Espressamente Illy

Workers are rude and try to over charge you. Watch out! Waiting time is long but the cappuccino is delicious. They just have to hire some new people there and that place would be more comfortable

Worst Illy ever.
Waited 10 minutes for the extremely rude female worker to return from talking to her friends. She said 1 word to me and then proceeded to take the rest of my voucher money for herself.
Oh and also thanks for not having any pastries at all besides onion bagels.

Love Espressamente Illy at MIA! Not only they made a decent cup of coffee… they are not even jacking up their prices because it is an airport location…
The drinks selections is great… I am happy with my large steaming hot cappuccino while my boyfriend chowing down with his Big Mac…

I used to always fly into FLL, until I moved to MSP. Now, MIA is a much better option for getting direct flights. I am still getting used to the layout of the airport, but I have to say that I am liking it more each time.
Expecting holiday craziness, I asked to be dropped off on the earlier side. Zero people in line in front of me at security, meant plenty of time to stroll around. The Carybé Murals were fabulous, but so was my espresso at Espressamente Illy. Sitting in the sunshine in the central lobby, sipping on my perfectly-​brewed Italian-​style espresso drink, was a nice relaxing way to wait for my flight. The exact opposite vibe of what I dreaded when I left the house. Thanks, Illy!
(note: It is not a fast service, so maybe not the best option if you are hurrying for a flight.)
