We are from Denver, but we stop here every visit to enjoy as much of the #14 chicken fajitas and queso as possible. The mesquite flavor of the chicken makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Sometimes we even get a container of tortillas and queso to bring home. Handmade tortillas, made right in front of you, and you can taste the freshness!

Rosa’s has been one our favorites for over 20 years. Unfortunately, the quality has just gotten worse and worse. The pico de gallo has been consistently frozen for drive through customers for at least the last six months. The fajita meat looks as though it’s been boiled, and the beans other than tasting burned are completely flavorless. Does burnt count as a flavor?!? We’ve tried making the management aware of the issues. They generally choose to refund the money rather than fix the problems.

This is not a place to go for authentic Mexican food, it’s no different than Taco Cabana. It has a drive thru for goodness sake! If you want fast food, for an elevated price come here.

Amazing food! If I could rate this higher I would! I tried the beef fajitas and they were espectacular. They make fresh tortillas which were very good.

Once again I ordered a chicken plate fajita and they gave me beef… The side salad doesn’t have lettuce!

I CANNOT believe this place has four stars… it is disgusting. The four star rating drove me there, but now I am questioning everything about this site. I went through the drive through here last night. I gave it one star for a lot of reasons… I really should ask for my money back but the one good thing about the place was the flour tortilla that came with my meal. 1.) Drive through took forever. I was in the drive through for 15 minutes, which is way too long. I know the saying in Texas is Whoa Whoa Whoa but common! It says express at the drive through entrance and is NOTEXPRESS!!! 2.) I couldn’t hear what the drive through girl was saying and I don’t think it was her fault. I think it is the broken down speaker that crackles every time it emits noise. What this does is creates insecurity for the customer… I had to ask the girl«WHAT!?» «WHAT!?» «WHAT!?» a few times, and she was obviously getting frustrated… hope no bat wings in my food or nut cheese or spit. 3.) Wanted chicken in my smothered burrito, but the only option is ground beef. I asked if I could get a chicken burrito smothered… NO! 4.) I got home and opened the clam shell: tried the beans. Gross. They ACTUALLY smelled like human feces no joke… or piss or something, further making me paranoid about my saying«WHAT?» twelve times at the broken down drive through speaker. How do people eat this garbage? The beans smell like a port-a-potty! 5.) Because I couldnt get the chicken burrito, I orded the taco plate with three chicken tacos. By the time I got home, the corn shells were soggy as the Louisiana Bayou… not the way I like crunchy taco shells. The cook must have spooned way too much sauce from the chicken into the shells, creating a pool of chicken-water at the bottom of the tray, thus soaking the tacos and rendering them nasty. 6.) Ditch the vegetables in the rice. That is gross, and doesn’t look fresh. 7.) The flour tortilla was pretty good, therefore, one star.

This location sucks and gives Rosas a bad rap. We frequent Rosas because it is my husbands favorite place to go. Our fajita burritos had three small pieces of meat in them. It was practically all tortilla. The jalapeños on the bar tasted like bell peppers and the hot sauces were completely watered down. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Great chain restaurant. Fast, friendly, solid food. Was it authentic Mexican food? No. Was it good commercial Tex-Mex? Yes. We would come again if we were ever back in the Midland area. Sopapillas were amazing though! Amazing
