If it were possible to give ZERO starts for this company I would.
They have absolutely no customer service and expect you to act as if they are doing you a favor when, or should I say if they decide to even acknowledge you. I waited in their establishment for more than 5 minutes before the salesperson even acknowledged me in spite of walking past me several times.
My client ordered material from them on 11÷9÷14 and was told there would be a 4 month delivery time. At the time of this post 4÷17÷15 they still have not confirmed a delivery date for this material. The material is now 6 weeks past due. I have visited the business on two occasions (see comment above) in an attempt to confirm a delivery date. On both occasions there was no one in the office who could help.
Both my client and myself have called numerous times and the phone rings on and on with no voice mail. We have attempted to contact them by email and neither the owner nor his salesperson returns emails. On the rare occasion we do get the salesperson she tells us, «I think it will be delivered the first week of May».
My client unfortunately paid for her material in full and has little recourse at this time.
My recommendations to anyone is to take your business elsewhere. This company seems to not care about it’s customers, they are disorganized, and from all outward appearances either totally inept or flat out deceitful.

Do not buy material from this company. You will NEVER get it. They don’t return calls and apparently they don’t have a shipping department. There is not manager or owner that you can talk to you just get passed around and get a bunch of BS.

THIS IS JUST A REVIEW OF ATTENDING AN EVENT IN THE BUILDING
I recently attended a Yoga event here directly inside of the Coverings Etc building. They have a wonderful space that can be cleared out for private events.
I did not organize the event, therefore I cannot comment on terms or pricing, however from a guest’s point of view, this is a great space. It is large, open and has a very modern design.
Parking is a little tight, but the area around it isn’t as bad as I might have thought due to it’s proximity to 79^th Street. Around it is a quiet neighborhood.
