Starbucks

This is by far the BEST Starbucks location that I have been to in Miami AND it has a drive thru!
When you walk in it is kind of dark with very dim lighting. All the décor is lovely and the sale items are organized nicely through the the café. The space is rather large; there are comfy chairs, high table tops, and community tables. It was a cold day today in Miami so my husband and I decided to sit outside together and enjoy our beverages. The music was so pleasant it took me out of busy bird road and had me feeling like I was sitting outside in a Starbucks in NYC! I was dancing my heart away in my seat teehehe.
I ordered a Flat White, it was very well made it just wasn’t my cup of tea. It’s a rather bland beverage. I added some Splenda and cinnamon to mine for flavor. My husband got a traditional hot cocoa.
The staff was so friendly and polite. They were working hard back there to keep all the patrons satisfied. Also kudos to them for spelling my name right on my drink! Totally made my day lol. I will definitely return to this location and probably decide to come here before I go to a different Starbucks.

By far best drive thru! Welcoming attitude! It sounds like a radio personality is taking your order!

Always clean, the staff is nice and very helpful and always very efficient. So we always like to go back for our daily coffee.

I’m so happy this Starbucks is right by my place because the staff is the best and I look forward to every visit. Even the staff working at the drive thru make your experience great! They’re all so funny and have unique personalities! Perfect way to start off your morning is by visiting this Starbucks location.

In the last year I’ve become a Starbucks junkie and I haven’t visited them all, but I can tell you that I absolutely enjoy every visit I’ve made to this location. I only go to the drive-​thru, but the workers make you feel so welcomed by the way they greet you on the drive up monitor and the zaney things they say put a smile on my face before I head off to continue my drive to the office. They’ve never had any problems scanning my phone or using my reward codes and that’s a plus too. I know it’s been less than a year that this location has been open so I hope they maintain that high energy level and great service.

This is definitely one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I can’t express how nice and polite the staff is at this location. I have always been acknowledged and smiled at whether I’m in my car at the drive through, or waiting in line to grab a delicious frap.
All I have to say is thank you for being so awesome and keep it up! You guys rock!

This is probably the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employees are very friendly with the customers, and they haven’t messed up any of my orders. I love the fact that they have a huge screen at the drive thru, and you can actually see the person taking your order! I give it 5 stars because it’s top notch from the other Starbucks I’ve been to in my area.

Finally a Starbucks close to my job at the hospital! I’m impressed by the employees here! They remember my name and drinks! The drive through is brand new with a camera screen, which is fun. Keep up the good work!

Arguably the best Starbucks location that I’ve visited. The ambiance of this particular location is so inviting. From the dim nights, to the layout and décor of the room, one is just enticed to spend an hour or two reading the complimentary newspapers or catching up on some studying. Of course the drinks are superb along with the wonderful staff willing to cater every drink to your specific taste.

I love this location! The staff is the best! Wonderful customer service, and sometimes, at the end, they give you a taste test of new concoctions they comes up with for Frappucinos.
I went here every day for days on end to study for my finals and this is my go-​to place to study for tests. I love the atmosphere, they always make my drinks on point. This is my favorite Starbucks location. I even hesitated to write a review because I don’t want it to get too packed, but they deserve the best reviews.

This is my top 3 Starbucks ever. Super friendly staff, drive thru, very comfy atmosphere and spacious. Really love coming to this Starbucks! Did I mention I love the staff???

If you have never been to this location then IS A MUST on your list. 1^st if you decide to go on drive thru you will be surprise to see that there is a camera and you can actually see the person taking your order ! it is amazing as you are able to interact with the person on the other end. The 2 times I have been to this location the service has been fantastic! so happy, outgoing, welcoming, friendly employees! I couldn’t be happier, I also took the time to write a letter to corporate.
