Subpar service, overpriced for the 6″ baby suh, fountain drink machine spraying stuff on everybody using it Somebody needs to help these folks understand how to have great service and make a great sandwich or I’ll bet ya they’ll go under quickly.

Sad. Anyone who is an old school fan knows why. Something as basic as watching your food being made is gone and thats the least of it. You messed up guys.

Mediocre at best. Walked in for a late lunch on Christmas Eve. I immediately glanced over at the kids menu to take care of the kids orders. I went ahead and attempted to order the kids cheese pizza and the rude cashier proceeded to tell me that it would be over an hour for the pizza. Seems as though the brick oven wasn’t fired up and ready. Which was fine. We went on to order something different for the children and then went on to the adult menu. I think it was the snarky attitude from the cashier that made for such an unpleasant first experience. The restaurant was EMPTY. Service was slow. Sandwiches were okay. I had a better philly cheese at Santa’s enchanted forest the night prior. Was it worth the $ 36? I don’t think so. Also– they advertise beer and wine as 2 for 1 all day everyday however they forgot to bring out round two of the glass of wine that was ordered. I would understand if they were busy however that was far from the case. First and last visit. Customer service is key!

Horrible customer service! I walked in and immediately said hi to the cashier and she didn’t even look up from what she was doing. She had a bad attitude the whole way through. She then proceeded to give me 5 cents back as opposed to 8 cents, which obviously isn’t a big deal, but because of her attitude I confronted her about it. She was clearly being lazy because she didn’t have any pennies in the drawer.

Low quality food, high prices. We ordered the chicken parm, the club, and turkey bacon provolone. The bacon was too salty and bread was stale. I used to the South location years ago & the food is definitely not the same. I was very disappointed.

Talk about terrible customer service! Rude and unprofessional employees made their overpriced food the least of their problems. I was feeling hungry one Friday night and was in the mood for a sandwich and didn’t feel like driving so far, so I figured I would try this place out. Walking in, the place was empty(which should have been a red flag in the first place — Friday night!?) I was the only customer inside. Visually, this place is dark and does not lighten your mood at all– not that it really had to because the employees were doing a great job at that already. This fat bald spanish guy — rude as can be — did not even GREETME a simple Hello. It was obvious that I was a new-customer and maybe could use a little suggestion on what was good. Apparently he was too busy taking care of all his non-existent customers. I finally order a panini to-go that is read to come with 2 sides: Potato salad or Cole Slaw, AND chips or fries. This cost about $ 10.50 so I’m expecting quality… I ordered chips and the potato salad. — but I’ll come back to that! It took the guy 15 minutes to make a simple sandwich. Not to mention, there were several employees on site. A dark girl employee emerged from the kitchen and the girl and the fat guy started having a heated argument WHILE I AMINFRONTOFTHEM waiting for my food, meanwhile my sandwich is half made and unattended as the fat guy continues to argue and focus on this employee rather than his current ANDWAITING customer. Leaving the establishment with my food to-go(FINALLY) I finally get home to eat. As I open the box, I notice less than a handful of potato chips next to my sandwich… Really? Not even a small bag of chips? Mind you, it’s not like they did not have any bags of chips – they had plenty at the shop! I believe that a small BAG of packaged chips would have been appropriate, c’mon! Ridiculous… The chips weren’t even the biggest issue. So I picked potato salad as one of my sides… Do u know those little plastic containers you get at restaurants that hold sauces like ketchup, dressing, etc. That is the same container that my SERVING of potato salad was in… I thought that was a joke. Looked like a sampling of it to me. The sandwich was just«alright». Nothing spectacular, no fireworks. Gosh, even the plastic silverware was cheap. the worlds flimsiest and smallest fork imaginable and what seemed like a toilet paper square of a napkin… I truly believe the owner could invest a bit more in his business. I was not impressed. SO much potential with a place like that and yet, it was very disappointing. Little things matter. Employee behavior matters. SAYINGHELLOTO A CUSTOMER matters.

I’d never eaten here before until my granddaughter started working here. I decided to give them a try and I had the BBQ chicken sub big. The sub was really big full of meat and toppings and a good portion of cheese to go along with it. Once you bite into the sub you can taste the cheese all the way through. The BBQ sauce was just amazing. Not to much and not to little. My first time trying I went on a day my granddaughter didn’t work just to see how it really was without her there. The girl on the register who took my order was very nice and polite. I got my drink had a seat and waited for my food. They even came out to give me refills! I would defiantly recommend this place for a good lunch or dinner spot.

