This review is for the Odessa/Midland service. As far as internet speeds and reliability, I can’t complain. I’m getting way more than I’m paying for. Grande has actually spoiled me when it comes to their pricing per bandwidth. Their service rarely goes down(about once every 3 months) and I haven’t had any drop in speeds like I did with CableOne. However, their weakness is their tech support. When things do go wrong, they are almost always clueless as to why. If they can’t ping your modem, they automatically think it’s a bad modem and will advise me to get it replaced. Don’t get me wrong, they show up on time and will stay as long as it takes to get the issue resolved, but they are in serious need for basic TCP/IP training.

Don’t waste your time! I was told Grande was an excellent network, but listen close… ****THENETWORKHAS A SHORTAGEEVERYSINGLEWEEKDAYAFTERLUNCHINMIDLANDTEXAS.**** And to further aggregate the matter, when you call the auto message says, «We know there is an issue, our engineers are working on it.» This happens every week day for at least TWOHOURS sometime between noon and four pm. And for those of us who are at home(especially those of us who work from home and NEED the Internet on a daily basis) this is infuriating! And don’t hope it stops there, the shortage effects your entire bundle. No TV, no Internet, just daily unreliability. Also, the customer service techs are terrible. They sent the same guy out here twice for him to mess up our service. When he left, our wifi wasn’t working. The follow-up tech said she was frustrated that they kept messing things up. And he did it AGAIN! He messed up our cable and wifi TWICE. I’m fed up with this company. Use something reliable and don’t waste your money.

HORRIBLE!!! Wish I were able to give this service a negative score! Imbeciles miss tech appointments, blame it on anonymous representatives, and if they do show up their only agenda is to make it SEEM as though they’ve solved the issue! The representatives are rude and curt with no empathy for the PAYING and struggling customer. I have used almost every service out there and this one comes in DEADLAST! Save yourself weeks of frustration. Keep looking.

i want to give a big thank you/kudos to the Internet Technician that came to my service appointment on Friday, January 18th. I didn’t catch his name BUT he was able to quickly resolve my slow internet issues that have been plaguing me for months. And he went above and beyond to check our connections outside and replaced our filter in the attic. I pay for the 2nd highest internet service y’all offer(65 something) and thanks to him, I am able to finally enjoy it!!! Please do locate this service rep and thank him for me. He rocks!!!
