Not enough help. Slow service. They need to acknowledge people when they walk in the door and have some sort of system to let people know who is next. I usually go to Portsmouth, better service there.

I recently visited this store to upgrade my phone. Originally I was going to complete the transaction online but i remembered the great customer service from a previous visit. I am glad that I went here in person. Although the process can take quite a while, the salesman(Jason– I think) was extremely patient and knowledgable. He informed me of promotions that I wasn’t previously aware of despite the research that I did ahead of time. He was able to address all of my families wireless needs all within my budget! I would definitely recommend paying them a visit.

Wow… Slow lousy customer service if your polite and waiting your turn. For some reason he was wasn’t interested in selling me a new phone or tablet. I should have just ordered online since they didnt even have the IPad I wanted in stock.
