Mr. PB&J is awesome! If you’ve never had one before, I recommend you give them a try! They make the most creative PB&J sandwiches you’ll ever have. I ordered the Whiteside and French fries. My fiancé had their Burger. Who would of thought peanut butter and jelly on a burger would be so tasty. Both of our sandwiches were very delicious. I will be returning soon to try some of their other options.

One afternoon on our way to a Basel event we were pressed for time and hadn’t had a thing to eat all day. We turned into this park in Kendall just look for something in the trunk of our car and that’s when we spotted the Mr. PB&J truck! We had seen him before but had never been able to try the food out. So, running late and starving I literally glanced at the menu and ordered a classic PB&J on white bread and a Bacon Cheeseburger(because my fiancé could smell the meat on the grill from the car and asked for that.) I’m so glad he did! Luckily, the owner, Alex asked me first if I wanted my PBJ sammie grilled or cold and that’s when I noticed the note on the menu saying that all sandwiches are grilled. The PB&J was tasty and nostalgic.($ 3) I personally prefer more PB than Jelly but its not a big deal. I devoured it just the same. The bacon cheeseburger was fantastic! It was juicy and loaded with bacon; just the way I like it. The fries it came with were REALLY good too.($ 11) I hope to catch the truck sometime again soon! I’d love to try something like the Chocolate Peanut Butter with Raspberry jelly. They have so many options; 7 types of breads including Eggo waffles!, Spreads like marshmallow fluff, nutella, APRICOT jelly my fave! I didn’t even notice at first but they make Milkshakes(and vegan milkshakes– almond and coconut milk available) too. I’ll definitely have to see if they’ll make me a Chocolate-PB-Banana ice cream milkshake when I return. Be sure to download the app(available for iPhone AND Android users) so you can see when they’re open and where they’re parked. See ya soon mister!

Okay, so I know what you’re thinking. Peanut butter and jelly… on a burger? I think I felt the same level of hesitation and confusion when I had avocado and guacamole on a burger for the first time. Thereafter, I vowed to never eat a burger with ketchup for as long as there was guac available as a condiment. With that said, PB&J on a burger is probably the best idea that has come along since guac on a burger. I had to try the famous Mr. PB&J burger. It’s a juicy burger with peanut butter, bacon, Brie cheese, and topped with a hot and sweet jelly. WOW! I’ve definitely been missing out on this pairing because it hit so many flavor notes. Eating it was so good and confusing at the same time. I wish they would have used a different type of bread than your average run of the mill hamburger bun, but the rest was so incredibly good. So like any foodie, if there’s Nutella in anything, you have to order it and try it. Which is why I had to share the dessert option, the s’mores. This is like the messiah for any sandwich lover! They make it on a cinnamon raisin bread with marshmallow fluff, Nutella, PB, hint of caramel, and graham cracker crumbles. I’m definitely going to make this one at home! #sorrynotsorry Pure genius guys! If you see this food truck, don’t walk, RUN to put in your order!

Mr. PB&J is not serving the same old pb&j you had as a kid. Found them outside a Crossfit competition over the weekend and had to think long and hard about eating here or at the super healthy food booth next door. Finally gave in and ordered the Mr. PB&J Burger for myself and a S’mores to share. Probably the best decision I’ve made in awhile. The burger has bacon, brie, hot and sweet jelly and PEANUTBUTTER!!! Peanut butter is one of my all time favorite burger toppings and pretty hard to find offered on burgers around these parts. The pb combined with the smoky bacon and jelly was soooo good. I just wish they had used a little bit better quality bun. Not that it was bad, just okay, nothing special. The S’mores is pb, nutella, graham crackers, marshmallow fluff and caramel on cinnamon bread. Super sweet; but, super tasty. I don’t think I could have eaten the whole thing by myself so I’m glad we shared it. Definitely hope I see this truck somewhere in Broward in the near future so I can try another of their creations.

There’s a reason why Mr PB&J is the official food truck of the MIAMIHEAT! Justice Winslow and Hassan Whiteside both have sandwiches in their name and are avid supporters/customers. Mr PB&J was also featured on the Dan LeBatard show. Bottom line is guys these sandwiches are the real deal!

