Publix is legit the best grocery store I have ever been to. I moved away and now live in northern VA and nothing even comes close! The store is always clean and always has great prices… who doesnt love a publix BOGO. And lets be real KFC has nothing on Publix fried chicken its simply the best!!!

Although this Publix has been a staple of the area near The Falls for many years, it recently underwent a major renovation, mostly, in the form of an exterior facelift. It’s quite large, though it has yet to catch up with other Publix locations that offer a self-​serve salad bar and hot foods section (hence the one star deduction), but otherwise, it is clean, well-​organized, with spacious aisles and friendly employees. My folks, who live in this area, shop religiously at least one to two times a week and have formed a close rapport with a few of the employees over the years.

Super friendly staff. Anytime I can’t find something, one of the staff either takes me to the item, or goes to get it for me.

I had to come back to update my review. I was buying my groceries tonight and bought some wine. The young boy bagging my purchase told me that if I got another bottle, I’d get a small discount and a free carrying bag to reuse. He even went and got me the bottle and bag.
I shop here a lot, and this bagger was all smiles and obviously loves his job. I hope I am remembering correctly, I am pretty sure his name is Mark. You can recognize him because he’ll be the one smiling, joking with customers, and he’s pretty tall with dark hair.
I’ll be looking for him each time I shop.
