Fast food type of place. We needed a quick fix for our hungry stomachs and this was the nearest option for our tired feet. The take-away service was speedy and they even gave us an extra bag of curtido without charge!

At least for lunch it was very poor. I haven’t got breakfast on this place so I can’t judge on it, but for lunch, I went and the staff weren’t attentive, didn’t offer drinks, maybe it was a bad day for them, and the food have no seasoning at least for my taste, I give them a no, but for you maybe is different, if I was you I wouldn’t go crazy buying big meals, it’s up to you.

I’m cuban and I love this place!!! Best value, good quality and great service. Cuban food is not fancy people so get over it! This is a wonderful inexpensive alternative to all other options nearby. My favorite breakfast spot!

Best breakfast I’ve had in months! The«Delicious Breakfast»(eggs to order with Side of Cuban white cheese, steak, corn tortilla, beans, crème, and fried plantains), hit the spot on so many levels. Kind of funny to make such a big deal about a small local restaurant in the airport area of Miami, but it was a pleasant surprise. Sabor Latino is right around the corner from the Marriott. It’s the kind of place most any traveler would overlook or avoid. I’m glad I didn’t. Will definitely come back.

Quick Good and inexpensive breakfast and lunch. Their bacon is overcooked often so if you like it less crispy, tell them :-). Less than $ 5 for 2 eggs, bacon, potatoes and Cuban toast, AND Café Con Leche!

Keep in mind that this is a neighborhood casual diner. I went in for breakfast and had the Huevos Rancheros. I thought the service was friendly and efficient. The food was just what I expected; simple but well prepared. The standout for me was the coffee. Just delicious Cuban coffee. Without the coffee, 3 stars.

Visited Miami in November and we stopped here because a friend recommended it. It’s basically a greasy spoon Latin style. Tried a few different things on the menu. If you’re hungry and don’t care what you guzzle down this is the place. Low quality, low price, hi volume. The pupusas were the best thing out of what we got. Didn’t get the Miami sandwich because the contents seemed like no big deal. The empanadas were garbage.

We are here for breakfast to not have to pay the Marriott alternative prices. It was ok. Loved the Cuban coffee, and I’m not a coffee drinker. We never made it back to try the rest of the menu, maybe just as well.

My Miami sandwich was great! This is my first time here and so I wanted to order something the locals would probably order. The bread was soft! The sandwich was amazing! The only thing was my fries were cold and soggy like. However, the sandwich made up for it. Will recommend!

Cheap if you looking for a quick bite; cheap as in low quality. Low quality ham, microwaved pancakes, frozen tator tots and an all together small meal that we payed more than $ 30 for(breakfast). I can’t really fault this place because as far as location goes, they really have the market cornered between the highway and all of the surrounding hotels. I would imagine that they don’t see a ton of repeat business. I’m an eater and usually my position is that I tend to eat everything on the plate(other peoples plates as well) however today I left hungry, not wanting to eat what was left. The service was good but other than that I’ll continue to drive by daily and cringe.

A dump with no ambiance but a great sandwich maker and an incredible Sandwich Miami. If you go I would recommend keeping it simple as this is not gourmet dining. If you order right you will enjoy it. As stated, the Miami Sandwich is as good as it gets and rivals better known restaurants that make it like Latin American Cafeteria. Love to have mine with a nice café con leche.

Food was not that great. I’m staying at the Marriott hotel next door, I walked over here to try my first Cuban food. I order the big breakfast. My bacon and sausages links was over fried. The service wasn’t bad, friendly staff

I went there today with my family including two kids. And we didn’t get served at all. It took forever for them to take our order while other people got served right away! We canceled our order after almost 45 minutes and left. Never again.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place with authentic Cuban food at reasonable prices. This is not the place for those looking for some type of charged ambiance.

Sabor Latino is a classic diner with a Cuban menu. This might not be too bad of a place if you have your expectations set correctly for the kind of place it is. It definitely has reasonable prices, and that’s the best thing it has going for it. If you are staying at a nearby hotel you can get breakfast at Sabor Latino for a much more reasonable price than they will charge in the hotel. However, for a food snob who prefers locally sourced, fresh, seasonal food, Sabor Latino was just«ok.» Breakfast here was fine, and again at a great price. However, I was disappointed that the potatoes served with egg plates were frozen tator tots. Many of the unique juice options that they have are from boxes or cans and not fresh fruit. I was expecting amazing things from the Cuban sandwich and it was made of the most bland food distributor ingredients. The side of tostones that I ordered was just right and the highlight of my three visits there. The service we had was friendly and efficient.

ordered breakfast and found the fries under cooked and soggy; bacon was good and scrambled eggs were over cooked and the portion was meek. For a total of 15 $ it was a bit overpriced. I’ve had better of a fraction of that. Delivery was quick !

I found Sabor Latino by accident as I was looking for a gas station near the airport. Probably the best thing that has happened to me on this trip to Miami. I was hesitant in eating there simply because there’s a Puerto Rican restaurant with the same name in Chicago where I am from. Luckily this place was nothing like the one back home. The minute I walked in I was greeted by the smell of great food and Fabia, our server. Fabia is hilarious, sweet and thoughtful. We fell in love with her and her hospitality right away. The churrasco was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The lechon asado was also seasoned and cooked perfectly. The portion to price ratio is a bargain. I only have one major complaint about Sabor Latino… it’s too far from my home in Chicago. Definitely worth visiting at least once. Make sure to ask for Fabia. You won’t regret it.

If you’re staying in any of those Marriott hotels, don’t bother with the expensive restaurants. This place is right next door and it’s a much better value. We only made it here for breakfast. My friend had a breakfast combo with two eggs, steak, a homemade corn tortilla, soft cheese, sweet plantains, and ranchero sauce. I had an omelette with sweet plantains — only $ 4! And I looooove sweet plantains. Wish I could get this at home.
