Starbucks

Walked in around 10:15am on a Monday. There were a few people in line before me but the service was quick and I was in and out in about 7 minutes. There is no drive thru at this location so if you are in a rush it may not be your best bet.

I’ve been to maybe ⁴⁰⁄₅₀ Starbucks all over. From Canada, London, all of Florida, and many other places.
This one… kinda sucks. It’s not dingy or anything, it’s the customer service. So far I’ve had two different baristas here tell me they wouldn’t give me a refill of my coffee (included with the Starbucks reward card). I had a gentlemanly discussion of how the rewards program (I’m a Gold Member) specifically states I can get free refills of tea and coffee regardless of original drink and he still stood by it. He actually stands by it so much that when I walk in, he gave me a glare. Like I did something wrong. I’ve paid Starbucks a bunch of money and I have free drinks, and I did something wrong??? I’m a bit disappointed. I still like Starbucks, but they need new employees at this one.
Whatever, I just don’t want to come here anymore. Find another Starbucks.

This Starbucks is always quick with service and not near as busy as it used to be now that Sergio’s is next door. Friendly staff and they always get my order right.

Every time I’ve come here, I’ve been treated kindly and in a timely manner. I feel the need to give credit when it’s due and I must say, this Starbucks is amazing. The employees are kind and especially that Michael. He’s so full of energy and really funny. Love him!

Always Fast Quick and convenient. free wifi is great to keep coming back. bar is always stocked and the pastries are always fresh and good.

I brought my own cup. They put my drink in a plastic cup anyway. When I told the cashier that I had my own cup, she said she had to write it on the plastic cup anyway. It was an empty store, so she could have just told the barista or printed it out and taped it onto my cup.
My frapuccino was icy, not smooth.
I ordered a soy drink, but they made it in the dairy blender anyway. I pointed it out to the barista. He told me, «it’s ok because we wash the blenders.» Uh, right. I pointed out that they have separate blenders for people with dairy allergies. He seemed surprised by this.
And on weekdays there is not enough seating.

After years of going to this location, I moved to Homestead last year. From time to time I stop in and am as welcome as ever! Great staff, great service! The only complaint remains the parking, but that is on Kendall Mall management.

ok so I come here waaaay more often then I should but I won’t tell my husband that :) I work at an earlier hour in the morning so the convenience that they open at what I assume to be 6am, makes my heart happy! I love the baristas and at this point they have pretty much got my drink down! one single occasion out of 89 767 they mistakenly gave my drink to someone else and definitely made up for it my next visit. The customer service is highly sufficient and appreciated. See you guys tomorrow!

Starbucks quality and flavors are pretty much consistent at all locations. However, what differs is the staff and service. For this reason alone, I must say that this Starbucks is one of the top ones in my book! There’s nothing like that personal service with a smile. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel special. I walked out feeling like it was worth it to overpay for coffee.

Love this place! My husband and I have been to breakfast here twice now. The food is amazing and the atmosphere warm and inviting. Beautifully decorated with quaint things… brick, iron, chickens, tricycles. Great service and food. If you are looking for some good café con leche, Cuban toast, and all the fixings I highly recommend!

Friendly & good service! I took my son who is a freshman in high school to this Star Bucks after school. The staff was so helpful in assisting him to make a coffee selection (new coffee drinker). She was patient & kind! It’s warming to see young people being kind

This is my local spot for my afternoon coffee. Whether I’m in the mood for hot or cold, I know I’ll find both here. The baristas here usually very nice and welcoming. Today I came in because of the launch of their six new frap flavors. I tried the cinnamon roll frap and it was delicious. A must try if you like cinnamon rolls. They also have a good selection for baked goodies like cookies, cake pops and brownies along with many other things.
If you are looking for a good place to relax on your break, this Starbucks is definitely the one to come to. It has free wifi and it’s usually very quiet.

Starbucks is the place to come for when you are in the mood for a deliciously blended iced coffee. The atmosphere is chilled, unlike many of the other spots in this shopping plaza. They also offer difference pastries and sandwiches to go with your coffee. If you are not really into coffee, I extremely recommend the passion fruit tea with lemonade. It’s very refreshing and it goes great with their croissants. They also offer cookies, cake pops and brownies. The brownies and the chocolate chip cookies are to die for, if you have a sweet tooth.

Although I have recently converted into a small café type of coffee experience, this Starbucks always has a smiling face in the counter waiting to take my order And I appreciate that. I do wish the baristas would make cool designs on my latte like all these other fancy places do and that they had almond milk as well as coconut milk and that their «iced coffee» would taste more like coffee than dirty water buuuuut hey it is Starbucks not a mom and pop café so for what it is, it does a decent job. I do wish Kendall had better options but for now… Starbucks it is.

Within’ eyeshot of Dadeland, this is an excellent location for those living/​working in the area. Average/​expected Starbucks fare and service.

This was the worst Starbucks I had ever been to. They got my order wrong & the coffee tasted disgusting.

This Starbucks leaves something to be desired… What a shame. The staff is meh at best (with the exception of one female barista that makes it a point to greet everyone), the counter space is always unkept and the trash overflowing. There are times that you walk in and music although of a soothing nature is blasting at full range (and that’s not soothing).
On the plus side, they are efficient-​my coffee is always right…

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I love Starbucks coffee but this is truly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The place is not as clean as other Starbucks and the people here are rude. I will never come back to this location again.
I feel that Starbucks should hold every location to a certain standard of cleanliness and how staff should treat their guest. Unfortunately this location falls below par when compared to other Starbucks in the area.

Starbucks is a cross between a 3 – 4 star review for me. They only offer soy milk (no almond milk) and their coffee is not as good as SweetTimes or Pasion Del Cielo. However, they’re in every corner, they’re convenient, they’re open from dusk til dawn, they move quickly, offer sugar-​free syrups and they will satisfy your caffeine fix. For this and this reason only I give them 4 stars. Their food is pretty lousy for the most part. but I hear wine is on the way, and that would be lovely.
