Hard Rock Café

Man oh man. I was not impressed by this restaurant one bit. It was my first time going to a hard rock café so we waited for them to open. When they did a nice gentleman escorted us up the stairs and took our picture. I was told he worked for Kodak. Then he waited for a host to seat us. When nobody did he grabbed some menus and seated us despite there being a meeting of 15 or so employees in the same room.
The staff was having a meeting inside the restaurant because they were switching menus. Well this poor kid was getting yelled at by who we thought was the manager (it turned out to be someone from corporate) for seating us when the restaurant was open. At this point we had not been the only ones waiting to be helped. There was another couple. We were finally helped by someone, she was sweet. The wait staff was not the problem, the loud yelling coming from the man conducting the meeting was the problem. My fiancé and I were uncomfortable and the couple next to us was uncomfortable too. We all complained.
People kept on coming in because it was during normal operating hours and they were talking the guy who doesn’t even work for them to turn them away. Have them come back when they were done. I’m sorry but that is not the proper way to conduct business. You just don’t yell at employees, and don’t conduct loud meetings during business hours with no one to serve customers that want to eat. At least take it outside or the kitchen.
When I was sitting down the chair was starting to fall back because it was close to breaking. Which is not safe for anyone, especially not a pregnant woman like myself.
The meeting finished and we got apologies from the guy conducting the meeting for the Kodak guy messing up and letting us in and for nearly falling because of the screwed up chair. How about you be ready to serve customers when your restaurant is open??? The guy was apologizing for the wrong thing, somehow he didn’t see how HIS behavior was wrong.
I’m pretty sure he comped our meal. I didn’t need free food, I didn’t care, I just wanted a pleasant dining experience while on vacation. And I wanted to see the staff treated with respect.
Aside from the meeting the food and music were decent and service was good. I’m sure this is not a situation that happens often but it left a bad taste in my mouth, so much so that I am writing this review three months later. It just peeves me when I see other people treated like crap…

I go here to play my guitar. Well it’s not mine. It’s my friends and he lets me borrow it and I go bash out some hits, toss back a few o’ rings, and wait for the aroma of rock legends be the best.
I’ve tried to bid on the Gavin Rossdale pucca shell necklace. But they won’t take my camel cash. :/

A restaurant centered around all things classic rock… Ooohhhhhh… Yyyeeessssss… Now that’s my type of a place to be!!! :)
I came here when some family had come into town and after going on a pirate boat tour, we decided to grab a bite to eat here. It is a two story place, the first level is the gift shop where you can buy all sorts of Hard Rock merchandise and on the second floor is the restaurant.
Lovely memorabilia hung on the walls as you made your way up the stairs. Now, when you get to the top, you’re greeted and then before you are seated they take your picture in front of their big logo sign and after you take the first one, they hand you this really cooooolllll guitar to hold and take a picture with also.
For those that know me, that was the coolest thing ever and of course I was like yeah, give me the guitar and let’s do this!!! :D I’m a huge classic rock fan — also, secretly a pagan rockstar ;P — so I was totally digging the vibe the whole time.
I wished I would have paid more attention to the menu but I was too distracted by those cheesy 80’s music videos they had going on, hoping that maybe a Journey song would come on and then my night would be complete. And, not to mention, got lost within a memorabilia book they brought to the table to look at. They know how to distract me so well!
I did manage to pull myself away from all the crazy happenings long enough to order. I don’t remember what it was called but it was a burger. There was a bit of a mix up of how I wanted it cooked, sorry, but if the meat is bleeding then to me that cow is still alive and needs to be cooked more. No big deal though, within minutes I got my fully cooked burger.
I’ve also been to the one in Key West, that one was awesome too!!!

The food was acceptable but over priced. The atmosphere was nice. However, not a lot to write about it. Been there done that.

A group of friends and I came in on a Thursday note. From the time we sat down it took the waiter Ameen 30 minutes to take orders for for 8 people. When taking our order he stood at the head of the table and we had to yell our order across the table. I ordered an original legendary burger, it was awful. Horrible place food and service.

Absolute worst/​slow service I’ve ever seen hands down. Not sure why I stayed. Was not busy either

Though it´s not the biggest Hard Rock Café it has by far some of the greatest artifacts on display. The food is excellent and staff were just as great. Everyone wants to make sure you´ll have a good time, from waiters to shop employees. Customer service at it´s best!

