I called my order in an picked it up at the drive through, it was quick as can be expected at lunch time, but when I got back to work an tried to eat! Omg I ordered a taco salad! I got a huge bowl of lettuce with a few slices of jalapeño in it along with scup of chili! No chips no cheese! Nothing like the description on the menu says!!! Horrible! Sadly I had to eat it it was my only lunch!

Food was fine, but the actual restaurant was disgusting. Food and trash all over the floor, and we couldn’t find a clean table in the entire place. The staff checked on us a couple times to see if everything came out ok, which was nice of them. Ingredients were missing on one of the salads ordered, but we were in a rush so we didn’t make a complaint of it.

Not been a big fan of McAllisters in general! Esp in Midland! Can’t speak for the food on this visit because never made it in the door! The hours on the door say open til 10??? 20 min til and they had the doors locked?! If those are not the correct hours, then fix the advertised time! One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to the service industry, DONTLOCKYOURCUSTOMERSOUTWHENYOURHOURSSAYYOUAREOPEN!

Frequented the one in Houston and loved it. The one here basically served my family and i garbage and took forever to do so. Kid’s meals were horrible and the spuds were like regular sized over cooked potatoes. Won’t be back.

I like the food and iced tea here.(I wish they had caffeine free options). This was my second visit and I got a club/salad combo to go. They were very busy but after 30 minutes I went back to the counter. My ticket had been lost. I ended up waiting 43 minutes. The manager refunded my money. My food was packaged well with my extra dressing. I would go back b/c I love their food.

They only get one star because they only got half the order correct. They messed up on the taco salad no tortilla strips, no guacamole, no sour cream. I’m partly to blame because I should have checked the bag more thoroughly before I left. Never trust an establishment where the employees just grab the lemons bare handed after handling money. Last time I ever go there !!!

I really tried with this place. The food is below average for this chain(the«hot» sandwiches come out cold everytime). This last visit, yesterday, a young blonde girl was my cashier. She handed me my sweet tea that turned out to be unsweetened. When I corrected her, she got another cup, pour about ½ cup, took a sip and then tossed the remains BACKINTOTHECONTAINER! Her backwash just went back into a container that they were going to serve other people. So yeah, this place is disgusting!

The food is what I am used to at a McAlister’s but the service isn’t. Typical Midland so don’t be in a hurry and don’t expect anyone to check on you or offer refills or to go options.

We loved the Mcalisters in Las Cruces but this one has been awful on every visit. We got here at 10:30 for an early lunch and it’s now 10:55 and we still haven’t gotten our food. No one is even here. Bathrooms are disgusting and I wouldn’t come here again.

Avoid. What I don’t get is that in the year 2013 a restaurant with several vegetarian options cannot handle a vegan. I got a vegetarian sandwich without somethings in it. It’s easy. It’s like making the sandwich but without doing two things. It should be easy. The cashier screwed up the order and put in club when I did not order club, the kitchen screwed up the order THREE times. No mayo, no cheese, but keep the rest the same. How is it that hard? Each time I got a new and totally incompetent person. The final time manager came out and was rude to me. So rude my friend swore never to go back just because of how they treated me. The manager’s response? He gave me a «VIP Card» for a free meal because they couldn’t figure out how to not put things on a sandwich. Oh, and the veggie chili was burnt and felt like it was bottom of the pot. I never got a sandwich. I just got attitude. Subpar food. Subpar service.

My mother ordered food for pick up. we had ordered two orders of mashed potatoes along with our entrees. When she got home there was only gravy in the bag. She drove back and the cashieer proceed to tell her that they don’t serve mashed potatoes. Someone made the executive decision to just put gravy in the bag and thought that we would be okay with that? What kind of customer service is that? And what Mcalisters doesn’t have mashed potatoes? Why didn’t she get to talk to a manager? She didn’t even get a refund, the mashed potatoes taken off the ticket, or a gift card for next time. I’ve never had a Unilocal account until I moved to Midland. I swear, I’ve had the worst experience with eating out here. I’ll stick to my natural grocers and cook from now on.
