Like the other Unilocaler blow stated this is some of the best Cuban Food I have had and for it to be at a mall Food Court just blew my mind! The steak, Yuca and Rice had tons of flavor and the Chicharrón’s were excellent which you have the option to buy by the pounds so I got a $ 1 worth and it was more than enough to go with my meal and get me full. All for under ten dollars you can get a great meal and leave happy. I will definitely be back next time I go to Southland Mall.

This is by far the BEST mall food I’ve ever had, and one of my top picks for Cuban cuisine. I’ve walked past this kiosk at least 10 times in the last few years, but decided to try it out last month with my mom. I ordered ox tail, black beans, rice and tried the fresh mango juice. The meat is tender and succulent, the mango juice isn’t too thick or thin and tasty, the black beans and rice are delicious as well. And you know the Cuban food is good if Cubans eat it. I know when it comes to Caribbean food, I won’t touch it unless it smells and looks like something my mom would make. ;p
If you’re in Mall of the Americas on Flagler, give it a try. Delectable !
