I’ve good and bad experiences here. With that being said they really came through for me this time. I needed to have some pants let out last minute. I got to the store around 3pm Monday and needed to have them back by 1pm the next day. I spoke to the woman at the desk and she stated it wouldn’t be ready until 5pm Tuesday. I asked to speak to the seamstress, she said she could do it by 1 or 130pm. I called the store at 10 am to make sure it would be done on time. To my surprise the woman answering the phone said they were already done. I was pleasantly surprised and she did a great job. The woman at the desk when I got to the store was very friendly. I had never seen her before. She was sure to mention that the store was relocating and gave me a flyer for the new location. I was previously wondering why the store was clutter free. There was always things for sale and old faded posters in the wall.

Great cleaners. Friendly staff and they do a great job. They accommodate your needs for special requests or quicker service. Clothing always comes back nicely hung and wrapped. Never had a problem with missing clothes or broken items.

– I took two brand new t-shirt with tags — just wanted the appliqués(simple black pieces of thick ribbon) from one t-shirt transferred to the other t-shirt(both brand new with tags) the second one was going to be a Christmas gift. I left the item Nov/29th and went back on December 22nd to get it and they didn’t want me to look at it and I insisted. The t-shirt that had the transferred appliqué was destroyed– tags gone — and they were completely crooked! The seamstress that did it was on vacation and another one came and measured it and it was 2 inches difference from one side to the other(it was completely slanted) AND they weren’t even aligned!!! It was so noticeable and they said they could not fix it because they were too full with other work, I requested the manager and was told he was not there to call back around 4pm. When I did — he told me the following ABSURDEXCUSE: «WEARENOTPERFECT, WEMAKEMISTAKES, TAKETHESHIRTANYWAYSBECAUSEYOUCANTTELLFROMFARAWAY. THISISTHEWAYWEDOBUSINESSHERE» ! I WASINSHOCK! How could an owner say that about his business? He said he could not make them fix my shirt to come back and pick it up Monday Dec29th. That they would fix it by then and that he wouldn’t charge me for it. I called 12⁄29 to make sure it was ready and Joseph told me the shirt was not ready to go by 4pm — I told him I would be there within 1hour to have it ready — when I showed up it was not ready. Had to wait about ½ hour. When I got it it was not done correctly AND they had made a hole on the shirt and patched it up horribly. I told him it was wrong and he said to just pay for it and to leave that he didn’t need customers that complained. I then told him I was not paying for anything, that I wanted BOTH shirts back and at that time another lady started screaming at me in front of other customers to leave because I didn’t want to pay for it, I then told her that JOSEPH was the one that had said he would not charge me for the crappy job they did, and besides when I had walked in SHE was reprimanding a seamstress for ruining 3 pieces of clothing of another customer, so then I mentioned that to her and told her to shut the hell up because my conversation was not with her. Joseph told me to never come back because they didn’t need customers like me and I told them we didn’t need places like that one that are crappy and a rip-off. Businesses like that do not need to exist. They should close their doors and go take some classes for laundry.–

WORSTPLACEEVER! STAYAWAY. I had $ 275 Theory pants that I brought there for hemming. The lady pinned them on me so they should cover my shoe. I came back and they were higher than my ankle– about 2 inches of skin showing. I tried them on and asked if they could be let out but there was not enough material to do so– ALL I WANTEDWAS A SMALLHEM. I asked the manager JOSEPH to do something about this. I am a new graduate trying to look professional for work and decided to invest into a beautiful pair of pants as I had been wearing GAP pants which faded – AND they messed them up terribly!!- He would not do ANYTHING– not even give my name and number to the owner to speak. All I want are my pants replaced. This is a NORMAL request for their mess up! I am thoroughly upset and will NEVER step back into this place. YOUAREWARNED! They were rude and spoke Spanish in front of me when they speak English– and knew I did not.
