Hooters

Being that I am from the Clearwater area, perhaps I have higher expectations of Hooters. This place is a joke. I ordered 10 boneless wings and a side of fries. While waiting 30 minutes for my food, you could tell the regulars at the bar actually got service, while my drink was empty for 15 minutes. When the food finally got to me, it was cold. The bartender simply shrugged her shoulders. Will NEVER be back.

If I could give this Hooters location negative stars, I would. They don’t even deserve the one star I’m forced to give (because without it, I can’t post my review). Everything about our service and food was awful! The waitress offered us items that were not in the menu, the manager threw on food on the table, without so much as a greeting, the wrong drink was brought to me and then I was told, «Since we ran out of the prosecco, I figured you wouldn’t mind this other wine.» WTF?!? Seriously? Do you even know me? No apologies were offered, no compensation was offered. This location sucks! When I got home I made sure to write their corporate offices. Yeah, about that. Still waiting for (even an automated) a reply. Maybe the whole company sucks.

Great food, fair prices, and of course — beautiful girls!
Gets busy on weekends but overall not a bad crowd. Make sure to try the buffalo shrimp (my favorite).

Jessica at the outside bar is great. Although more of a neighborhood crowd than your typical tourist Hooters locations, there’s still always a decent crowd, especially on game nights; be sure to get here early to get a table or a spot at the bar.

Horrible customer service !!! Our server Lauren was all over her boyfriend at the bar while we were waiting for her to come take our order. Didn’t come to check on us after we got our food. & we received the wrong order. She disappeared! Never offered refills or checked on us but she sat at the bar kissing and all over her boyfriend. Didn’t tell us about any desserts or special promotions. Very disappointed in this hooters.

Well, this is only from the perspective of ordering takeout via phone. I’m sure inside there are pretty ladies to look at, big TVs to watch people hit each other, etc.
But I ordered on the phone, and you know how sometimes you call a place and it you finish the conversation and can only go…”…well then…”…that’s pretty much how that is for this place.
In the middle of the convo, I think I asked for some sauce, and the girl hung up on me. Must be a code word sauce for «we’re done here» or something that I said. I apologize angry lady who took my order, I did not know.
I went to pick up my order an hour later, about 8 or so wings and some fries, and it still wasn’t ready, must’ve been a busy day. Finally got it. No napkins, so I twiddled my thumbs until someone came back towards me, then asked for some. I grew 3 gray strands of hair waiting for 4 napkins, I counted.
The wings were decent. It was an eventfully wasted experience.

Service/​Location:
The girls are fun to look at, but you quickly realize that they have a fatigue. Smiles vanish once they turn their back to the 5 drunk guys. I can’t blame the waitresses though.
As you might imagine after so many drunk guys the toilets are not clean at all.
Our waitress was friendly, though clearly didn’t care and never asked if everything’s alright.
Atmosphere:
I LOVE the music. All the songs were grunge/​hard rock/​heavy metal. If that’s not your taste of music then it’s a 1-​Star review for your.
The place was crowded and very, VERY loud. There was a group of 6 drunk guys watching a football game and shouting all the time. This seems to be normal or at least tolerated.
Food:
The food was lacking a lot.
The breaded chicken wings are a disaster. They were bland and very greasy. In fact the wings had so much oil, the U.S. wanted to invade my plate.
Fries with cheese sauce were good.
Highly disappointing were the buffalo chicken wraps. They were almost cold when they arrived and my «hot» wrap only slightly above medium spicyness. The sides (baked beans and sour cream sauce) on the other hand were rich in flavour and really good.

They don’t even play ppv events anymore.
Taking my business to Dave & Busters who has stayed loyal a to boxing fans.
FYI.
When they do play an event a fighting event well they don’t cut the music until the last fight.
It basically ruins watching all the other fights but the last one and defeats the purpose.

Great service as usual! I love hooters (the restaurant)! Definitely recommend! !
They have a great promo going for breast cancer awareness month… it’s for a good cause, should check it out.
*Tip*: do not go to the one in Bayside, that seems like another restaurant all together. Definitely not the same quality.

I’m a Frequent visitor. I enjoy the atmosphere, the vibe, friendly people and great staff. Never had a problem with the food whatsoever, the cooks do a great job. The staff keeps the place very clean and the restrooms are very clean. With alcohol being served I never have seen any issues with any one disorderly, it’s basically a good crowd. With the multiple big flat screens you can pretty much watch any sports game and you can request it and the staff will accommodate. I always sit outside and usually get waited on by Jessica. She is enthusiastic, outgoing and very attentive to all the patron’s needs. Her menu recommendations and drinks have been spot on. She is a great asset to the Hooters staff. I really enjoy this place as the staff gets to know you and it feels like a «Cheers Bar» would feel like with the personable touch.

Well its your basic sports bar. This one is perhaps the most popular Hooters in the world, is it the food, is it the location, a combination.
The food is fresh, the service was impeccable. Our server kept back on coming at the right time to replenish the drinks.
I ordered the ceasar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection leaving it moist on the inside. Now the romaine lettuce a little damaged on a couple of leaves but what can you do sometimes.
The server followed the meal request from my friend done to a tee.
Have I had better salads, of course but the view is great.

Right in Doral this Hooters location is amazing. It’s surrounded by a Flannigans, Chillies, and other various places to eat.
This place is convenient because the other hooters location from here is Bayside. The service is great and the food is amazing like always.
50 original hooter wings for $ 45.
The curly fries are perfect and everything about the food is great.
It does get packed regularly so try to come in early.

Service getting better but as of today they ran out of chicken drums… don’t know what to say…

Came in after a dentist appointment to have a drink and unwind while dodging the rain. I took a seat at the inside bar and was served by Giovanna (the outside Bartender, older suicide blonde, always seems to have a resting Bitch face), but back to the inside bar tender; she was very friendly and I ordered a Maker’s Mark which I spilled later on.
She quickly came over to clean it and poured me another. She even went the extra mile to see that i received another copy of the Miami Times Weekly that was damaged during the spill.
During previous visits the staff have been a bit stuck up but the food was always very good and served promptly. The fryers seem to be changed out as needed because the wings have always been perfect.
I recommend this place over its neighbors Chili’s and Flanagans, respectively of course ;)

Well this hooters is just like any other hooters, Ok wings, cold beer and disappointing service!!! Table we sat was clean but there was papers towards the wall so not really clean

High expectations indeed. The prestige’s place has food you can be depressed of
Paying for but good brew that makes you want to try to come back. Seating is impossible as not a inch of space can be obtained for yourself and honestly surprised how families bring their babies.

I have never had a bad experience at the Doral Hooters. The food is decent but no one goes to Hooters for gourmet food anyway. I always have great service at this location and it is a frequent lunch spot for me.

The food was okay, and the service was terrible. As some reviews already mentioned, our waitress came, took our order, and then disappeared. It wasn’t busy. We could see her talking to other people by the bar, but she didn’t pay any attention to us unless we called her over. Our appetizer never came, and then it was brought with our food. I liked Hooters, but I will never come back to this location.

Best hooters ever and good food! The spicy garlic wings are great! And I love the outside patio!
The bronzed platters are a nice healthy option comes with a salad also! Yumm
And $ 5.00 margaritas everyday

Can’t beat the chicken wings here! The flavor is awesome and they’re cooked just right. I get them either hot or three mile isle, straight fire!
The boys usually get the buffalo chicken or shrimp wraps, these are also very good.
Good service, great ambiance, and good food.
