Not the best IHOP I’ve been too… Asked for one order of pancakes and they came burnt.

Service was great and the food was delicious. We had crepes and blueberry pancakes. Yum! I love eating at this iHop during weekday mornings. The only problem is that the restaurant is always so cold.

BEWARNED. DONOTEATATTHISIHOP! The place was pretty much empty and it still took almost an hour to get our food after we ordered. The server was very kind and tried to make the best of the situation, but had to deal with a poor kitchen operation. I was really worried when I saw the other two tables send their food back. When our food finally came out the bacon was burnt for my kids and my dinner was missing its garlic bread. I did not bother complaining because it was late and I just wanted to eat and go home. Other than that the food was ok for IHOP. I would have given it only one star, but the poor server was the only saving grace keeping me from walking out.

Stop by here on my way to the office just to get a bite to eat before enduring my Monday morning. Gotta say, I was quite pleased with the level of service this place gave me. Ive been to iHop god knows how many times and this is the first time I felt like was at a legit restaurant and not some generic chain. My only complaint about it was that the food took a little longer then expected which was a disappointment considering there were a total of 3 tables at the time but nevertheless, when the food did arrive, it was great. Im all about customer service and my waiteress Maggie was hitting all marks. If you happen to stop by here on a weekday morning, please ask for her as she will make it a pleasant visit. Very clean establishment as well from the bathrooms to the restaurant itself.

One hour waiting for pancakes and eggs… There’s no way that can take so long on such a small restaurant. Simply terrible

Terrible pancakes. I asked for chocolate chip waffles(not on the menu) and they said they can’t do that, so I ordered the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. They were burnt and I didn’t taste the chocolate in them at all. And after waiting a long time for the food I was definitely disappointed.

No to the tenth power. Dirty, yucky, ewie, did I say dirty? The service is horrendous and I’m sure some individuals have died from eating here. Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about stepping foot in this hell hole. You may never make it out alive.

We were there New Year’s eve morning and expecting a crowd. We sat down reasonably quick and waited for our meal. The waitress was nice and attentive at first. However the time passed and the food was still not arriving and we patiently waited as so did everyone else. I got up to go to the restroom and noticed a whole bunch of plates at the pass. There were probably 20 plates at the pass so I asked the waitress if one of them was ours. She said our food will be out soon. I said it is out it just needs to come to our table. I don’t think that was a manager or a supervisor on duty or else they would have seen all the food at the pass and questioned it and done something about it. The cooks did a great job and The food was good! But somebody should be on top of supervising the waitstaff.

This place was horrendous! The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star was because our server Whitney gave us amazing service. Refills, napkins, checking up on us she was great. The food however, eww. My daughter ordered Mac and cheese and the cook didn’t even care about breaking it up after he took it out the microwave. The hash browns in my omelette were burnt so I couldn’t even eat the omelette and my husband’s onion rings were burnt as well. His sandwich was not well put together the chicken tasted watery. So disgusting don’t come over here unless you want the runs.

I arrived and there was a line. That’s fine. No host/hostess greeted us and I saw plenty of plates sitting in the window, waiting to be served. Waiting. Waiting. Where were the servers or food runners? Hmmmm. Wait, they couldn’t be any of the three employees I saw smoking cigarettes outside, could they be? I’ve worked in many restaurants and can tell you no one was ever allowed to take cigarette breaks while the place was slammed. How insane!!! If they were more productive, they could turn more tables and make more money. But management clearly has no control and the restaurant and customers suffer. Pancakes sounded good, but not cold ones, and not an hour wait that wasn’t necessary.

Accommodated my large group of kids quickly. Food was served in record time although location was almost full to capacity. Highlight was the service received by Anthony. He was FANTASTIC!

I’m not usually turned off by poor service due to the food, but I’m only not recommending this specific iHop because I went with my son who love waffles and painting on his mat. The waffles were somewhat decent, there was no line I’ll give them that. I was tended to quickly due to the establishment being empty. What I simply cannot stand when I’m eating somewhere is getting the bill prior to me finishing my meal. The staff was courteous and all, but that cannot make up for how rude is it to receive the bill prior to you finishing your meal. My son was also not given any crayons to draw with which made him feel out of place to say the least. I now know why this place was empty. My fried steak was crusty and not soft to the way I’m accustomed to eating at an iHop.

Now I know why this location has only 2 stars. On a positive note if you arrive and see a long line they do move fairly quickly. Just make sure you spell out your name and say it several times. I arrived with my son who was starving the lady up front said 15 minutes. When she spelled my name I looked and corrected her twice she changed it so it was fine. I stood right in front of her to wait. 15 minutes pass she calls a «Brenda» I was keeping track so I thought it was me, another woman stands up and walks in with her. So I wait. patiently… she calls two others who came after me now 20 minutes later. I tell her very nicely that I had been waiting and those individuals came after me. I look at the sheet and the name I had her correct was un scratched and she tells me she called my name. I told her again very politely that I had been standing right in front of her. She goes off on a tangent saying she called my name and I wasn’t listening etc. etc. that she will seat me next. I thought. wait a minute I’m the costumer here she’s supposed to be understanding and apologetic not defensive. With a nasty attitude she seats me. And to say the least just look at the picture of the food. $ 10 for a plate with under cooked eggs, burned on top hash browns and cold on the inside… may I go on. Not worth the money or time. Sorry Ihop, its definitely has lost it’s quality.

i was craving waffles one night so i decided to go to ihop. when i came in the place was almost completely empty. the only other people in the restaurant was an old couple who had already been served. it took forever to even get my drink. there were three waiters and a few other people in the kitchen. i understand that most of them are students and want to go home but at least take my order and stop sitting around and staring. and let me remind you that i was the only person there. the couple had already been served and was making their way out. after what seemed like hours i finally got my chicken and waffles. the food was mediocre but i expected that from an ihop. the restaurant itself is fine but the staff needs some serious training. cant imagine how it would be like in the mornings with more people. i will be sticking with denny’s thank you very much.

Worst IHOP experience by far. Staff HD friendly but the kitchen is lazy and will purposely cook your food and take short cuts if u let them. Example we ordered cheesecake pancakes and cobbler pancakes. The cheesecake pancakes were regular pancakes and the cobbler had wipcream in place of ice-cream. We asked for it to be fixed and it was but the cooks should know their own recipes. The food was below average for an IHOP and would not go back to this one.

It’s an IHOP what else can you ask for. But nothing was better than my waiter. Cool guy with a chef with an awesome little mermaid tattoo. Great people.

I took my family there an as soon as walked by the front door we notice how filthy and the same inside. The service is good, but the food is terrible. We ask for a BLT well done and it was completely UNCOOKED. And the rest of the food was no good.

Terrible experience! They gave us a table that still was dirty from previous customer. But the worse was when I got my pancakes and there’s was a thick curly hair on them. The server didn’t even apologize, she just said she will bring another one, I told her that obviously I didn’t want them And just take them off the check. They just took 2 $ off. Don’t go here, there are many other ihop locations that won’t give you nasty food and at least an average service.