This was a nice place with a beautiful location with all the yachts to look at. The service was good and the food was good. Hard to find food service and food in Miami. The server actually spoke English what a surprise! I had a pulled pork sandwich and it was huge and very expensive 17.00.

Hard Rock Café is screaming tourist trap. My waitress was great. I went for lunch and had the nachos which I found to be good and the portion was generous. The food was served not so hot but I wouldn’t say it detracted from the overall experience. It’s loud and it’s flashy and it’s fun but don’t expect extravagant. Sandwiches are huge here. You can sit inside our out but you can get a waiting line on high traffic hours and days. Bathrooms were very clean and they have a shop for Hard Rock items. it’s a solid choice at Bayside.

The food is correct but the order take than more one hour to come for just a burger !!!

Came in for a late lunch and wanted to sit outside to enjoy the marina. The girl at the reception told us that outside would be about 30 min and to wait nearby or on the the gift shop. We went to the very small gift shop and later waited outside. After 40 minutes my wife asked them if we are close to being seated and she replies that we are next. Another fifteen minutes passed and she asked again and they again told her that she would be next. After another fifteen minutes we saw people being seated, so we decided to asked again and this time were told were have you been.
In their desperate attempt to seat us they put us in corner seat outside with no view and in the sun. After being seated we waited another ten minutes and nobody came. Finally we decide to get up and leave.
Please get your sitting system organized.

The location is in the cut behind Bayside Mall. I stop by every Hard Rock Café no matter where I’m at. This is just as good as the rest. We had an excellent server and the food was superb. Also had love music playing.

First let me start saying that I will not based this review on the quality of the food but rather on the service. The restaurant was quite busy, nothing crazy but still busy, the service was very slow, and it took quite a while to receive our food, still to a point I could understand why being such a busy day. What I don’t understand is the horrible customer service, I usually eat out at least twice a week and always leave a tip, sometimes more than in others depending on the quality of the service but I always leave at least 15% of the dinner or more. Anyhow, things were quite different this time, our waitress didn’t even stay at the table long enough for us to order everything we would like or ask any questions about our food, then he took about 10 minutes to bring our drinks, didn’t bother the rest of the night to check on us or even ask if we needed any refills, except for the time he came and almost literally threw the plates to the food and rapidly left before we could even react to the food being served. After we asked for the check, we all were very mad and unsatisfied, all 5 of us. Of course he also threw the checks and didn’t bother to ask if we needed to split, that meant 5 more minutes before I had to call for him, after that some of us paid in cash, which he didn’t bring any change, then we had to tell him we wanted the change, he got very upset and left, 45 seconds later came back with the change, and left very quickly, right before we left he came back on last time to the table and told us that we needed to know gratuity wasn’t included on the check, almost basically trying to force us to tip him after such a horrible service, I really wish something is done about this because I do not believe any restaurant should serve this kind of service to their customers who are paying with their hard earned money.
The waiter never said his name either, so I believe it’s Marc. At least that’s what it says on the top left corner of the receipt,

I don’t know if it’s because I came here during playoffs but the service was slow. I had to ask multiple servers for utensils and at that point my food was cold. My food also wasn’t that great. We ordered the appetizer sampler. The spinach dip was bland. Not enough salt. The bruschetta was cold, the chicken fingers taste fake, but the wings were decent. I guess I need to realize that large chain restaurants may not always use fresh ingredients.

Food was ok bartender not very attentive to her bar. Walked up to customers next to me asked if they wanted a refill and ignored the fact that my glass was empty.

This place was nasty. Service was crappy and slow, got the order wrong, overpriced… they snubbed us with a table when we had friends meeting us. The place was empty and they told us the table next to us was reserved. We sat there and watched the empty table the entire time along with the rest of the empty tables in the joint. They seated our friends on the other side of the dining area so we couldn’t converse with them or even see them for that matter. Who trains these a55holes? Wings were gross, onion rings good, bruschetta decent, Texas chicken sandwich dry and ew, turkey club blah, their house burger was decent. Had a smoothie, it was yummy. All in all, I’ll never be back unless it was the last place open in Miami.

