When I was called for my follow up appointment, I told the person calling I had to cancel my appointment. Again, I didn’t even get the entire sentence out before she said, «okay» and hung up the phone. Didn’t even ask if I wanted to reschedule. Perhaps they read my review before calling. Way to prove my point though.

I was hovering over whether I should give one or two stars here. So many things wrong with this visit. I walked in on time for my appointment and no one else was waiting so I thought I’d get in pretty quickly. WRONG. Two other people with appointments after me, people who arrived after me as well, were taken before me. The receptionist also told me they had tried to call me to tell me they didn’t take my insurance. They, in fact, NEVER called me. I checked my home and cell phone and no calls came in from them. They ended up telling me I could pay for the visit out of pocket. I decided to do this because I was already there, but it was a mistake. I waited a full hour before the Doctor saw me and when he came in the room he couldn’t have seemed to care less. He was in and out of the room in about 3 – 4 minutes and seemed to pretty much dismiss why I was there and when I went to explain something he cut me off. He told me nothing was wrong with me, but did write me three prescriptions. Strange, but true. The funniest part of the visit was when I was checking out the receptionist told me the Doctor wanted to see me for a follow-up in 6 – 8 weeks. A follow-up for what? No thanks. I won’t be returning.

I’ve been to this dermatologist twice. Once as an initial consult visit and a follow up for a procedure. I wanted to see him at least twice before I reviewed. My first visit went pretty smoothly and very quick. It was just to see the issues I had and begin treatment. Second visit, I was also seen right on my appointment time and it was a procedure that took about 10 minutes or even less. Even if it had taken a long time, I wouldn’t mind. I work at a doctor’s office as well so I’m aware doctors are busy and each case is different. As long as they treat me well, I don’t mind waiting. Everything went really well. The nurses are so attentive and very sweet. They helped calm my fears for my procedure and were extremely gentle. Thanks to them for that as I was really nervous because I went by myself for the biopsy. The front desk girl was pretty nice as well. All in all, great experience and I would definitely recommend. Great doctor. Some people may be turned off because he isn’t the most talkative guy ever but I don’t go to a doctor to talk about random things. I just want to be in and out.

Horrible experience. Worst staff .Elsie the lady that answers phone calls. and Ana the office manager. .this is just a business not a dr office. don’t know why even someone will go to such a doctor. .wrote an rx of super expensive acticlate obviously not covered by insurance. .he could have just phoned in a generic doxycycline which costs few dollars. .but these doctors don’t care since they get kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies for prescribing expensive medicine

This is based on the staff. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet the doctor because of the staff. But like they say, your staff represents you and is a reflection of you so therefore I have to say that Dr. Bridges doesn’t care. I had an appointment one day and the day before I was told to come in 15mins before my appointment time. I did just that. My appt was for 9:50 and I I was there around 9:30a. It took me a little over 10mins to fill out paper work but I was still done before my appt time. As 30−40mins passed and I noticed patients that came in waaaayyyy after me and were being called in. Mind you the office already had all of my info verified so no excuse on why I had to wait so long. But no one called me back or informed me that I will be called back soon. After sitting in there for over an hour and it is now almost 11am, I had enough. I got up and told the receptionist I have some where else to be that its ridiculous I’ve been sitting here for over an hour and haven’t been called not even to the back to a room while I sit and watch everyone else get called back in less than 10mins. The receptionist was like ok. And then that was it! That pissed me off because first off, I work in the medical field and I would have NEVER done a new patient or ANY patient that way. I would have answered in concerned and asked the patient to please wait and I will inquire to see what is the hold up. Even if I know what’s the hold up, I’ll act like I’m going to go ask someone just to show concern. Nor did she even ask if I would like to reschedule. For any doctor that’s a no no! You want to make sure a patient is seen and that a patient does not leave out that office without an appointment if they need one. Being I was a new patient and wasn’t even seen she should have made it a priority before I walked out of that office to try and get me another appointment. I never even received a phone call as in why I left or to see if I would like to come back in and seen in a timely manner! What pisses me off is I explained to the girl that I was speaking with to make my appointment that I do understand that wait time run over but if this is the type of office I have to wait over 30mins just to get to the back don’t waste your time to make me an appt and she told me no that the most ppl wait is 15mins outside. Yeah, everybody else did but me lol! I will say find another doctor office.
