They made the fries suck and chicken nuggets suck too its dry almost tasteless
It’s just absolute sh*t !!!

i go to this McDonalds due to it being the closest distance from my house, yet today is the 4^th time i order a burger and the bun is WET of water or something. FOURTH time. I keep giving it chances but apparantly i should give up. Its repulsing. The first time i took the bun off and ate the rest. Second and third i complained to the manager in which she said it was not water it was ketchup. It is NOT ketchup. Its like water on half the bun and the clear liquid visible on the wax paper. Also not oil. Asked for my money back. Today my mother brought me some from the drive thru so again, all i could do was remove the buns and eat the rest.
To add to that, the workers there are all hispanic. Dont get me wrong, i am hispanic, too but what is irritating is that they dont understand you when you speak to them and they are rude when you ask for a straw or napkins whatever. And with condiments?! Its like they RATION those. Ketchup and mayo? They give you one of each no matter how many things you ordered or how big your party is.
I was looking at the «Double Cheese Burger $ 2.50 combo» sign and i ordered exacty that. They charged me $ 5 something and i said no the COMBO special not the regular meal and the girl spat out at me «ITS THE SAME THING MA’AM»
I am done with this place. Save yourself your money– go to the one in Hammocks instead

Every time we come to this location there is a problem with the ice cream machine. It is a constant and daily issue. The staffs response was «buy a new machine it costs $ 3000+». So not only was I unable AGAIN to give my toddler son an ice cream as promised but after paying for it I was also insulted and shorted part of my order. It is completely unacceptable. As I explained to the poorly equipped to handle the situation staff, it is not the staffs responsibility to replace the equipment but the owner of the franchises. Someone needs to take action. If the franchise owner won’t then maybe corporate should because based on the repeat experiences we have had here we’ll be sticking to burger king instead.

They have a promotion of any small frappé being $ 1.39. We went through the drive through and ordered two small caramel frappé on a Sunday around 2:45PM. I noticed on the screen that they charged the regular price ($ 3.09) per frappé. After inquiring about the difference in price, the worker claimed the special price was only Monday through Friday EVEN THOUGH the promotional posters clearly did not state that this special was limited to Monday through Friday (the only limitation to the special price was that the purchase must occur between 2PM-​5PM). I stated this fact to the worker and she asked us to wait a moment. Another lady came on the speaker and asked what was the problem. After repeating that the promotional posters did NOT state anywhere about the special price being only Monday through Friday, she replied with «the special price is only for Monday through Friday, do you still want the small caramel frappé.» I have no clue what is running through these workers’ minds, but they clearly did not understand what is going on. The fact that I rated this place 1 stars is not because I refuse to pay a higher price for the frappé, but because this is a form of false and misleading advertisement.

We went to this mcdonald around 3am we got some apple pies, cofee, coke and quater pounder and a sundae… 1^st we were told cash ONLY and no RECEIPT… weird… apple pies had expired labels, sundae had no chocolate at all, just the white ice cream… coke had no ice and quarter pounder was just meat and bread… I really wanna know why no REIPT AND CASH ONLY…

This McDonald’s is always packed but the peole are friendly and has great food that has discriminating taste

Very nice interior. Playground was removed to make a bigger dining area. It’s very modern, fast service, and clean. Overall good experience