I want to give them a 5 star review because their food is awesome!!! I had to deduct a star because the Check in process was very disorganized. Here are 5 reasons you should visit this place:
1. Their food is consistently perfect. Regardless of the Hard Rock I visit, they make a mean legendary burger.
2. They have a great variety of rock artifacts, new and old, local and international. Every one in a while I get a server here that tells me about his/​her favorites. Take the time to appreciate it.
3. The location couldn’t be better, it’s at Bayside and right on the water. Great shops, people watching and even concerts (at Bayside, not hard rock)
4. Parking is good if you can find Street parking at $ 1.50 a.c. hour. Otherwise beware of special events, Bayside upcharges you to the tune of $ 15-​$ 30
5. Fact– only hard rock in the world without a guitar on top. Out feel of during hurricane Andrew
Complaint– I wish this hard rock hosted more lube local music

Had drinks and desert, drinks were ok, but the apple cobbler was amazing! It was so huge that a friend and I both split. For $ 8 it was well worth it!
Also, this was probably the best hard rock I’ve dined in!

I have been to the hard rock in Detroit and enjoyed it there, so I figured it would be a great idea to take my family and friends to this location since they’ve never been. The three stars is attributed to the ambience and friendliness of the staff.
I recommended the burgers here and that’s what most of us ordered. They were okay, a bit bland that I had to add some salt to get some flavour.
Unfortunately our experience wasn’t made any better with the service. We saw our waiter a total of 2 times– to bring us water then take our order. Every time we tried to flag him down, he just walked by saying he’ll be back. I had to get up a couple times to get help from other waiters.
I haven’t totally written this place off, but hopefully a better experience next time.

Every single soul that works here is extremely attentive. Never disappointed on the service, food or drinks.

They get 1 star for service, excellent. I loved my server Marc. Very very efficient and accurate. Also very friendly. However I ordered the New York strip with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Wow the worst steak I’ve ever had. EVER! For $ 28 I expect something decent at least. It was so tough I could hardly cut through it and the mashed potatoes were worse than dry box mashed potatoes. I had to send it back immediately. The replaced it with fajitas which were alright I guess. After trying that steak I think anything would’ve been good. My daughters burger was burnt and dry as well. Go somewhere else!

I went to eat there last week for the first time and I got (picture) the «combo duo» which is half barbecue pork ribs and some shredded pork, so when I ordered the server told me «feel free to walk around the place while you wait for the food» so I said to myself, good because I know this kind of food takes some time, but 10 mins later, the food was already on my table, and I figured something is not right, it also was a little cold but other than that it was good dish, especially for the price, the server was trying to be nice with some stupid jokes haha but he did a nice job anyway, so in the end nice place and I would go back

I usually don’t do Unilocal reviews right after I leave an establishment but the experience here at Bayside was phenomenal. Laura at the bar with also a good help. Very good at making those miami Margaritas

This review is only for the store, didn’t eat here. The cashier was overwhelmed working by herself, as endless tourists like myself were coming in. Some ask too many questions. I just needed a shot glass, so I knew exactly where to go. It’s not a massive store.
I feel the location of the cashier was situated oddly in the main entrance way, almost causing a traffic jam. Perhaps, move it somewhere in the back away from all the people exiting the restaurant and coming in. This same hallway is shared with the restaurant folks who are dining here. It felt like a hot mess, maybe I’m not used to the humidity. Claustrophobic much? Needless to say, I couldn’t wait to get outta there after purchasing a shot glass — adiós!

I’ve always been curious about the food from this franchise so my sister and I dropped by for lunch while we were in town.
I ordered the mushroom and swiss burger. The plating of the burger was nice and once I cut into the burger I was happy to see it was cooked medium as I had asked. However, once I took a bite of the burger I was really disappointed. It was so bland! The texture was good but there was barely any flavor. I had to slather sauces on to enhance the taste.
The service was also disappointing. We initially had a friendly server but he got called to work the bar area so we ended up with an inattentive server who dropped fries on my dress as he tried to place our plates on the table. It wasn’t a big deal but an apology would’ve been nice!

Me and my family decided to have lunch at the Hard Rock Café right before leaving back home from our vacation!
We were lucky enough to get LIZ as our server and thank god for that, because she’s basically the reason for the 4 stars. She was literally great, best service I’ve received in a while !!! She knows her stuff, and is better quick and friendly!
My food was okay it was good not bad at all but nothing memorable or out of this world !!
I did though love the environment, and the fact that they’re ANIMAL FRIENDLY! (so I took my baby kitten)
I also loved my berry drink, it was delicious and came in a really cool cup !!!
I overall recommend this place, I have no complains. Food was okay and came out very quickly. But if you do find yourself coming her ASK FOR LIZ she will make your experience a lot better :)