First time trying this place and I’m just not impressed. Had a simple caesar salad wrap and it was so bland. Caesar dressing just tasted like water and wrap had a bunch of soggy croutons that just filled space. Will stick to Sal’s, down the street, from now on.

I was home and hungry. Looked up a few places near me that delivered and thought that Sgt. Peppers sounded good. However me and my brother decided to get something else when we read the bad reviews. Today however we decided to give this place a try. I got the Steak and Mushroom Sub and he got the Chicken Parmesan Sub. Our order took about 30 mins to get to us, which is how long they told us it would take. The driver who delivered the food to us was really nice. The food was great. I don’t know about dining in, but I feel like I got what I paid for. The portions were perfect and now 3 hours later I’m still satisfied. This will be a repeated place for me to get delivery. Only 4 stars because I haven’t been inside.

Ordered a Steak Bomb this morning. Got a grease bomb instead. My plate was literally flooded with the grease that wasn’t soaked up by the white bread. Poor quality food for $ 9.99 + water bottle $ 13 bucks. Observed cashier wipe down the carving station and then wipe down the carving knife with the same rag immediately after. Cross contamination.

Very clean new place. Tried their tuna wrap which was good and fresh. It was small and costs $ 8 though. I purchased a soda which was $ 2.19 so my lunch cost $ 11 for a small wrap and soda. I thought that was too much to pay for what I was given. The amount of tuna in the wrap was small and I felt like I had a lettuce sandwich. I don’t mind paying $ 8 for a decent sized sandwich but this one was really small. In the future the owners should try to make a sandwich is a little larger if he does not want to lower the prices. Nothing special here, 3 stars, I doubt I’ll ever come back.

Went there with a friend, and though it was OK. Ordered an Italian, thought it was fresh and well made, but nothing very special. We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, and three of them were inedible because there was no cheese in them. Friends salad was, again, fresh and good, but not great! Had some pretty good 2 for 1 specials on beer, and atmosphere seemed low key and clean. I am not entirely sure I would return, sandwich and soda, with mozzarella sticks were $ 16, which felt a little steep for an OK sandwich and a half usable portion of mozzarella sticks. I can only see myself going there for the good service, and as an easy local place to get some fresh grub.

Went here for lunch with the hubby and it’s pretty good. Service was a bit slow and there were only two people ahead of me. But the employees were friendly. I had a panini and it was pretty darn good. I’ve had their sub before and couldn’t complain on that either. Def will return for lunch. Thanks Sgt!

Awesome new location. Same delicious subs. Same amazing customer service. TVs and 2−4−1 beer and wine all day EVERDAY! What a great alternative to your usual sports bar. Plus they have a real brick oven for pizzas and flatbreads. Glad to have them back and I’ll be a regular again.

It was ok. Not what it used to be. Cheesesteak was a bit dry. Also, they need a better exhaust fan in the kitchen. Your clothes will reek with some serious food when you leave.

Customer service here is horrible… I go in today and have a seat at the counter(or bar-looking area) and no-one working there offers me a menu or asks if I have been helped, I sit there for a good 30 minutes just waiting and seeing what looked like the owner making 3 sandwiches for a family sitting outside and then taking each sandwich out one at a time, while I’m sitting inside(it was not that full) along with 2 cops and a couple. Here’s a tip for the owner: hire a staff that will be attentative to the customer and try to welcome people in. Don’t hire kids just to pay them cheap wages, you get what you pay for and there for you won’t last, customers have a good experience they will spread the word and you’ll see more money come in(yes, its that simple). I’m sure this won’t change because it usually starts at the top(owner), my guess is that they won’t be staying open too long. After waiting the 30 minutes for no service walked over to the Asian restaurant, way better service.

I really wanted to like this place. I ordered The Baller. sounded real good. It was roast beef with cheese and a garlic spread. My friend ordered the pastrami. The sandwiches came out. The bread on the Baller was nice and toasty… the beef and cheese cold as cold can be and the garlic spread? What garlic spread? I think I saw a tiny bit but the flavor did not pop. The pastrami sandwich was nothing to write home about. When walking out one of the girls had gone to get Chinese food and they were eating it behind the counter… really???
