Men At Arms Hobbies

I’ve been coming here since 1986 and I love this place. The owner, Jim, is extremely knowledgeable about the industry as a whole. From miniatures, to role playing to rules and models there is nothing unknown to Jim. The store is small but packed with great rules and everything else.
If you consider yourself a hobby person, you owe it to yourself to visit Men at Arms.

I have been coming here since I was a kid and the owner is always here. I think he just loves hobbies and is always so helpful and knowledgeable. It was traditionally geared toward military models and in the early years Dungeons & Dragons, but more recently evolved with a larger variety of tabletop gaming.

Jim has been in business at Men at Arms hobby for over 15 years (that I personally have been going there). The place expanded into the next-​door suites temporarily, then re consolidated (sign of the times, unfortunately).
The business hours are whacky (purely at the discretion of the proprietor) so call before you plan on going there, just to make sure they’re open.
They have mostly tabletop gaming setups, board games, etc (Warhammer, Pen n Paper, etc). with a few traditional hobby shop things (model planes, tanks, cars, etc).
I remember going there as a young child and getting treated fairly. There are no rose colored glasses here, if you go in it is obvious the place is struggling, but that is why it deserved our support!