Dinner has been server and I still am irritated. An hour and 45 minutes is a bit long. Even worse… You have a party of two beside me who’s order came out wrong. Not only did they sit down after me, they received their food first and now that I have mine I’m done and they are still waiting. I’ve set through a piss pour service of bartenders yelling about taps the are out and how they are slammed. Not the case. These people wouldn’t last one night in Orlando. Or a busy market full or tourist. And what makes it worse… I haven’t seen a manager once. It’s only right that they visit the tables, make their press acne known and on top of that… Take the people beside me… Order comes out wrong… And no one even visits their table… Come on… That’s just not right.
FINAL UPDATE: after finally paying for the meal I could not get out of the restraint fast enough because of the huge part coming into the venue. With all that said, I took time to speak to the operations manager for this franchise location. We spoke about the service times average and tonight. We spoke in detail about the concerns with the past experience (of which I had already paid out). We handled the situation correctly and professionally. I emphasized that I was not after any thing besides a solid communication on the events that took place tonight. I appreciated his time and responses. I can at least leave with a bit more relaxed after this rough experience. Thank you Kevin (ops manager) for taking the time out of your crazy night to speak with me.

The food and drinks aren’t that good but the atmosphere and vibes is worth a visit or two.
This Hard Rock location is located in a vibrant part of Miami, next to a bay, and they have outdoor seatings. Make sure to order some apps and good drinks and enjoy the nice view and good weather.

Wir waren jetzt schon 3x in diesem Hard Rock Café in Miami. Die Speisen schmecken dort wirklich super und die Bedienungen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser letzter Besuch dort war nach dem Red Bull Flugtag. Da der 2. Platz durch das Hard Rock Café belegt wurde, war die Stimmung dort dementsprechend super! Wir kommen hier immer wieder sehr gerne her!

So ziemlich eines der schlechtesten Hard Rock Cafés…Langweilige Einrichtung… Ambiente fehlt… Essen geht so. Pommes waren kalt.

Gutes Essen, guter laden. Schön gemacht. Sehr netter Service. Wir waren zufrieden. Essen war wie immer gut.

Kennt man ein HRC — kennt man alle — nein, so ist das nicht.
Dieses HRC kennen wir nun schon seit 2009 und besuchen es fast jährlich.
Natürlich ähneln die Einrichtung. Auch wenn hier in Miami das typische «Nur-Holz”-Design zwischenzeitlich gewechselt hat zu Holz mit lila. Gefällt mir persönlich sehr gut.
Menü-​Karte ist aber natürlich überall identisch. Aber doch stellt man Unterschiede im Service fest und in der jeweiligen Führung, Sauberkeit usw.
Das HRC Miami ist super gelegen, direkt Bayside. Man kann vorher oder hinterher schön spazieren gehen. Am Markt/​Bayside ist immer was geboten.
Mit dem Essen und Trinken hatten wir nie Probleme, am liebsten esse ich ein Pulled Pork Sandwich.
Außerdem liebe ich das Ranch-​Dressing zum Salat.
Aber vom Service her gab es schon Besuche, wo wir lange warten mussten — obwohl es nicht so voll war. Insbesondere an der Bar haben wir öfter schon ewig warten müssen, ohne beachtet zu werden und das geht gar nicht. Na ja, und durch den großen Andrang waren das ein oder andere mal die Restrooms nicht so perfekt.
Für die beiden Sachen ziehe ich hier 1* ab.
Aber wir gehen nächstes Mal sicher trotzdem wieder her, because: THIS IS HARD ROCK

Wir waren vor wenigen Stunden hier beim Essen.
Caesar Salad mit Chicken und einen Legend Burger mit Fries.
Der Burger war völlig in Ordnung, nur der Salat war mit Knoblauchpulver überzogen. Brrrrrrrrr
Das war echt heftig.
Der Kellner war super aufmerksam und auf Zack. Deshalb auch mehr als 17% Trinkgeld.
Wir konnten durch unsere ADAC triple AAA Card noch ein paar % sparen.
Nur dies wird uns nicht wieder überzeugen hier herzukommen.

Wunderschöné Inneneinrichtung.
Nettes Personal und sehr leckere Smoothies! Unbedingt einen Besuch Wert!

