This was the first studio I ever went to and I fell in love with Pilates. Christina is an amazing instructor — very motivational, patient and meticulous in her instruction. She taught me that it’s not enough to just do Pilates, you need to really understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it to get maximum benefit. I wish I lived closer — I have yet to find a studio this good.
