I’m not that impressed by their selection of anything really. There were a couple of random decorative items I liked but not enough to purchase them. If you don’t like overbearing furniture salespeople, this place is for you because they pretty much leave you alone… we had a few questions about a couple of pieces and no one came by so we left. Again, not worth it.

Beautiful, somewhat affordable furniture. Service… not so much. When you order anything from EQ3 make sure you’re 100% clear on how you’re getting it. Whether you’re having it delivered or picking it up. I ordered a cocktail table and was told it would be arriving in 2 days for pick-up. I ultimately found out pick-up was in a warehouse in Hialeah, they only open till 4PM, and you have to call ahead. GOODTOKNOW, would’ve been nice to have been informed. Some Other«Good-to-Knows»: — If you’re getting anything delivered to your house it’s $ 125 — If you’re picking it up at the warehouse: It’s in Hialeah, and it closes at 4PM. Make sure you call the warehouse directly at 305−888−8393. It’s located in Unit 21(none of this info is in the Sales Order receipt) — If you want to pick it up at the EQ3, it costs $ 25 to transfer your item from the warehouse to the store. I was told deliveries only came on Wednesdays by one associate, and another one was able to get in transferred on Thursday, so I don’t know what’s up here. Aside from the delivery/pick-up snafu I experienced, I love the furniture. Modern, but not frou frou. Unique, but still homey. I just wish their delivery wasn’t so expensive and that their in-store pick-up was free.

Nice furniture. But people at the store are disorganized. Normally they take 6 – 8 weeks to make your furniture. So if you want something soon forget it. They additionally missed my date of delivery from what they initially said by 1 month, so could be longer than the 8 weeks easily. But their designs are high quality with moderate price.
