I love Which Wich, but this one is pretty bad. I think two of the staff members were high. And it took forever to to get my order. Also, for some reason they put olive salad in my food, even though I didn’t even mark olive salad on the bag? And I hate green olives so the salad tastes bad to me. All in all, I will not come to this one again unless they change their staff.

The sandwiches are good, if you like what you pick. If your in a hurry go somewhere else, cause you get to sit there and watch the teenage staff talk more than they work.

I like the atmosphere the restaurant brings to downtown Midland. I also like the atmosphere downtown brings to «Which Wich». It’s yummy like Subway, managed well, consistently quick, good hangout vibes and good views. It is a breakfast, lunch spot. **Sitting outside makes you cooler(if you’re in high school). **Did I mention it is downtown? Avoidable — Some of the chairs are hard. If you’re old this will bother you. The ambient volume level is usually low. Listen for your order employees usually don’t project their voices enough. There’s something special about ordering all the ingredients in the meal and old fashion order name calling. If you take the chance to be spontaneous it will be entertaining. Also they work well with the community ‘which’ should merit an experimental lunch or two(from the average 8 – 5 employee).

Nice place for a quick sandwich. Place is usually clean. Staff is nice enough. I have had a few issues with my order being wrong but they fix it immediately. New ownership has decided to take dried cranberries and candied pecans off the menu. Not cool! Even though we dine there frequently due to the proximity to our apartment complex, I am disappointed in the menu changes. The reduced price on beverage refills when you bring back your reusable cup is great!

I am most definitely not a fan of this place. First I really dislike the ordering system with the whole bags and stuff. They guy that«helped» us seemed high, slow, and inconsiderate. I watched him go to the back and get an application for somebody and then start making my sandwich again all without changing his gloves. The wait was ridiculous. We are sitting here right now. It took almost 20 mins to get my sandwich and when it finally made it, it was wrong. So now I’m waiting another 20 mins for another sandwich. Oh and were the only people in here besides the employees. Terrible terrible experience. Check the time and date of this post and please speak with the employees. It’s two guys and a female. And when I finally did get my order and it was correct. The lettuce is stale and the cucumbers are soggy. This place is a joke.

Five stars for what it is: a solid sandwich shop in downtown Midland. They make a consistently good product at a reasonable price as well as having good service. AND today we were informed that if we bring back our large drink cup, the first refill is fifty cents and after that they’re free! Well played, WhichWich, in an age of $ 2.50 tea, you set yourself apart from the herd! APPLAUSE!

This is definitely the worst which wich I’ve been too ever. They’re always busy at lunch, which I get. What I don’t get is why they stack the sandwiches in piles next to the machine after they’ve been toasted. Or why they let them fall off the toaster belt and dont even bother to pick it up. I watched a girl stack about 20 sandwiches and then riffle through them like it was the Dewey decimal system. If a person can’t keep up, ask the others to slow down! My sandwich was cold and soggy when I got it. Not worth the 30 minute wait in store after ordering online 20 minutes prior, almost an hour wait for a sandwich.

The food is good but this particular location can’t ever get my order right. It’s on the bag and it’s their system, I just don’t get it.

Okay, I made my first visit here today and I am thinking the franchise genius for this place must have retired from the IRS developing tax forms. once I got through figuring out how to order a salad, it was really quite good and very fresh. And the folks working there were nice. Plus they are open Sunday night and downtown where my lower price motel is located.

We were so happy that one finally opened in West Texas! We went in one Saturday, had great food & amazing service… but lost $ 80 cash. We called back after we left & spoke to the mngr, he sent people to look all over, both inside & out. No luck. We got a call about an hour later, he & his staff continued to look. They found our money where we parked. Nobody would waste their time looking in parking area. Nice to know there are people who care!

This is my first and only which wich. I have been 3 times. I usually get the Krab salad, on white, with pesto, mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, olives, oil, salt, and pepper toasted. There is no where in town to get a sandwich on a baguette which I ocassion ally crave and this is close enough to fight of my lust for a smoked salmon french sandwich that lives 600 miles away.

We placed an order online for pick up. I put my name on the«Bag» at checkout, but my coworker paid using her credit card. So we go there and wait for our order. I asked the if they had an order for me and the girl looked down to see and said it should be coming up. I didn’t believe her. She didn’t seem that helpful. Also our sandwiches shouldn’t have been taking so long to make. After 10 mins of waiting, I went up to the pick up counter again. I had to call one of the sandwich makers to help me. She looked for my order, but could not find my name. She asked me are you sure its not under another name? I said my friends name and she said oh here it is. So the sandwiches had been sitting there for a while. No one bothered to call out our names either. I was a little annoyed. I understand that it can be busy during lunch, but really though? I looked at the receipt on the bag and what do you know it has my name on it! My friends bag had her name on her(two separate names), but seriously though they couldn’t find my name? ?. I did not bother to tell them, I was hungry and there was no point. The Turkey Club I had was not bad. My friend had the Turkey Reuben, she said it was good. They were docked a star for the poor service and long wait, especially us ordering in advance and paying online.

The sandwich I had at Which Wich was very good… had a Grinder with salami, pepperoni, pickles, peppers etc. When I went was Good Friday when a lot of downtown companies were on holiday. I got my order fairly quickly. Even then it was full of people and difficult to get a seat. There is not much dining room inside. Some of the tables are«cocktail» sized and you can barely get a couple of people at them. Another time I had tried to go, there was a line out the door at 11:00AM and I went somewhere else. This is a brand new establishment in the oldest part of downtown Midland and and therefore gets a lot of the downtown workers for lunch. Probably at suppertime it would be a lot less crowded. There is a new free public parking garage near it. The owner or manager was very friendly and asked how everything was. The staff was also pleasant and professional. Which Wich had a great sandwich but will not be a regular place for me at lunch time until the crowds/novelty of it dies down.

I’m no stranger to Which Which, so I guess this review will be merely a confirmation of anticipation. I saw nor tasted anything to make me believe this location was anything less than a carbon copy of all other pleasant experiences. It’s amazing how much the novelty of placing your order on a paper sack can make an otherwise ordinary sandwich more enjoyable. Maybe it’s because it places all margins of error in my hands, if it’s not made right, chances are I didn’t order it right. Anyhow, as good a sandwich as you can ask for, for the price. FYI, the«house» chips are Kettle Cracked Pepper.

The sandwiches are epic and totally worth the wait and the price! The people are friendly, and the environment is pretty cool. I love this place.
