FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This location can be rather busy. I can see why there may be some waiting. I have my own account at FedEx so I can be efficient. Had to wait 10 minutes for service but was fast and efficient by a black woman who was nice. One individual stood around talking to employees and not doing his job while people were waiting in line. Open ²⁴⁄₇ which is incredible. I will come back to this location again as I can walk to it from my condo– unless I run Into a future problem!

Second time in a row for poor customer service. There are options. Three strikes And the next shipment goes to the post office. And what’s with the push to repackage in a fed box. I don’t think so. The box isn’t square ??? Really have they seen some of the packages that get delivered.

I came to this location early this evening to print out some artwork images for Supercon. Gary was very welcoming and kind. I couldn’t use the self-​service printers because I need to print on thicker papers, so he helped me print out my files. The images came out pixelated, so I asked if he can help me print on another size paper. The new prints still came out pixelated so I decided that I would have to just re-​edit my files because the files were the problems. Gary was very sincere, patient with me, and understanding. He was also able to multitask when other customers came in and asked for help. Good service :)

Wated about an hour to be served when there weren’t to many ppl! slow lazy workers, after my order came they still made me to write on some paper and started serving next clients again… i never been to a worst FEDEx before so so so disappointed with the service… I have no words to explain how unprofessional they are.

This place is ridiculous. They charge by the second to print out one of their own labels on their rental computers. They also charge $ 10 to package in their own FedEx packaging. I ended up taking my package across the street to the mini U.S. post office and they packaged the whole thing for free. They even mailed the FedEx package for me.

Went here late at night to send out a package. Jose was super helpful! Went out of his way to help wrap the item I needed shipped and printed my pre-​paid label for me through my email. He had me log on right from one of the store’s computers. He taped up the box really well, which made me feel confident that the box will get to its destination in tact.
Best thing about this location is it’s right on Alton Rd. in South Beach and it’s open 24 hours! I don’t know how the day crew here is but I can tell you I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and friendly the staff was at night.

Worst service ever. Everybody there should get fired and find somebody who really wants to do their job.

I asked for someone to help me but of course, they were all hiding. Save your time and go somewhere where the employees haven’t been lobotomized.

24 hour service = life saver. Had to send stuff out in a rush, only place open. Who cares about if they are nice. Tell them what you want and they do it. Done.

Terrible service… I went to this location to send a parcel, they gave me the form to fill out with the address of the destination. The package was sent and I it was mailed back to me because allegedly the address didn’t exist so they said. when I received it and checked the label I realized, to my surprise, that they had put in the wrong address… when I went to the store to complain about this issue and showed them the original form I filled out, they said there was nothing they could do, that I had to dispute this with fedex if I wanted my money back. This is unacceptable since they were the ones who made the mistake not me, the manager was like in a hurry and just left us standing there and didn’t make the slightest effort to try to solve this problem… I don’t think this attitude has anything to do with fedex policies or philosophy, such a lack of good customer service…

Terrible service. Five people working and nobody can help you. I was warned by the Convention Center not to use them. I should have listened. Had to go to downtown Miami office instead.

Everything about this place is 5 stars, is so clean, organized, and the staff is super friendly and that’s the main point, steve was really helpful, even made a new box for me, fast and professional, compared with the pathetic and lame usps on Washington 13 is over the top, i have to walk a lot to get there but be alive me fedex with me has a new customer and usps lose one, now looking the bad reviews is hilarious, this is a post office not the Ritz Carlton south beach guys come on, give them a try,

Absolutely pathetic. I read the other reviews and thought they were an anomaly, it’s FedEx, of course their service is good. WOW, AM I A SUCKER! I emailed files to be printed, called twice to ensure they arrived and to be very clear that I needed them under a time deadline, and asked that they call me back if there was any issue. When I got to the location, they hadn’t been printed, the girl behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about, and didn’t apologize or acknowledge their mistake on any level. She blamed it on the guy who had the shift before her, that he hadn’t told her.
Spare yourself.

I’ve called, ordered stuff, spent time at the store and each time I get great service. Mike and the other dudes at this FedEx location are on the ball!
Friendly, informed about their products and services and not afraid of being nice to people. When you’re rushing for a last minute poster or trying to make that 7pm shipping deadline these things matter.
The parking situation sucks, but the convenience of their location and the fact that they’re open ²⁴⁄₇ is a real plus.
I’ve got nothing bad to say about this location and their staff!

If you are familiar with Chappelle’s Show, there’s no need to read any farther.
If you’re not, you need to go check out Season 1 Episode 1 where he mocks FedEx Office (then «Kinko’s) with a spoof employee-​training video for a fictional store called «PopCopy.»
The employees are slow and unhelpful. They have preternatural skills at ignoring and avoiding their customers, spending the bulk of their time sauntering unhurried through the store from one seemingly trivial task to another (sorting the paper clips by size, or something).
I have just returned from spending over an HOUR there while «The Computers are down» so they could not transact ANY business. When will they be back up? «It should be a few minutes… they’re still booting up.»
Most of the other customers were smarter than me and simply walked out.
90 minutes later, I did too.
If you’re smart, you’ll never walk IN.

The staff was friendly and they got the job done, can’t really ask for more. I needed a large anatomy book to be cut spiral bound and it only cost $ 6, a pretty good deal in my opinion.

The place doesn’t suck, but I’ve been to numerous FedEx locations that have been better. I still visit this one frequently for my last minute business needs, but it is more expensive than printing should be (obviously the location has to do with this) and it’s often so busy they won’t do on the spot jobs for an reasonably sizeable job. This location is good for those last minute small printing jobs and shipping. Take your large orders or plan-​ahead orders somewhere off the beach. I normally get mediocre service as well (not BAD just mediocre) but recently received fantastic service from one employee whose name has slipped my mind. WIll update if I see him again.

I work right across here and every time I am in the middle of a crisis (sending out 1,000 of exhibits to the Federal Courts), they are willing to help me. The staff is über friendly and attend you right away.

I don’t get the negative reviews? Perhaps the staff has changed since then? I went in today to print out my ticket master tickets and all the employees were very nice and helpful. They explained to me how everything worked, and had a great attitude. I didn’t even remember this place was here, I will def. be using it more often! :)
Oh & they will also validate your parking if you’re there for under 30 min (the regal cinema garage)
