This people are no longer here! I love their food but they are not in sunset and 157. If you made the drive, go to la fritanga in front, next to publix, or find out their new place, I’ve heard it’s by the hammocks. they are cheaper than la fritanga place

This is a relatively new place that’s not been open for too long. It’s a clean place with a very simple décor. We ordered Bajo, Carne Asada, Pollo a la Plancha and un Perrereque. The Bajo was just like made at home and my mother loved it. The Pollo a la Plancha was very flavorful even if it was chicken breast but the rating goes down when it comes to my plate. The Carne Asada was incredibly soft and the taste was great. The Tajadas were great as well. Now, the gallopinto. Don’t order it here. Do yourself a favor. I don’t expect epic gallopinto in every place but it was so bland, I only ate it because I put sauce over it. Other than that, the service was great. The owner herself cooks and makes some things on the spot which is a trend of smaller struggling fritangas. I can appreciate that!