Wir waren im Mai hier und es war großartig. Der Blick auf die Bayside Mall und den Yachthafen allein war schon klasse aber auch das Essen und die Getränke. Waren sowohl am ersten, wie auch am letzten Abend des Urlaubs hier und die Steaks und auch der Salat mit allen Startern und Beilagen waren auf den Punkt und super lecker. Die Cocktails, ob mit oder ohne Alkohol haben sehr frisch und unglaublich gut geschmeckt. Der Service war prima schnell und freundlich. Das Hard Rock an sich natürlich total interessant. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Na gut mein Besuch war doch schon einige Jahr her, weiss noch dass ich eines dieser Steaks gehabt hab, geschmacklich super preislich sind die restlichen Steinhouse Häuser auch nicht billiger. ist nunmal keine Pommesbude
Die es Mögen gehen ja ohnehin gerne hin, jene denn HRC nicht zusagt, mögen fernbleiben,

Super Lage. Bayside. Aber das hardrock Café hat mich nicht überzeugt. Etwas eng und eingestaubt kommt es daher. Da bietet Bayside einfach schöneres. Allerdings hat man abends einen Super Blick auf den Hafen und die beleuchtete Brücke. Fazit: angucken ja, aber essen muss man hier nicht nur mittelmäßig.

So ganz objektiv kann ich als Fan der Hard Rock Café Kette dieses Resraurant nicht bewerten.
Aber ich kann meinem Vorschreiber beim besten Willen nicht zu stimmen.
Ok, die Preise sind wie in allen Hard Rock Cafes gesalzen aber das Essen ist keinesfalls mies.
Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort und hatten 5 unterschiedliche Burger und jeder davon war jeden Cent wert.
Da wir an einem Montag abend außerhalb der Saison da waren, waren nicht viele Gäste dort, was aber wohl bewirkt, dass die Musik nicht besonders laut war und wir uns Prima unterhalten konnten.
Die Bediehnung war auch ausgesprochen nett und voll auf Zack.
Für 5 Sterne war es aber etwas zu leer und die Klimaanlage zu stark.

Einzig die Lage Überzeugt, direkt am Hafen.
Sonst wie fast alle Hard Rock Cafes auf der Welt, Schweineteuer, mieses Essen, und viel zu laute grauenhafte Musik, die im Grunde mit dem ausgehangenem Namen nichts am Hut hat.
Ich mache immer öfter einen grossen Bogen um diese Läden, vor allem in Europa.

Cooles Café mit Klasse Ausstellung und guter Musik. Zum essen kann ich nichts sagen, allerdings hat die Karte sehr viel versprochen !!

Das hard Rock Café Miami liegt unweit vom Hafen Miami. Hier am Rande des Bayside Shopping Centers kann man sich laute Musik und gutes Essen gönnen.
Wer danach Lust auf gepflegte Live Musik hat geht einfach ein paar Meter zur Bühne im Shopping Center wo im Sommer jeden Abend diverse Band ihr Bestes geben. Kostet nix und das ist für Amerika mal echt was tolles.

Ich oute mich mal ebenfalss als Fan der Hard Rock Cafes — geh immer wieder gerne dort hin, allerdings sind unsere einheimischen eher nicht so mein Ding.
Das in Miami ist, wie schon zuvor geschrieben, in der Bayside gelegen und lädt durch die Umgebung zu einem Abendbesuch ein. Innen wie immer und doch wie immer anders. Wenngleich ich zugeben muss, dass es mir manchmal mittlerweile etwas zu laut ist — wahrscheinlich werde ich alt ;-)
Die Parplatzsuche war wenn ich mich recht erinnere etwas schwierig.

Wenn man sich schon in Miami aufhält sollte man aufjedenfall mal in Bayside shoppen gehen. Ebenso befindet sich in Bayside das Hard Rock Café Miami. Imposantes Gebäude, total schön gemacht und man kann einmal komplett rumgehen. Innen ist es so wie man die Hard Rock Cafes kennt. Natürlich geht man auch in den Verkaufsbereich für Soveniers Leider war ich da doch sehr enttäuscht. Es gab super schöné Klamotten die man gerne mitgebracht hätte, schliesslich war man ja in Miami und muss das auch ‘beweisen’. Man sollte meinen das die Amis alle Klamotten in riesen Größen haben, leider aber nicht in dem Shop. Das Maximum war XL was aber leider nur wie ein gutes L ausfiel. Also keine Klamotten da gekauft sondern nur ein Foto gemacht das man wirklich da war lach
Aber ein Besuch ist Bayside mit allen Schikanen aufjedenfall wert, vorallem das Hard Rock Café.
