DoubleShot tapas and Burger Bar

Servers have poor attitude and do not want to work or attend customers. Food is great but customer service is more important.

The bartender and wait staff have been amazing! I’ve been here twice already! Nice job!

Sat at the bar or a tuesday night. There was two other guys at the bar. Not busy at all. Bartender never asked me for a drink. Never asked if I wanted food or anything! I found my own menu and said hey can I get a Cesar salad? He said sure and walked away. 6 – 8 minutes later my Cesar dressing with a side of lettuce came. There was so much dressing it was a joke and it wasn’t even good dressing! It was like Kraft or something! so I left my Cesar dressing with side of salad. Still no drink. Finally I said hey can I have a coke please. Finished the coke. He Never asked if I wanted a refill. Bottom line. Horrible service and horrible salad. It’s the double tree hotel LOBBY bar so what are you gonna do…

Food is delicious. If you order cocktails they will offer snacks which goes well with the drink. Bartender is nice as well.

Ok, just arrived, didn’t eat on the plane from Amsterdam, so hungry as hell!
Me and cousin went to the bar downstaires since the boys are in the bed in the 11the floor knocked out.
I go for the turkey burger, no cheese and no fries but a salade on the side.
Gotta be fair, it was delish!!!
