Walgreens

This is a nice, large Walgreens. Since it is in a strip mall, there’s no way you will ever face parking challenges. They even sell flower bouquets and had a pretty assortment of plants, including a miniature cycad and bonsais. The aisles within the store are spacious and easy to navigate, and the customer service here is great.
I needed to buy Ibuprofen prior to an upcoming surgery and as I debated with my mother which brand to get or if I should get acetaminophen instead, one of the employees that was stocking the shelves offered to assist and made his own recommendation. Since he’s not a doctor, he suggested I double check with the pharmacist as to Ibuprofen being a better choice for oral surgery over acetaminophen (despite the fact the acetaminophen is in a higher dosage).
There was no line at the pharmacy and within 5 seconds of arriving to the consultation window, a pharmacist approached me and echoed the employee’s suggestion of getting the Ibuprofen. I once again thanked the employee and was on my way to the register. The cashier was also friendly and helpful, and quickly rang up my purchases. No lines at the register either, which was nice.
It’s nice not having to spend over 10 minutes to pick up some items and get a quick pharmacist consultation squeezed in all at the same time, I wish all of their locations would operate as smoothly and quickly as this one does.

I’ve been going to this Walgreen’s for my meds for about 4 months now. From my first experience, up to my most recent one, this location has made it extremely difficult to fill out my prescription. My latest negative encounter was based around the fact that I went to pick up my meds, ONE DAY EARLY. I was turned away by their head pharmacist, GABRIELA KIBORT. No explanation, no reason. She just decided she would play doctor and require me to return the next day instead, to pick up the same meds these ppl have been giving me the last quarter of the year, with no regard whatsoever for the process I have to endure to pick up these meds (later she tells me, «if it’s such a big deal, we’ll deliver them to you»…lol. like i’m willing to open up the flood gates to further delay). Feeling played, I drove down the street to the next Walgreens. The head pharmacist apologized for not having the meds in stock, but assured me that the choice of the matter is at the discretion of the head pharmacist and that typically, pill seekers are the ones treated that way. Meaning, there wasn’t any sort of policy preventing the initial pharmacist from simply authorizing the release of the meds. In other words, GABRIELA KIBORT, took it upon herself to refuse me the meds, ONE DAY EARLY, because apparently she felt she knew better that the doctor who prescribed me the meds, ONE DAY EARLY… in my personal opinion, she’s just another low grade pharmacist who gets off on having control over what other ppl can, or can not do.
The second I find a location that consistently has my meds, I’ll never return to this particular location.

I love how this Walgreens is organized. The staff is very nice as well! I had to return an item with no receipt and the helped me gladly with no issues.
