Super Taco

As you walk in your nose is greeted with some amazing smells. I fully expected to only give a 4 star rating because I didn’t not see an option got crunchy tacos. However, the tacos were hands down the most flavorful and delicious tacos I have ever had. I love hot salsas so the red and green sauces hit the spot. However, they are probably to hot for most people.
I did not visit the restroom but the common area was clean and pleasant. We got our good Togo and the staff apologized for the wait, which we didn’t think was long at all. The price was responsible especially considering these tacos were worth going out of my way to get.

A considerable amount of time has gone by since I was here, but whenever I travel and meet someone from Dallas, as happened to me recently, I mention this unique venue and the reactions I receive from locals match up with my perception as a visitor.
First, this is a bizarre place. A giant car wash that doubles as a taco stand with about four windows as I recall. They all have lines, and for good reason. The tacos are sublime, street style, mouth watering, and what makes them good is sheer volume. Great tacos are not sitting around waiting to be sold. They’re getting cranked out like mad and everything is hot and fresh. Moist, succulent, savory meats, fresh cilantro and onions cut by handed, not the bagged up crap, good selection of sauces, and the limes are fresh, not some of those rocks some places serve.
It’s a destination. If I had a layover in one of two Dallas airports and a few extra hours I’d be grabbing some kind of public transportation and coming here. To heck with everything else this great city has to offer. Super Taco works for me.

It’s called Super Taco for a reason! Super Tacos :) consistently good with every plate. Meats have a ton of flavor and salsa bar complements them well. Green is great! Red salsa will get you sweating.

Far and away the best tacos around. The best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Capon taco plate. Can’t go wrong with anything here!!!

Their burritos are flavorful without sauce. I just wish they had more variety on their salsas. The price can be a little high, but you pay for the quality.

I have lived in midland 18 years and this is my first time here… should have been coming years ago.
Very fresh street tacos, authentic food; the tacos come as is and you pit in what you like. The sampler was great way to get a little bit of everything. The red sauce is spicy and goes well with the tacos.

Do not judge this book by its cover. This place has awesome fresh tacos. I have gotten the Super Special and the Pollo Asada tacos and they are delicious. Everything is very fresh and they have a salsa and veggies bar as well. The chips there are fresh and homemade. This place is a must for lunch.

Ate here for lunch again. This place is so good. Fresh veggies for the tacos. The meat actually has a flavor to it. Great place to try. Al pastor chicken is good.

Real mexican tacos! Pastor, tripas, bisteck, alambre and more… Great salsa bar, dress your taco how you like! Mexican/​american drinks. Quesadillas, tortas, burritos…
Place is a bit small, but not too bad. Its very similar to Twister tacos in Odessa.
