a steak next time for a couple extra bucks and get a real meal! The service was ok, nothing special either. Don’t think I will be coming back…:(

I’m just not a big fan of this place, like many are. I believe that a burger really needs to set itself apart to earn some stars. The place was clean and the staff was friendly but the food wasn’t anything special. Try it yourself and make up your mind.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaa this place is not good or good for you. But yeah if you want to slam a greasy burger someone has smashed on a griddle then go ahead. Literally any chef will tell you that you dont crush a burger on the grill. But whatever. Its not like american knows shit about the culinary world.

I guess I just don’t get it. Yes, the burgers are a step up from McDonald’s(and considering they cost double without even including fries, you’d hope they would be!), but is this the best burger I have ever had in my life? No, not even close. I do like that you can get extra toppings for free, but the fries are expensive, and even getting 2 of the«little» burgers and 2 drinks, I ended up paying around $ 20, which seems a rip-off. I feel like for $ 20, I should be getting something a little bigger, or it should at least include fries. Actually, a friend ordered the fries and they looked very greasy, so I am not sure if I would have even enjoyed them. Shoot, it seems the Denny’s burgers are meatier(and cheaper). Anyway, my point is, I am not impressed. I can get a better and healthier meal elsewhere. You can get Japanese or Thai lunches at several restaurants for about $ 8 a person, and they are more filling and healthier than a small burger.

Typical Five guys. Greasy with somewhat bland service. I like the fries though. Always crowded and not always as clean as I’d like. However, there is absolutely no comparison, In-n-Out wins by a landslide. For burgers, I would choose to pay a tiny bit more next door at Giraffas.

Five Guys is the best fast-food-style burger out there, in my opinion. Disclaimer: My wife(who likes Five Guys) still contends that In-N-Out is better — but she was a Californian far longer than I before I moved back to S. FL and over in So Cal, the superiority of In-N-Out is a matter of unshakable faith. Anyway, the meat is super-juicy, the bun has a good amount of potato flower and the toppings hit the spot. In particular, I like the option of either grilled or not mushrooms and onions(grilled!). If you get a burger make sure it’s «All the Way» — anything less isn’t a fair shot. They have also tons of sauce and topping variations. I’ll also note that their fries are cut from potatoes on-site, and they treat them like wine, even given the source of that day’s taters. Are there better burgers? Sure, but not at a quick-service style restaurant nor for the price. Although this was more a general Five Guys review, I want to note that we were trying to go for a bit of a snack/lunch because we were going to be eating in a bit but were hungry — so we ordered one burger. The girl behind the counter, without our asking, offered to CUTITINHALF for us. That is the type of service that other fast food places could learn from.

The cheeseburger is absolutely great! I add doubled cheese, grilled mushroom, grilled onion, green peppers, bbq sauce, lettuce, tomatos… Cajun fries in Five Guys is way better than any other fries I’ve had… A plus… I would definitely visit it again…

Was on the way to Burger King and saw this. Remembering the great Unilocal reviews, I took my family here with a sharp right turn. After the whiplash pain dwindled, we went in and it looked exactly as described. Staff was great, order-taker very very talkative and had many suggestions for my indecisive loved-ones. I am smple, just wanted a cheesebuger, shrooms and grilled onions. Thecooks were very efficient and organized. All the stars go to the staff. The place was very clean. This is 5 levels better than burger king. So only 3 stars? I thought about 4 due to the goumet selections but maybe it is just my bland desire for an undressed burger, but the place did not sufficiently meet up to the hype. The staff and gourmet selections notwithstanding, everything else was just average(so much beeter than BK mind you). The burger patty was slim. I got up and looked at all the reviews hung on the walls and all the pictures showed a much thicker burger like the kind I make for my backyard bar-b-que’s. But this was a Wendy’s special single size, just a little less greasy. the fries were ok(but plentiful, no complaint there) So the main food just didn’t meet my expectaions and I guess the gourmet selections are enough for others to ofer better reviews. Again in fairness, I ordred and ate just a bland burger. Give me A Checkers burger patty with a Five Guys gourmet selection and I am a 5-star fan. But it is a Wendy’s single with a better staff and cool toppings.

Kendall has always been fairly health conscious. Fast food with some key dinner spots in suburbia is just what I know. So I kinda prefer heart attack joint(s) not be so close to where I grew up regardless of what Zagat and Washingtonian boasts. But Burger King was being remodeled. And I skipped my sushi lunch. So I was forced into Five Guys Pinecrest by my growling tummy before a trip to the bookshop. Where I mustered up a way to chomp down a made-to-order double cheeseburger with fries and diet coke(1600-calories). Classic Rock in an impeccable burger joint is okay by me. The free roasted peanuts were a cute idea. It was an experience. Maybe not so noteworthy, however, it got this Unilocal Review.

It’s a «Gourmet Chain» burger, a tasty gourmet chain burger. Their main décor consists of magazine covers highlighting how«they the best» in various markets as well as a cover photo of the«First Burger-lover», President Obama. As far as the food I enjoyed the Little Bacon Cheeseburger with it’s juicy patty and cheddar cheese. I like that 5 guys is «Opt-in» as far as toppings and you don’t have to discover your burger is slopped up with mayo upon returning to your table. Even the plain fries have seasoning, and I dig this is one of the few restaurants that offer cherry coke. The service(from ordering at the cashier to getting your burger) was fast and friendly last night even with a crowded house. 80s music(sat radio) made it that much better. As with the Midtown location, the only knock is they don’t offer a chicken burger option. You sometimes walk out with a grill smell as well. Still and all, I plan to keep stopping by.

My arteries are going to hate me for writing this review, but I LOVEFIVEGUYS! Two or three times a year I make my husband the happiest person in the world by agreeing to go to Five Guys with him. The small cheeseburger, which is far from small, is so fresh and awesome. And the Cajun fries… Mmm…

Yes! Five Guys in Pinecrest. Now there is a Five Guys Burger within 10 minutes of my house no matter what direction I go. This one just opened in Pinecrest in the Dadeland Plaza right next to Rosters and Toasters. Typical Five Guys setup inside with tables, bags of potatoes, and blaring 60’s and 70’s rock and a staff of kids whose parents where probably conceived to the music they have playing. Overall it is a good location and has more seats then the one on 88th and the one in Sunset thus making it my new default Five Guys
