If you want a casual drink on the beach this place is perfect. Granted, this is a review from a couples perspective. A large group in Miami is tough to manage in general. The staff are actually friends, and they make you feel welcome. A local even.
Was so good I came back a second time in 3 days and wrote this. Get the Yucca fries.

Kate and Daniella, you both rock. Thanks for being a big part of making our stay in Miami such a memorable one.
The wings here are some of the best I have had. We managed to eat 3 orders of them in 2 days. Solid Cuban, OK salads. Ceviche was decent.
It’s the aforementioned service that gets this place a solid 5 stars. Perfect in every way. Thanks.

The best time ever. The Surfcomber is already a fabulous hotel, but when you add the High Tide and the cabana service, you get an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful cabana via Angelica at the Surfcomber front desk. Imagine my excitement when Foxi and Kate were our servers. Kate was attentive, kind and prompt with the well mixed cocktails and the best fish tacos this side of San Diego! The best!

Me and my wife stopped in for lunch, and were very pleased with service and quality of food. I had the chicken sandwich and the wife had a chicken wrap. I really wanted to take a picture of the food but it was so good I ate it too fast. The best thing were the fries! Very crispy, not too salty, and soft on the inside. Gotta try them if you come. Didn’t buy any alcohol but the smoothies were very tasty. Pool side eating made our meal very relaxing and the BGM was very cool. Our waitress was Angie and she was on her game, made sure we were good.

09−28−15 Happy hour drinks were good. Bartender had an attitude. Could have been a bad day but she treated others with a smile.
19% tip is added. She did not bring back our $.32 change.
Wings were juicy. Blue cheese was lame.
Only go for happy hour!!!
