I DONOT recommend using this service. More below but the quick version: terrible(almost no) communication. Did not meet time frames. Sent shirt to wrong location very late. Charged even after they offered a $ 10 first use credit because system didn’t work properly. Longer version: was visiting from Canada. Gave in a shirt 6 days before I left Miami. First the pick up the next day was good other than putting a dry clean only shirt as wash and fold. I emailed and it was corrected(it was marked on tag and on app — no attention to detail). I followed up 3 days later to see when it would be delivered and I got a text back saying that I should have told them it was needed within their stated time frame? I let them know I was leaving country and needed it by Monday. No response. I called the cell phone and texted the cell phone of the owner along with emailing and leaving messages at the 24⁄7 hotline and no response. FORDAYS! Finally Monday(day I was leaving) I received an email it was being looked into by noon and by 130 I was again calling and emailing with no answers. ZERO communication after I was told it was being looked into. Tuesday once I was home I received an email that it was at the farthest location they have from where it was dropped off. I had arranged someone to pick it up where it was dropped off but that’s not where they delivered it! Worst customer service I have seen dealing with a company. I will say they deserve the 1 star as the shirt did in fact get cleaned eventually although it was creased(that’s what I heard since I have not seen it!!). Use another local service. While I was in town I also used Oxxo and they were great!
