Never knew this cute boutique was here. Walked past to go next door for dinner and could not wait to check it out when my belly was full. Rushed through dinner left hubby to pay the tab and walked over. Janessa was the sales associate and she was very sweet and helpful. She let me look around until I needed her, not pushy at all. There was a purple(favorite color) jumpsuit in the window that grabbed my attention. Yes, gotta try it on. She immediately took it off the mannequin in the window so I could try it on. Then I found a cute dress to match a new pair of shoes I purchased and had nothing to wear them with. Wa la, they both fit and I just had to have them both. They were running a promotion buy one get one half price. The prices were a little high but typical of boutique clothing. I agree with other reviewers, some of the clothes looked like clothes in shops on Lincoln Rd. Janessa, the lovely sales associate told me they get new merchandise weekly. This shop can be a hit or miss, and they are limited on their selections. Maybe I got lucky but was happy to have walked in after a horrid dinner. She mentioned that they are having a trunk show with wine, cheese and steep discounts the second week in November. Yes, gave e-mail so I can get the invite. Cute boutique that is worth checking out.

Good concept, but I wasn’t impressed with some of the merchandise. The location is great, though. They carry a men’s jewelry line by a Colombian designer called M. Ferrero that is very cool: vintage leather and aluminum. Check it out!

I wasn’t impressed with the clothing but the handbags really caught my eye. I’m always on the lookout for unique indie-label bags and this store delivered. I found the statement-making, everyday bag I was in search of for under $ 100. I’m sure i’ll be back for a spring accessory update.

In Miami, its really tough to find a store that carries cool and unique apparel for guys. I thank Style Lab for filling this void. The layout of the store is West Coast Funky and their prices are extremely reasonable. The clothes are very trendy, but not mainstream and typical like what we are used to seeing in most boutiques in Miami. Overall, great stuff!

I walked in here and automatically liked the feel of the place. The lady working was lovely, friendly, and informative. There is a tiny, toy Yorkie terrier named Enzo. It was love at first sight. Plenty of cute items in this store. My favorite is the Human shirt, a grey tee with all the major religions symbols and the word«human» across the top. Very cool! and even cooler it’s from a local designer. And it’s quickly evident that this store supports the locals.

U.D. Style Lab is a boutique store in the 55th Street Station, sandwiched in between a salon and Sushi Siam. I’d been looking forward to going in and perusing their wares for a while now, and got the opportunity to do so after a recent lunch at Sushi Siam. I must say, I was kind of disappointed with their offerings. They have many cute knick-knacks, but their selection of clothing(women’s) is limited to many of the cheap eurotrashy looks I thought was unique to the stores lined up along Lincoln Road. They had some interesting jewelry pieces, and a selection of silly t-shirts that were amusing to read. I was glad I got the chance to check the place out, but I can’t say I’d return.

u.d. style lab is right next to sushi siam, the soon-to-open ‘the news’, and across from andiamo. it’s right in the whole 55th street station area on the upper eastside. i have no idea why i didn’t go in sooner… it’s so cute. it’s a little boutique with everything from clothes to jewelry to cds to stuff for your house. and i like that it fits with the style of the area… unusual, hip shit. i didn’t get anything cause i only had time to pop my head in since i had to pick-up my sushi…(i don’t like warm sushi… ugh!) but, i’ll be sure to make a trip back here… maybe again while i’m waiting to pick up some grub, but next time i’ll give myself some time. u.d. style lab is def worth a visit.
