Brought my Lexus in to have the transmission fluid flushed. I had been there before with my pick up truck, with good results, but this time was different. Three cars were in the bay when I got there and it still took 1:45 minutes to complete. Nothing was placed in the vehicle to protect the carpets and seats. The whole team seemed very unprofessional. Not sure I’ll go back there again.

do not waste your time going to this shell rapid. the employee at this location locked the key in the ignition. tried to get in touch with the owner. and he would not respond to my call. awful customer service. he also owns the location on 137 ave and 135 st. go to jiffy lube instead.

Any kind of car maintenance always stirs some mild anxiety, but I’ve come to love this place. Shell is just a hop skip and a jump away from my office, making it a great place for lunch time oil changes. The guys here are courteous, efficient and nice. It’s a bare bones kind of place– no nonsense, in and out.
You can also get a hand car wash for $ 15– they do a thorough job and it’s quick.
As a girl I feel 100% comfortable coming here. No bad vibes at all.
