Starbucks

Not a huge fan of this location simply because every time I order a white chocolate mocha it tastes completely wrong. That’s my staple SB order so to have a location not get it right is a huge insult to my pallet. Service is good and the site itself is relatively cleanly.

Nice starbucks in the area very friendly barista, personally i enjoy being there, love to study there for the past 5 years, Maria is very friendly, i looks like they have excellent management in that store, bathrooms are super clean, i will recommend best in the kendall area

Drive thru. Check! Gym. Check! I love a Starbucks near my favorite places. This one though is always packed with children. Aka teens.

Normally people hear ‘Starbucks’ and don’t think twice about it. It is, to many, overpriced mediocre coffee. For the most part, I agree with half of this statement. The coffee is pretty darned good, but it is indeed a little overpriced. However, during the fall/​winter season, I personally am willing to pay as much as I have to for their delicious variety of seasonal drinks. All year long I wait for two specific drinks; 1. Caramel Brulee Frappucino, 2. Pumpkin Spice Latte (of course, right?). Let’s commence with my all-​time favorite, the CBF. This drink is the creamiest frappucino you might ever sip on. Normally, frappucinos are a bit on the icy/​watery side because they are, after all, created from ice. This specific drink is the complete opposite. It’s almost as though you’re drinking a rich ice cream shake with a strong coffee flavoring rather than an icy coffee drink. As though this drink could get any better, they top it with whipped cream, which is usual for their frappucinos, and crunchy caramel bits. OH MY GOODNESS. I personally mix in my whipped cream-​crunchy caramel combo in with the actual drink so with every sip, I not only intake the creamy, rich beverage, but also crispy sweet bits of caramel. It’s truly sensational. Now, for the pumpkin spice latte. What could I possibly have to say about this «basic» fall drink that has not already been said? Not much, considering this drink is so amazing you should just try it and see for yourself. Starbucks has reinstated a recipe for this drink that contains actual pumpkin, which is completely appreciated from my part because I love pumpkin everything. This drink has a strong pumpkin flavor along with a strong coffee flavor to create the perfect combination that’s not too overbearing from either end, even though they are very significant. Let’s not forget the actual drink smells like a warm candle from Bath and Body Works, the kind that gives you all sorts of fuzzy feelings towards the upcoming holidays. If you are someone that is not a usual fan of Starbucks, I completely understand considering it’s JUST coffee (or a way of life, in my case). HOWEVER, give the place at least one more shot during the holidays and try one of these amazing drinks. You’ll become addicted and eagerly wait all year for them to come back… like I do :)

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while now and they never disappoint. Location has plenty of parking, store has good size with a good amount of tables and couches. Staff is extremely friendly and if you’re a regular they’ll remember your drink (it happens to me) The breakfast sandwich are fire!!! A must try.

I don’t know why these Starbucks sucks !!! They can’t even prepared a good LATTE !!! And when I order a frapuccino they make it worst !! Bad experience…

As a consumer when I go to starbucks I usually expect the same thing every time. But I was taken by surprise by the awesome service I got from Marlon at this location. I came on a Sunday morning not really knowing what I wanted. I got to the front of the line and I was just letting people go in front of me because I was feeling so undecided. Then he asked me if he could help me out and he sure did! He suggested the passion tea lemonade with some raspberry syrup and some classic syrup. i was so undecided that I said sure Ill try it and now I am officially hooked on it! It was delicious the raspberry brings out some of the passion fruit flavors and it was delicious! I loved my experience here so much because of the awesome service I received. Thank you Marlon you were great!

Ridiculously slow, and painfully understaffed. It’s always the same thing when I come in here. The two poor souls working the place are nice enough, but it’s not enough. It’s the same pattern with all the Starbucks that have drive-​throughs. They sacrifice quality to serve the masses. I always say to myself that I won’t be back, but it never happens. Shame on me.

I love this Starbucks. The employees are wonderful. I’ve had a couple drink issues but they are always quick to resolve the problem. My best experience here was a time when I once went through the drive through (twice)…I circled back around to buy a sandwich for a homeless lady I had seen. I placed the order, went to the window to pay but the manager comped the sandwich knowing what my intentions were. I thought that was a super gesture.

Like the convenience of this Starbucks drive-​thru but the wait sucks. I mean really, McDonald’s is quicker and they have to actually make food, this is just coffee mostly.

Been to this Starbucks a couple times now. I really enjoy coming here. The first time I was able to experience/​see the staff worked and they did so in a good manner and treated their customers well. I also had a chance to sit outside which is beautifully shaded and there are many tables to choose from. I like coming to this one to work on my school work because of the relaxed environment.

This place is right next to my house and has a drive thru which is pretty much the only reason I even gave it two stars. The service is atrocious. 9 out of 10 times they have gotten my order wrong and when you nicely let them know you ordered something else they give a really bad attitude. This has happened to me with different employees a bunch of times, and the same when my boyfriend goes to pick me up a drink. I really hope they get new management to fix the staff up because the service is not Starbucks quality.

Service is good. Bathrooms are well kept (I have gotten down a few times). They have an amazing egg sandwich for breakfast.

There are a few times where I can seriously say when a coffee place gets my order correct every time I come to this specific location. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed. This location is the best cause it’s in walking distance from my house. So everyone should come here cause of the coffee, location, staff and the drive thru!

I’ve been to many, many Starbuck’s and the employees are always very welcoming, but I can’t say the same for this location. It’s fairly new and everyone that works there has an attitude. I’ve been there several times and it’s been the same thing every time with different people. This has been my experience with the drive-​thru. Haven’t been inside.

The vibe in the Pace is not that good. The manager seems to be the one causing tension in the other workers and doesn’t really carry her self well.
I wouldn’t keep this Manager our I’d have a talk with her to straighten up and create a working environment. Just saying…

This has to be my favorite Starbucks. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming.
The store is clean — never a straw wrapper on the floor or sugar on the tables. There are always people inside, which is great! So active and it definitely shows these barista’s know how to craft their coffee.
I’m always here studying, even if I don’t order a coffee (which doesn’t happen too often) I don’t feel obligated to buy something or they’re never upset with me when I just ask for a water.
Omigosh (sorry for the 17 year old girl-​talk), I love that it’s cold — that makes drinking a nice hot coffee that much better!

Disappointed that I have to update this once good review. Most of the old staff was wiped out and replaced with new employees. For the most part, my visits here have been unpleasant as of late. The staff seems uninterested instead of happy-​go-​lucky and silly while they are at work.
Today I walked out without making a purchase after being yelled at that I can’t hold my 3lb dog while standing next to the open door just to read the menu and pick what I wanted today (my friend was with me and was going to make the purchase). The girl at the cash register was incredibly rude– «you have to take THAT out.» An «I’m sorry, we can’t have pets inside. Could your friend hold your puppy while you read the menu?» would have been the right way to go about it.
Starbucks, please hire some nicer people. It really isn’t about what they say, it’s how they say it!

Now what I love about this one is their drive thru. How convenient!
On the other hand I’ve never been a fan of their prices. I admit I am cheap but still.