Because if you haven’t tried this truck you need to find them ASAP and get on it. You see, I don’t really care if there are 100 fancy restaurants around me– what I look for is local hard working people who truly put love in what they do. This is exactly the vibe that these guys give me every time I give into my cravings. So why are they so good? Well, I can always count on this truck being surrounded by hungry kids because of their location– and lets be honest– kids don’t lie so if they like it… Heck, I don’t have kids but I know this is a true statement. With that said, I have yet dislike any of their creations. Yes– to some of you they may sound a little strange but it really just takes a little courage and boom. the explosion of flavors will not disappoint. Oh and before I forget, do yourself a favor and pls try the«leggo my bacon» as that is the ridiculously delicious creation in which they chose the name after a contest they did on IG… and guess who named it. This nurse right here. Ohhh yeah… Mr. PB&J thanks for existing… especially in the Kendall area, Yours truly a faithful foodie follower.

This was my first time here. I had the Miami Spice sandwich and it exceeded my expectations. Everything went so well together(peanut butter, apricot jelly, chicken, basil). Even the bread was really good! I don’t know when I’ll see this food truck again, but when I do, I’ll definitely be getting the Miami Spice again. I only waited like 3 minutes for it to be made.

Really love pb&j to begin with and once i spotted the strawberry field pb&j i knew It was what i was having. The bread was whole wheat and it came with fresh strawberries and sliced bananas with strawberry jelly and peanut butter!!! I asked for a side of raspberry sauce cause I like a sloppy drippy pb&j and it really was. Oozing with the raspberry sauce the sandwich was stuffed with the fresh fruit and never once fell apart or broke into pieces. ITWASDELICIOUS. I actually saved it for dessert… and it really hit the spot! I would definitely get this again or maybe the smores. That really looked delicious.

When i was a kid i DIDNOT like peanut butter and jelly. I always thought they were reserved for kids who forgot their lunch. boy was i wrong, its amazing how many different Jellys i wanted to try. they are even equipped with nutella and almond butter as alternatives to peanut butter. My favorite one sandwich is the Miami Spice. The Service is quick, and the food has a great unique taste. What more can you ask for at such an affordable price point

We see these guys all over! Great shakes! I almost gave them 4 stars, but then, I didn’t. Especially because the shake was shaken, not stirred. Thanks!

Good stuff! Tried them when they were outside Funky Buddha Brewery last week during lunch. Had«The King» which was pb, grape jelly, sliced banana, bacon, and honey and the flavors mixed together perfectly. They cook it a little in a pan like a grilled cheese. I will try them again next time I see them around.

Definitely not your average PB&J. Amazing creations and hundreds of different types to choose from. Sandwiches, smoothies and fries for a great price. For a person that doesn’t like PB&J’s, I always have the Miami Spice, a Thai chicken with Basil, PB, apricot jelly on Challah bread. If you’re ever in the area, this truck is a must! Follow them on IG: Mrpbandj

Took my kids here after school and they loved it! One of the best PB&J sandwiches ever. Got to admit took one to go for my wife and she couldn’t believe how amazing they tasted. If your in the area make sure to stop by. Ask for«The King»

Amazing food truck taking a simple idea on everybody’s childhood favorite PB&J and making a gourmet twist. My personal favorite is the Miami Spice, the jelly and peanut butter with chicken and basil is extremely tasty. The truck is also very fairly priced, a definite must stop if you love food trucks and are in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

Love the concept, love the food. Such fun and inventive ways to have a PB&J sandwich. Def not like the ones mom made when we were growing up. Don’t hesitate to try the savory ones, the chicken and curry peanut butter is legit. Also, the guys who run the truck are fun and entertaining. Definitely one of the next up and coming food trucks in Miami.

Talk about good eats. All of the sandwiches are great and they come in a variety of flavors. Definitely not your average PB&J. There are sweet selections and savory selections. I personally like to go for the Miami Spice(Grilled chicken, hot sauce, apricot jelly, basil and of course peanut butter) and for desert finish things off with a great white(raspberry jelly, white chocolate peanut butter, and frosted flakes) Everything is well priced and is made pretty quick. Also worth mention is the Cuban. Great change from the often over priced and extremely heavy food found at other trucks.

I love them! It’s hard to get simple food that is yummy. My belly wasn’t doing well but when you are surrounded by food trucks is hard to keep the cravings down. I decided I’d go with Mr PB&J and fell in loveee. Can’t wait to try another funky creation!

After seeing the truck parked in the neighborhood for the past three days, my hunger and foodie curiosity got the best of me and am I glad it did! I indulged with the Miami Spice: a chicken, peanut butter, sriracha sauce concoction that was blended perfectly for sweet/spicy and nutty flavored delight. For a fast, flavorful change of pace from your old pb&j, this is the place. Priced right from $ 5 to $ 7 each for set flavors or $ 6+ to make your own.
