Liberty Pest Control

This company knows their stuff! I highly recommend liberty. Liberty pest control sent out 2 technicians to get raccoons out of my house and their names were Reese and Jim. Both techs quickly identified the problem, explained to me exactly what they were doing with one way doors, «foaming» up entry points and meshing entry points. Reese was very helpful, knowledgable and pleasant and Jim was very knowledgable and pleasant as well. Thank you liberty these techs are great!

I can’t say enough great things about this company! My main contact person here was Kimberly and she was amazing! She assisted with my insurance company and got them to stop dragging the ball! Once the insurance company approved my repairs Liberty had a crew out here the next morning. The guys Dan & George did awesome work. They cleaned up everyday when they were done and it is like no water damage ever happened in our home. I even have them putting a bid together now to remodel our master bathroom! Keep up the great work guys!

I recently moved up to Newburgh from NYC. As soon as I moved into my house, I had a leak coming from the second floor bathroom to the first floor kitchen. I have literally called 7 other plumbers in the area. NONE of them showed up. They all had various excuses. Some made appointments and never showed, others asked if I was already a client and refused to come, still wouldn’t come because it was only a leak and not a remodel.
So I gave up for a few months while my leak just progressed. Yesterday I decided to look on Unilocal and found Liberty. I give them a call and someone immediately picked up. She asked me a few questions, and said someone could come out immediately if I wanted. That didn’t work, but I decided for him to show up at 3pm today. Now thats the other thing with most Hudson Valley vendors I’ve experienced, when they do show up, its rarely on time.
It was snowing pretty hard today, so he was delayed by 20 min or so, but they gave me a call to let me know. Once he got here, he quickly identified the problem, fixed it within 45 min, cleaned up, and was gone. The price was also fair.
So for months I’ve been trying to find a professional plumber, I found one, and I’m happy to share it. I’ll be telling everyone I know.

Christine from Liberty came this morning and properly went to every source. Was courteous, very patient and advised me on other tips re: keeping bees away. Liberty came here every year, and every rep was very helpful and I didn’t have to call them back for a re-​spray because these people know what they’re doing. I highly recommend them!!!
